Top part of cover is made from upper rectangular part of rear side and is arranged in parallel with coffin base.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture process, convenient assembling, storage and transportation.

The technical problem solved by the invention is the simplification of manufacturing technology, as well as ease of assembly, storage and transportation.

The technical problem is solved as follows. The coffin, including the base, front and rear sidewalls, two end parts and a cover made of sheets of multilayer corrugated cardboard, is characterized in that the front and rear sidewalls and two end parts are attached to the base, equipped with cut out parts of the locks, the walls are formed by folding along the bend lines to the center of the coffin of the lower rectangular parts of the front and rear sides and end parts, and the lid by bending to the center of the coffin along the bend lines made in the form of a truncated triangle of the parts of the front and rear s sidewalls and end portions of the coffin and the formation of its upper part parallel to the base of the upper rectangular portion of the rear sidewall.

The formation of the design of the coffin from five main parts of the required size, cut down from sheets of multilayer corrugated cardboard, - the base, front and rear sides and two end parts, each of which is equipped with cut out parts of locks, simplifies manufacturing technology, creates great conveniences for storage and transportation , allows you to quickly and reliably assemble the structure. To deliver the coffin, the main parts are attached to each other and stacked in this form. To obtain the finished product, the parts of the front and rear sides and the end parts of the coffin are bent to the center of the coffin along the inflection lines, forming walls and a lid, and closed by combining the cut out parts of the locks.

The main details of the required size are cut down, for example, with flat cutting dies, from sheets of multilayer corrugated cardboard (GOST 7376-89); front and rear sidewalls and end parts - with bend lines for the formation of side and end walls and the coffin lid and parts for attachment to the base with simultaneous cutting of lock parts in them. Then, the front and rear sidewalls and end parts, for example, are glued to the base in parts for attaching to the base with dextrin glue or PVA glue. To obtain the finished product, the rectangular part of the front sidewall 2, the lower rectangular part of the rear sidewall 7, the rectangular parts of the end parts 13 along the inflection lines are bent to the center of the coffin, combining and closing the corresponding parts of the locks 4, 11, 16, thereby forming the walls of the coffin. Further, bending along the inflection lines to the center of the coffin, parts in the form of a truncated triangle of the front sidewall 3, rear sidewall 8, end parts 14 and the upper rectangular part of the rear sidewall 19, combining and closing the corresponding parts of the locks 4, 8, 11, 16, form the coffin cover . In this case, the wings 12 of the rear sidewall and the wings 17 of the end parts are unbent, closing the joints of the walls and the cover with the locks closed. Sufficient stiffness and strength to the finished product is given by folding parts for attachment to the base 5, 10, 15, folding sides of the end parts of the coffin 18 and wings 6, 12, 17.

Thus, without the use of additional materials and tools, you can simply and quickly get a finished product made of environmentally friendly materials, having sufficient strength and rigidity, convenient for storage and transportation. The outer and inner surfaces of the coffin can be finished with paper imitating valuable wood species, or decorated with other known means.
