Description

The present invention relates to a foldable corrugated cardboard cage made of reinforced corrugated cardboard material, and more particularly to a foldable corrugated cardboard cage of a type in which a collapsible left and right side plate is held by a gable board.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is known a corrugated cardboard basket in which a reinforced corrugated board material is subjected to V-groove processing, and the reinforced corrugated board material is bent along the V-groove and assembled into a box shape. For this type of corrugated cardboard, a reinforced corrugated cardboard material folded in a box shape is fixed with an adhesive or the like to make a finished product from the beginning. There is a foldable type that assembles the product when the bag is used to make it a finished product.
In the development of such a corrugated cardboard cage, the present inventors connected a collapsible side plate to the left and right sides of a rectangular bottom plate as a folding corrugated cardboard cage, and dropped the standing state of the side plate from above. Proposes what is held by a gable board.
For example, as shown in FIG. 16, a corrugated cardboard trough 10A of the conventional form (1) is provided with a retractable side plate 2A on the left and right sides of a rectangular bottom plate 1A. Folding margin plates 3A and 3B are connected to the bottom plate 1A and the side plates 2A before and after the V-grooves. The left and right side plates 2A are raised substantially vertically, and the folding margin plates 3A and 3B are bent so as to face the front and rear of the bottom plate 1A.
Then, the downward U-shaped end plate 4A is dropped from above the folding margin plates 3A and 3B, and the standing state of the left and right side plates 2A is maintained.
By assembling the corrugated cardboard cage 10A in this manner, the cage can be folded in a compact state before use, and the kite can be quickly assembled and used when needed for funerals or the like.
As a configuration of the folding cardboard box, in order to improve the durability, instead of the bottom plate 1A of the cardboard box as shown in FIG. It may be adopted (see FIG. 17). In such a corrugated cardboard cage, the retractable side plates 2B are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom box 1B.

Patent documents 1 and 2 are indicated as prior art about such a foldable corrugated cardboard basket.

特開2008−272135号公報JP 2008-272135 A 特開2014−000281号公報JP 2014-000281 A

However, in the folding type corrugated cardboard cage of the conventional form (1), the lateral width of the lateral plate 4A is larger than the lateral width of the lateral plate due to the structure in which the folding margin plates 3A and 3B are covered with the downward U-shaped end plate 4A. Get smaller. For this reason, a step is formed at the joint between the side plate 2A and the end plate 4A at the outer portion of the end plate 4A (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 16), and the protruding portion of the end plate 4A is easily noticeable before and after the end plate, and the appearance of the end plate is improved. It will be uncomfortable.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 17, there is a foldable corrugated cardboard box in which a dovetail and a tenon are adopted at the joint between the side plate and the end plate to eliminate the protrusion of the end plate.
For example, a corrugated cardboard trough 10B shown in FIG. 17 is provided with retractable side plates 2B and 2B at the upper left and right sides of a rectangular bottom box 1B when viewed from the plane direction. Wood pieces 5 and 6 in which dovetails and tenons are processed are fixed to the joint portion between the side plate 2B and the end plate 4B made of reinforced corrugated cardboard material. When the side plate 2B is raised to the left and right of the bottom box 1B and the end plate 4B is dropped from above, the tenon of the other piece of wood 6 is inserted into the dovetail of one piece of wood 5. Thereby, the standing state of the left and right side plates 2B is held by the end plate 4B.

However, in such a foldable corrugated cardboard cage of the conventional form (2), the work of machining the dovetail and the tenon on the wooden pieces 5 and 6 is troublesome, and furthermore, the wooden pieces 5 and 6 are fixed to the end of the corrugated board material. Since the operation | work of doing is needed, such a work takes time and the manufacturing cost of a bag will become large.

The present invention has been made in view of such a current situation, eliminates a step at the joint between the retractable left and right side plates and the end plate, improves the finish of the appearance of the bag, and further, by a simple processing work, The object is to provide a foldable corrugated cardboard box that can be manufactured with a twill board.

[First invention]
The foldable cardboard box of the first invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is
A corrugated board made of V-groove processing on a reinforced corrugated cardboard material, folded along the V-groove and assembled into a box shape,

A rectangular bottom box (21) when viewed from the plane,
A retractable side plate (22) provided on the left and right of the bottom box;
Folding margin plates (23, 23) connected to the front and rear of the side plates via V-grooves and bent to face the front and rear of the bottom box;
A downward U-shaped end plate (24) that is dropped from above the folding margin plate and holds the standing state of the side plate, and

The side plate (22)
A side plate body (22a) raised to the left and right of the bottom box;
A side plate upper end (22b) that is bent inwardly through a V-groove at an upper end of the side plate main body and higher than the folding margin plate,
A side plate folded portion (22c) that is bent downward through a V-groove at the inner side edge of the upper side of the side plate,

The end plate (24)
A twill plate main body (24a) overlapping the outer side of the folding plate,
A top end (24b) of the end plate that is bent inwardly through the V-groove at the upper end of the end plate body,
A tapping plate folded portion (24c) which is bent downward through a V-groove at the inner end of the upper end portion of the end plate and overlaps the inner side of the end plate.

Furthermore, the said side plate (22) is along the V groove | channel for bend | folding the same side plate and the folding margin plate (23) of the same side plate in the front-and-back end of the side plate main-body part, the said side plate upper end part, and the said side plate folding | turning part. While having a side plate connecting surface (Fs) formed by
The end plate (24) is a end plate upper end portion and the end portion of the end portion of the end portion of the end portion of the end plate, and the end surface of the end portion of the end plate is inclined to approach each other from the position that matches the left and right width when viewed from the plane. Ft)
When the end plate is dropped from above the folding margin plate and the standing state of the side plate is maintained, the side plate connecting surface and the end plate connecting surface are overlapped with each other, whereby the side plate upper end portion and the end plate upper end portion are Are connected in the orthogonal direction when viewed from the plane direction, and the side plate folded portion and the end plate folded portion are coupled in the orthogonal direction when viewed from the plane direction.

The configuration of the first invention is characterized in that the folded structure at the upper part of the side plate of the corrugated cardboard basket is used as it is as a joint of the downward U-shaped end plates. Such a folded structure of corrugated cardboard folds is usually used to reinforce the folds. However, in the configuration of the first invention, in order to finish the appearance of the joint between the side plate and the end plate beautifully, not just the reinforcement. Use.
As shown in FIG. 16, in a conventional folding cardboard box that employs a downward U-shaped end plate, the folded structure of the side plate 2 </ b> A is extended to the folding allowance plate 3 </ b> B in order to increase the dimensional accuracy of the corner portion. When the side plate 2A and the folding margin plate 3B are bent along the V-groove, these folded structures are bent by 90 ° when viewed from the plane direction and become corner portions of the heel.
In the configuration of the first invention, the folding structure of the folding margin plate is omitted from such a conventional folding structure, and this omitted portion is filled with a downward U-shaped face plate. That is, the surface along the V-groove for folding the side plate and the folding plate is used as the side plate connecting surface, and the left and right end surfaces of the downward U-shaped end plate are viewed from the plane direction along the side plate connecting surface. Inclined so as to approach each other toward the inside of the heel, and used as a twill plate connecting surface. Thereby, the level difference elimination at the joint between the side plate and the end plate and the simplification of the joint shape between the side plate and the end plate are realized.

According to the foldable corrugated cardboard bag of the first invention, the side plate connecting surface and the end plate connecting surface overlap with each other at a surface inclined so as to approach each other toward the inner side of the bag from the position coincident with the left and right width when viewed from the plane direction. As a result, the side plate and the end plate look like they are naturally bent through the V-groove, and the appearance of the heel can be improved. Since a step can be eliminated at the joint between the side plate and the end plate, the appearance of the outer portion of the end plate protruding before and after the heel does not occur.

Moreover, according to the structure of 1st invention, the process like a dovetail and a tenon is unnecessary in the joint of a side board and a end plate, and it is not necessary to fix the wood piece which gave such a process to a reinforced corrugated cardboard material. For this reason, the processing operation of the joint between the side plate and the end plate is easy, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
Further, since the side plate connecting surface can be formed along the V-groove for bending the side plate and the folding margin plate, these processing operations can be performed in the same process.

[Second invention]
The folding cardboard box of the second invention is
A corrugated board made of V-groove processing on a reinforced corrugated cardboard material, folded along the V-groove and assembled into a box shape,

A rectangular bottom plate (31) as viewed from the plane,
A retractable side plate (22) provided on the upper left and right of the bottom plate;
A folding margin plate (33a) connected to the front and rear of the side plate via V-grooves and bent to face the front and rear of the bottom plate;
A folding margin plate (33b) connected to the front and rear of the bottom plate via V-grooves and bent to face the front and rear of the bottom plate;
A downward U-shaped end plate (24) that is dropped from above the folding margin plate and holds the standing state of the side plate, and

The side plate (22)
A side plate body (22a) raised to the left and right of the bottom plate;
A side plate upper end (22b) that is bent inwardly through a V-groove at a position higher than the upper end of the side plate main body and the folding margin plate (33a) of the side plate;
A side plate folded portion (22c) that is bent downward through a V-groove at the inner side edge of the upper side of the side plate,

The end plate (24)
A twill plate main body (24a) overlapping the outer side of the folding plate,

The second invention employs a bottom plate in place of the bottom box of the first invention in the configuration of the heel bottom.
In the configuration of the first invention, although the strength (load resistance) of the entire basket is increased by adopting the bottom box at the bottom of the bowl, it takes time to manufacture the bottom box. According to the configuration of the second invention, since the side plates can be directly connected to the left and right sides of the rectangular bottom plate via the V-groove, the processing work of the reinforced corrugated board material is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the bag is further suppressed. it can. Of course, the same effects as those of the first invention as described above can also be obtained.

[Third invention]
A foldable corrugated cardboard trough according to a third aspect of the present invention has the structure of the first aspect of the present invention or the second aspect of the present invention, and is a blindfold (H) that covers the cut surface of the reinforced corrugated board material at the left and right ends of the main body portion Is provided.

In the configuration of the first invention or the second invention, when the downward U-shaped end plate is made of a reinforced corrugated cardboard, the cut surface of the reinforced corrugated cardboard usually appears on the left and right end faces (see FIGS. 6 and 9). . Of such cut surfaces, the cut surface of the upper end of the end plate and the end portion of the end of the end plate are joined to the side plate after the assembly of the eaves and do not appear in the appearance of the eaves. Will appear in the appearance.
According to the structure of 3rd invention, the cut surface of a reinforced corrugated-cardboard material does not appear in the external appearance before and behind a ridge by providing a blindfold material in the right-and-left side edge of a main body part. Thereby, the finish of the appearance of the bag can be further improved.
The blindfold has a sense of unity with the color and pattern of the heel surface, and can be formed of a sheet, film, cloth, or the like. It may be provided in the end plate body portion in advance, or may be provided in the end plate body portion after the assembly of the bag is completed.

[Fourth Invention]
A foldable corrugated cardboard trough according to a fourth aspect of the present invention has the structure of the first aspect, and is directed to the position where the bottom box and the side plate are partitioned vertically, from the inner side to the outer side of the corrugated cardboard material at the same position. V-grooves that are cut in this manner, and the side plates can be switched from the standing state to the folded state.

According to the structure of 4th invention, it will be in a folded state, when the side plate of a standing state bends inward of a ridge along V groove. Since this V-groove is cut from the inner side of the reinforced corrugated board material toward the outer side, it is hidden inside the heel. That is, since the V-groove between the bottom box and the side plate cannot be seen from the outside of the ridge, the side surface of the ridge can be made into a flat appearance without a break.
Moreover, since the left and right side plates fall toward the inside of the bag, the folded state of the bag becomes compact, and the workability of storing and transporting the bag can be improved.

[First to Fourth Inventions]
In the first to fourth inventions, the use of the heel (for humans, pets, etc.), the type of the heel (sleeper, sit-down, etc.) and the shape are not particularly limited.
In addition to the configurations of the first to fourth inventions, a lock unit may be provided for restricting the wive plate from moving upward after dropping the wive plate into the folding margin plate. For example, a dowel hole and a dowel that fits into the dowel hole are provided as locking means in the adjacent portion between the folding margin plate and the end plate.
By providing such a locking means, it is possible to prevent the end plate from falling off after assembling the heel, and to improve the reliability of the heel.
The foldable corrugated cardboard cages of the first to fourth inventions are formed mainly of reinforced corrugated cardboard material, but may be reinforced with wood or the like as necessary.
The first to fourth inventions can be applied by combining these inventions as necessary. Moreover, you may combine the other invention described in this specification with 1st-3rd invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the embodiments described below and modifications thereof are examples of forms to which the present invention is applied, and the scope of the invention is not limited to these embodiments.

[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 1, the corrugated cardboard basket 10 includes a bag body 12 and a lid 13. A lid 13 is provided above the main body 12, and a window frame 14 is provided at a position near the lid 13. A kannon door is attached to the window frame 14 so that the inside of the bag can be viewed by opening these doors.
The dimensions of the corrugated board 10 are, for example, a front and rear heel length (long side) of about 170 to 200 cm, a left and right heel width (short side) of about 50 to 70 cm, and a height of about 40 to 50 cm.

The bag body 12 and the lid 13 are made of a reinforced corrugated cardboard material. The bag body 12 is formed by subjecting a reinforced corrugated cardboard material cut into a developed shape to V-groove processing and bending the corrugated cardboard material into a box shape along the V-groove.
As the reinforced cardboard material, for example, a three-layer reinforced cardboard material having a thickness of about 10 to 20 mm (for example, manufactured by Triwall) is employed. In this type of corrugated board material, three layers of corrugated plates r1 to r3 are provided with partition plates r4 and r5 between two thick plates (liners) Rb and Rf, as shown in the R partial enlarged view of FIG. It has a good pressure resistance and water resistance.

When the V-groove for bending is formed in the reinforced corrugated cardboard material, the other layers are cut using a rotary blade or the like while leaving one of the thick plates Rf and Rb. When the reinforced corrugated board material is bent, only the remaining thick plate (liner) is bent and the groove surfaces of the V-grooves are brought into close contact with each other. If V-groove processing is performed so that the groove angle of the V-groove is approximately 90 °, adjacent plate materials bend substantially vertically. By setting the groove angle within a range not exceeding 180 °, the reinforced corrugated board material can be bent to any angle.
By bending the reinforced corrugated board material in the V-groove in this way, the bent portion of the thick plate (liner) becomes a hinge, and the cut between the folded board materials is hidden on the opposite side of the V-groove. Thereby, the dimensional accuracy of the corner | angular part of the collar main body 12 improves, and the finish of an external appearance can be made favorable. As a means for V groove processing, the reinforced corrugated board material may be compressed into a V-shaped cross section with a press machine or the like.

A decorative sheet such as a cloth or a film is affixed to the surface of the cardboard box 10 as necessary. By applying such a cosmetic finish, the texture of the corrugated cardboard 10 is enhanced. It is also possible to print a decorative pattern such as wood grain on the surface of the reinforced cardboard material in advance, and assemble such a reinforced cardboard material into a box shape to form the cardboard bag 10.

As shown in FIG. 4, the bag main body 12 includes a bottom box 21, left and right side plates 22, 22, folding margin plates 23 and 23, and a end plate 24. The bottom box 21 has a vertically long rectangle when viewed from the plane direction, and a retractable side plate 22 is provided on the left and right of the bottom box 21. Folding margin plates 23 are connected to the front and rear of these side plates 22 via V grooves.

The bottom box 21 is fixed with an adhesive or the like by bending a reinforced cardboard material into a box shape in advance. Side plates 22 are connected to the left and right upper sides of the bottom box 21 and are integrally formed of a single reinforced cardboard material.
Although the manufacturing method of the bottom box 21 is not particularly limited, in the present embodiment, side plates 21a are connected to the left and right sides of the rectangular bottom plate, and trapezoidal girder plates 21b are connected to each other through V grooves. A triangular folding margin plate 21c is connected to the front and rear of the side plate 21a through a V-groove. The side plate 21a, the end plate 21b, and the folding margin plate 21c are bent along the V-groove, and the bottom box 21 is assembled by fixing each V-groove surface with an adhesive or the like. The corner portion of the bottom box 21 that is the bent portion of the side plate 21a and the folding margin plate 21c is free from displacement between adjacent plates, and has a good appearance.

The bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 are partitioned by an I groove 18 (see FIG. 3) cut into the reinforced cardboard material. The I-groove 18 is formed by cutting the remaining portion of the laminated structure of the reinforced corrugated board material, leaving only the thick plate (liner) on the inner side of the heel.
As shown in FIG. 2, the I groove 18 between the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 is formed substantially horizontally from the outer side to the inner side. As a result, the left and right side plates 22 are folded from the upright state toward the upper side of the bottom box 21 to the inside of the bag (see FIG. 3). Thus, by making the side plate 22 fall inward, the state where the bag is folded can be made compact, and the workability of storage and transportation can be improved.

In addition, since this embodiment employs a structure in which the side plate 22 is tilted inward as described above, a break due to the I groove 18 appears on the side surface of the heel body 12. On the other hand, as another embodiment, an I groove may be formed from the inner side of the heel toward the outer side. In this case, since the folded portion of the outer thick plate (liner) serves as a hinge and the side plate 22 is tilted to the outside of the bottom box 21, the cut by the I-groove 18 between the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 is broken. Can be hidden inside.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the side plate 22 is raised above the left and right sides of the bottom box 21. When the folding margin plate 23 is bent substantially perpendicularly to the side plate 22 so as to face the front and rear of the bottom box 21 from this state, the folding margin plates 23 and 23 are placed on the front and rear upper sides of the bottom box 21 as shown in FIG. It will be in the state which stood up with the clearance gap S maintained. In this state, when the downward U-shaped end plate 24 is dropped from above the folding margin plate 23, the standing state of the retractable side plate 22 is held by the end plate 24.

As shown in FIG. 2, the side plate 22 includes a side plate main body 22a, a side plate upper end 22b, and a side plate folded portion 22c. The side plate upper end portion 22b is bent inward from the upper end of the side plate main body portion 22a via the V groove, and the side plate folded portion 22c is bent downward via the V groove at the inner end of the side plate upper end portion 22b. These parts are fixed with an adhesive or the like in a folded state.
Thus, by bending each part along the V-groove, the open end (upper end) of the bag main body 12 (side plate 22) becomes a flat surface where the cut surface of the corrugated cardboard material cannot be seen. Further, the strength of the heel body 12 is improved by the folded structure of the side plate upper end portion 22b and the side plate folded portion 22c.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, side plate connecting surfaces Fs are formed at the front and rear ends of the side plate body 22a, the side plate upper end 22b, and the side plate folded portion 22c. The side plate connecting surface Fs is a surface extended along a V groove for bending the side plate 22 and the folding margin plate 23, and after folding the side plate main body portion 22a, the side plate upper end portion 22b, and the side plate folded portion 22c, The corrugated board material is simultaneously formed by performing V-groove processing for bending the folding margin plate 23.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the end plate 24 includes a end plate main body 24a, a end plate upper end portion 24b, and a end plate folding portion 24c. At the upper end of the end plate body 24a, the end plate upper end 24b is bent through the V groove 28 (see FIG. 7), and at the inner end of the end of the end plate 24b, the end plate folding portion 24c is inserted through the V groove 29 (see FIG. 7). Can be bent downward. As a result, these parts have a downward U-shape when viewed from the side surface direction (see FIG. 6C).

The end plate main body portion 24a is formed in a rectangular shape that is substantially the same size as the end face of the heel, and the end plate folding portion 24c is formed in a rectangular shape that is smaller than the end plate main body portion 24a so as to fit within the heel. The end plate upper end portion 24b is formed to be a trapezoidal plate surface when viewed from the plane direction so as to connect the end plate main body portion 24a and the end plate folding portion 24c (see FIG. 7B).

The side end surfaces of the end plate upper end 24b and the end plate folding back portion 24c are inclined so as to approach each other from the position that matches the left and right width when viewed from the upper side of the heel (in the plane direction). That is, the end surface of the end plate folding portion 24c is cut in accordance with the trapezoidal inclination of the end plate upper end portion 24b. The end surfaces of the end plate upper end portion 24b and the end plate folding portion 24c processed in this way become the end plate connecting surface Ft (see FIG. 6).

An intermediate plate 25 is sandwiched between the end plate body portion 24a and the end plate folding portion 24c. The intermediate plate 25 is made of a reinforced corrugated cardboard material, and the thickness of the intermediate plate 25 is equal to the thickness of the folding margin plate 23, and the size thereof is slightly smaller than the gap S formed between the left and right folding margin plates 23. It is. When the end plate 24 is dropped from above the folding margin plate 23, the middle plate 25 fits in the gap S (see FIG. 8).
By adopting such an intermediate plate 25, the shape of the end plate 24 can be stabilized. In addition, it is possible to prevent positional displacement between the end plate connecting surface Ft and the side plate connecting surface Fs, and to improve the dimensional accuracy of the collar. Each plate constituting the end plate 24 is fixed in advance with an adhesive or the like and kept in the form of FIG.

Here, in the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the dowel 27 is attached to the heel body 12 as a locking means for preventing the end plate 24 from coming off after assembly. Dowel holes are provided in adjacent portions of the bottom box 21 and the end plate 24 and adjacent portions of the folding margin plate 23 and the end plate 24, and dowels 27 are inserted into these dowel holes to connect the end plate 24 and the folding margin plate 23. Fix it. In the example of FIG. 9, the left and right ends (adjacent portions of the folding margin plate 23 and the end plate 24) and two lower ends (adjacent portions of the bottom box 21 and the end plate 24) are respectively viewed from the inner side of the end plate 24. Dowels 27 are provided at a total of two places (see FIG. 6).

According to such a structure, even if it is going to pull up the end plate 24 after assembling the bag main body 12, since the dowel 27 is caught by the folding allowance plate 23, the movement of the end plate 24 can be controlled. Thereby, the backlash of the folding allowance board 23 and the side board 22 can be suppressed, and it becomes possible to further improve the shape stability of the collar main body 12. FIG.
Note that the locking means for restricting the upward movement of the end plate 24 is not limited to the dowel 27, and a locking claw, a pin, or the like may be employed. When it is not necessary to fold the bag after use, it is possible to fix the contact surface between the folding plate 23 and the end plate 24 with an adhesive.

When assembling the main body 12, first, the left and right side plates 22 folded as shown in FIG. 3 are raised and raised above the bottom box 21, and the front and rear folding plates 23 are folded so as to face the front and rear of the bottom box 21. (See FIG. 4). In this state, the end plate 24 is dropped from above the folding margin plate 23 to hold the side plate 22 upright.
When the end plate 24 is dropped from the upper side of the folding plate 23, the end plate 24 moves downward while the end plate connecting surface Ft slides on the side plate connecting surface Fs, and the lower end of the end plate 24 is from a position sandwiching the folding plate 23 back and forth. It reaches a position where the end plate 21b and the folding margin plate 21c of the bottom box 21 are sandwiched forward and backward. When the end plate 24 comes to the lowest position, as shown in FIG. At this time, by overlapping the side plate connecting surface Fs and the end plate connecting surface Ft, the side plate upper end portion 22b and the end plate upper end portion 24b are connected in the orthogonal direction when viewed from the upper side of the heel (in the plane direction). It is a series. The side plate folding portion 22c and the end plate folding portion 24c are connected in the orthogonal direction when viewed from above the heel (planar direction). Then, the middle plate 25 is accommodated between the folding margin plates 23.

According to the corrugated cardboard bag of the first embodiment, when the bag body 12 is assembled, the side plate 22 and the end plate 24 are naturally bent through the V-groove (see FIG. 1). Since the step can be eliminated at the joint between the side plate 22 and the end plate 24, the outer portion of the end plate 24 does not protrude before and after the heel, and the finish of the heel appearance can be improved. .

Further, according to the corrugated board cage of the first embodiment, since the side plate connecting surface Fs and the end plate connecting surface Ft are both flat surfaces, the connecting surfaces are formed by a single step with a rotary blade or the like for V-groove processing. (One cut) can be finished. For this reason, the processing operation of the joint of the side plate 22 and the end plate 24 is simple, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
Processing such as dovetails and ridges is unnecessary at the joint between the side plate 22 and the end plate 24, and there is no need to fix the piece of wood subjected to such processing to the reinforced cardboard material.

In the first embodiment, when the end plate 24 is made of a reinforced corrugated cardboard material, a cut surface of the reinforced corrugated cardboard material appears on the left and right end faces (see FIG. 6). Among such cut surfaces, the cut surfaces of the end plate upper end portion 24b and the end plate folding portion 24c are not connected to the side plate 22 after assembling the flange and do not appear in the appearance of the flange, but the cut surface of the end panel main body portion 24a. Appears in the appearance (side) before and after the heel.
As a countermeasure, a blindfold material H indicated by a symbol H in FIG. 9A may be attached to the left and right ends of the end plate body 24a.

By providing the blindfold material H at the left and right ends of the end plate body 24a, it is possible to prevent the cut surface of the reinforced corrugated board material from appearing in the appearance before and after the heel, thereby further improving the appearance of the heel. it can.
As the blindfold material H, a sheet, film, cloth or the like having a sense of unity with the color and pattern of the heel surface can be adopted. It may be attached in advance to the left and right side ends (cut surfaces) of the end plate main body portion 24a, or the decoration material on the surface of the collar plate may be extended to cover the left and right end portions (cut surface) of the end plate main body portion 24a. Good.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, the foldable cardboard box of the second embodiment is shown in FIGS. In the second embodiment, a bottom plate 31 is employed in place of the bottom box 21 of the bag main body 12.
Similar to the first embodiment, the corrugated cardboard basket 30 includes a box-shaped bag body 12 and a lid 13 that covers the bag body 12.
As shown in FIG. 11, the bag main body 12 includes a bottom plate 31, a side plate 22, and a end plate 24. On the left and right sides of the bottom plate 31, there are provided retractable side plates 22 having hinged portions of the V-grooves. Folding margin plates 33a and 33a are connected to the front and rear of the side plate 22 via V grooves, and the folding margin plate 33b is connected to the front and rear of the bottom plate 31 via V grooves. The configuration of the end plate 24 is practically the same as that of the first embodiment.
The side plate connecting surface Fs is formed at the front and rear ends of the side plate main body portion 22a, the side plate upper end portion 22b, and the side plate folded portion 22c along V grooves for bending the side plate 22 and the folding margin plate 33a. As with the first embodiment, the end face connecting surface Ft is located on the side end of the end face upper end portion 24b and the end face folding portion 24c as it goes from the position that matches the left and right widths when viewed from the upper side of the heel (in the plane direction). Inclined so as to approach each other.

When assembling the scissors body 12 of the second embodiment, the side plate 22 and the folding margin plates 33a and 33b are first raised from the developed state where the side plates 22 and the folding margin plates 33a and 33b are continuous on the plane. The proxy plate 33a is bent so as to face the front and rear of the heel. Similarly, the folding margin plate 33b of the bottom plate 31 is bent so as to face the front and rear of the heel (see FIG. 11).
In this state, the end plate 24 is dropped onto the folding margin plates 33a and 33b from above, and the left and right side plates 22 are kept upright. The middle plate 25 (not shown) is accommodated in the gap S between the folding margin plates 33a and 33b.

Similarly to the first embodiment, the corrugated board bag 30 of the second embodiment looks like the side plate 22 and the end plate 24 are naturally bent through the V-groove after the bag body 12 is assembled (FIG. 10). See), and the finish of the candy can be improved. Since there is no step at the joint between the side plate 22 and the end plate 24, there is no appearance that the outer portion of the end plate 24 protrudes before and after the heel.
In addition, since the side plate 22 is raised directly on the left and right of the bottom plate 31, it is possible to eliminate the cut by the I groove 18 (see FIG. 4) on the side surface of the heel.
Furthermore, according to the second embodiment, it is not necessary to manufacture the bottom box as in the first embodiment, so the number of steps for processing the reinforced corrugated cardboard material is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the bag can be further suppressed.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 12 shows a foldable cardboard box of the third embodiment. In the third embodiment, positioning means is provided between the folding margin plate 23 and the end plate 24.
As shown in FIG. 12, the corrugated cardboard bag 40 basically includes the bag body 12 that is common to the first embodiment.
The folding plate 23 connected to the left and right side plates 22 is provided with slits 41 and 41 having a predetermined length from above. Coupling pieces 42 and 42 are fixed to the inner side of the end plate 24 in accordance with the positions of the slits 41 on the left and right sides of the middle plate 25. The length of the coupling piece 42 is shorter than the slit 41. Other configurations are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment.

When the end plate 24 is dropped from above the folding allowance plate 23, the middle plate 25 of the end plate 24 fits between the folding allowance plates 23 (gap S), and at the same time, the coupling piece 42 is inserted into each slit 41. The side plate connecting surface Fs and the end plate connecting surface Ft overlap each other and are hidden between the side plate 22 and the end plate 24.

According to the third embodiment, in addition to the same effects as in the first embodiment, the end plate 24 can be accurately positioned with respect to the folding margin plate 23 by fitting the slit 41 and the coupling piece 42 together. . Further, since the development of the side plate 22 can be surely suppressed, even when a load is applied to the side plate 22, the wife plate 24 is hardly displaced, and the shape of the heel can be further stabilized.

[Fourth Embodiment]
A foldable cardboard box of the fourth embodiment is shown in FIGS. In the fourth embodiment, the cut of the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 is not visible on the outer appearance of the main body 12.
As described above, in the structure of the first embodiment, in order to change the side plate 22 from the standing state to the folded state, the I-groove 18 is provided on the side surface of the bag main body 12, that is, at the position where the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 are partitioned. ing. This I-groove is cut from the outer side of the heel toward the inner side, leaving a thick plate (liner) on the inner side of the reinforced cardboard material. For this reason, the bent part of this thick plate (liner) can become a hinge, and the side plate 22 can be tilted toward the inner side of the bag.
However, in such a structure, after assembling the foldable corrugated cardboard basket, a cut due to the I groove 18 may appear on the side surface of the bag main body 12 and the appearance may not be preferable. In particular, during the funeral, the side of the coffin placed in front of the altar may be directly visible to the attendees, and the appearance is preferably flat.
On the other hand, as described above, when the I groove 18 is cut from the inner side of the reinforced corrugated board toward the outer side, the cut by the I groove 18 is concealed on the inner side of the main body 12 and the side surface of the main body 12 is The appearance can be made flat. However, in such a configuration, since the left and right side plates 22 fall outwardly from the heel, it is difficult to fold the heel body 12 in a compact manner.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the folding corrugated cardboard basket 50 of the fourth embodiment employs a V-groove 51 instead of the I-groove 18 of the basket body 12 of the first embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the basket body 12 is provided with a retractable side plate 22 at the upper left and right of the bottom box 21. V-grooves 51, 51 that can switch the side plates 22, 22 from the standing state to the folded state are provided inside the bag body 12 and at a position that partitions the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22.
These V grooves 51, 51 are cut from the inner side of the bag toward the outer side, leaving a thick plate (liner) on the outer side of the reinforced corrugated board material at the same position. Continuing along the longitudinal direction of the ridge body 12, the groove cross section is maintained at approximately 90 °. The bent portion of the thick plate (liner) becomes a hinge, so that the side plates 22 and 22 fall from the standing state toward the inner side of the bag (see FIG. 15). The procedure for assembling the bag main body 12 is the same as in the first embodiment.

According to the foldable cardboard box 50 of the fourth embodiment, in addition to the effects of the first embodiment, the V-groove 51 for folding the side plate 22 can be hidden inside the bag. For this reason, the side surface of the bag main body 12 after starting up the side plate 22 becomes a flat appearance with no gap between the bottom box 21 and the side plate 22 (see FIG. 13).
Moreover, since the left and right side plates 22 and 22 are tilted toward the inside of the bag main body 12, the folded state of the bag main body 12 becomes compact, and the workability of storing and transporting the bag can be improved.
In the fourth embodiment, when the end plate 24 is dropped into the folding margin plate 23 when assembling the heel body 12, the standing posture of the side plate 22 is stabilized. For this reason, even if there is a gap due to the V-groove 51 between the standing side plate 22 and the bottom box 21, the shape stability of the bag main body 12 can be sufficiently ensured.

[Modification]
As mentioned above, although the bag by embodiment of this invention was demonstrated, embodiment of this invention may be accompanied by various deformation | transformation and a change, without being limited to these structures.
In the first to fourth embodiments, the reinforced corrugated cardboard material is used to form the corrugated cardboard cage (the casket body 12, the lid 13 and the window frame 14), but a piece of wood or the like may be incorporated into the corrugated cardboard material as necessary. For example, when a plywood or a laminated material is laminated and bonded to the bottom box 21 or the bottom plate 31, the strength of the ridge can be increased and the load resistance can be improved.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the lid | cover of a planar shape is employ | adopted, it is good also as a lid | cover of a three-dimensional shape by bend | folding a corrugated cardboard material in a box shape.
