Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in thermal power plants.
Б.И. 2004. №12).A well-known analogue is a thermal power station containing a steam turbine connected by a sharp steam pipeline to a steam boiler, to which a purge water pipeline and a feedwater pipe are connected, regenerative high-pressure heaters included in the feedwater pipe, connected through a heating medium to the turbine steam extraction. A water-to-water heat exchanger connected through a heating medium to a purge water pipeline is included in the feed water pipe between the regenerative heaters and the steam boiler (see Patent No. 2227829 “Thermal Power Plant” IPC 7 F 01 K 17/02. B.I. 2004. No. 12).
The described analogue is adopted as a prototype.
A disadvantage of the analogue is reduced efficiency due to the large capital costs of installing a large-sized water-to-water heat exchanger for heating a large amount of feed water. In addition, the cost-effectiveness of the prototype is low due to the small amount of heating of the feed water with purge water, since the flow of feed water significantly exceeds the flow of purge water. Due to these disadvantages, the scope of the prototype is limited.
The technical result achieved by the present invention is to increase efficiency by reducing capital costs and increasing the efficiency of using the heat of purge water, expanding the scope of the invention.
To achieve this technical result, a thermal power plant is proposed comprising a steam turbine connected by a steam line to a steam boiler, to which purge and feed water pipelines are connected, regenerative high-pressure heaters included in the feed water pipe, connected via a heating medium to turbine steam withdrawals, a water-to-water heat exchanger connected to the purge water pipeline.
A feature of the claimed station is that the water-to-water heat exchanger connected to the purge water pipeline is included in the condensate line of the last high pressure regenerative heater along the feed water.
A new set of station features allows you to achieve the desired technical result due to the maximum possible use of the high potential of the purge water heat for heating the condensate of the last regenerative high-pressure heater along the feed water by a sufficiently large amount, since the purge water and condensate flows are comparable in magnitude. Since the consumption of condensate is many times less than the consumption of feed water, the capital costs for installing a water-to-water heat exchanger are significantly reduced in comparison with the prototype and the scope of application of the claimed solution expands.
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the above technical result are as follows.
4.The thermal power station contains a steam turbine 1 connected by a steam line of sharp steam 2 to a steam boiler 3, to which a purge water pipe 4 and a feed water pipe 5 are connected, regenerative high pressure heaters 6 included in the feed water pipe, which are connected via a heating medium to steam extraction turbines, and a water-water heat exchanger 7, connected via a heated medium to the condensate line of the last regenerative high-pressure heater along the feed water, and via a heating medium - to the purge water pipeline 4.
Thermal power station operates as follows.
The steam boiler 3 generates steam, which is supplied through the steam line 2 to the steam turbine 1. Feed water to the boiler 3 is supplied through the feed water pipe 5 through the high pressure regenerative heaters 6. The feed water in the high pressure regenerative heaters is heated by steam extraction. Mineral impurities accumulated in the boiler water of the steam boiler 3 are continuously discharged from the boiler drum through a pipe 4 with purge water, which is sent to the water-water heat exchanger 7, where it is used as a heating medium. In the heat exchanger 7, the condensate of the latter is heated along the feed water of the regenerative high-pressure heater. New features make it possible to use the high potential of the purge water heat to heat the condensate by a sufficiently large amount with minimal capital expenditures.
