Proposed device consists of at least one vertical upright secured on base of equipment and provided with row of vertically arranged through slots to receive rear end faces of brackets and secure them in place. Shelves are provided with L-shaped edges bent downwards and having breaks and communicating slots. Width of slots is not less than width of break, and depth of slots is not less than summary thickness of two edges and thickness of bracket. L-shaped edges of side end face of shelves bent downwards are fitted in slots of adjacent shelves enclosing one common bracket from top.

EFFECT: simplified design and facilitated mounting, reduced metal usage, improved service and consumer properties.

The invention relates to trade and exhibition equipment and can be used in the production of objects of trade, advertising and specialized furniture, as well as in the design of interiors, storage and industrial premises.

Close to the technological essence of the present invention is a modular shelf system (RF Patent No. 2071266, 6 A 47 F 5/13, 01/10/97, Bull. No. 1), containing at least two vertical elements of a rectangular shape, each of which consists of two vertical racks connected by horizontal supporting rods rigidly connecting the racks to each other, at least one horizontal shelf, including the first and second side rods, located at an angle relative to each other, and the mounting unit for detachable connection horizontally a shelf with vertical elements, the bearing rods of two adjacent vertical elements being placed at the same level and at an angle relative to each other equal to the angle between the side bars of the horizontal shelf, the mounting unit has first connecting means for releasably attaching it to two bearing rods located at the same level two connections of vertical elements and fixing the latter at an angle relative to each other, and second connecting means for accommodating the first and second side rods and releasably of the horizontal leg connected to the fixing node. However, this technical solution is very difficult to manufacture and laborious in installation, metal consuming and expensive.

Also close in technical essence to the claimed invention are products of commercial equipment “Island Hill”, series B2 and “Wall slide”, series B2 manufactured by the MIKRON pilot plant in Veliki Luki, Pskov region, which contain vertical racks equipped with several parallel vertical rows of through grooves of a rectangular shape, into which horizontally located brackets are inserted with end ends, on which horizontal shelves are hung. This trading equipment is connected into modules by grabbing the end brackets of two brackets installed in the grooves of the uprights with the end faces bent downward. Vertical racks are interconnected by plate-walls. Also close in technical essence is the trading equipment of the rack type “NOVENA” and “UCGE” series of the company “Torgkomplekt” in Moscow, containing vertical racks, equipped in the front face with two vertical parallel rows of through grooves of a rectangular shape, into which rear end ends are inserted horizontally located brackets on which horizontal shelves are hung with the help of bent L-shaped lateral edges. cabling installation ("capture") of the L-shaped edges on two adjacent brackets.

Closest to the claimed invention and adopted as a prototype is the trading equipment of the rack type “Gorka Nika” manufactured by ZAO “Torgmash”, Bor, Nizhny Novgorod Region, containing vertical racks equipped on the front side with vertical parallel rows of through grooves of rectangular shape, into which are inserted the rear end ends of horizontally located brackets on which horizontal shelves are hung with the help of bent L-shaped lateral edges. The connection of two adjacent shelves of the same level during the installation of equipment into modules is carried out by “capturing” by the L-shaped edges of the adjacent shelves of two adjacent brackets.

However, these technical solutions are not without drawbacks, namely: they are complex in design, have extra parts that make the product more expensive and more complicated. In addition, the irrational design has a high metal consumption, which degrades the performance of commercial equipment, reduces its reliability. The advantage of the proposed solution over the similar and prototype also lies in the fact that it allows you to implement a larger number of shelf location options with a small number of basic components, as well as the fact that the equipment can be mounted easily and quickly, has strength, stability and reliability, regardless of its configuration, while assembly-disassembly does not require special tools, and the useful area of the shelves can be increased to a maximum, since the plane of the shelves are closely adjacent to friend.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and installation, reduce its metal consumption, improve the operational and consumer qualities of trade and exhibition equipment, expand the functionality and reliability.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the connection of shelves of commercial and advertising equipment of the rack type, containing at least one vertical rack, equipped on the front side with through grooves, brackets, fixed with rear ends in the grooves of the racks with the possibility of removal, shelves, equipped on the side ends of G- shaped downward curved edges, which they cover the brackets on top, is made in such a way that the rack is equipped with one vertical row of through grooves, L-shaped downwardly curved edges of the side ends of the shelves flaxen with gaps evenly spaced along the length of the end part of the shelves, the shelves are equipped with grooves located in the area of these gaps, communicating with them and continuing on the horizontal surface of the shelves, the width of the grooves is not less than the width of the gaps of the laterally end faces of the shelves, bent downwardly, and the depth of the grooves has a size not less than the total thickness of these two edges and the thickness of the bracket, L-shaped bent down, the edges of the side ends of the shelves are located in the grooves of adjacent shelves, covering from above one common crown matte.

The connection of the shelves in the trade and exhibition equipment of the rack type consists of a vertical rack 1, mounted on the base of the equipment, equipped on the front side with one vertically arranged adjacent through grooves 2, for example, a rectangular section, an arm 3, for example, made of sheet material, which has its own end the back side having shaped hooks is installed at a certain height, in the grooves 2 of the rack 1; two adjacent to each other shelves 4 having on their lateral ends L-shaped edges bent downward 5, which are made with gaps 6, evenly spaced along the end part of the shelves and grooves 7 located in the region of these gaps, communicating with them and being their continuation on the horizontal surface of the shelves. The width “in” of the grooves 7 is not less than the width of the gaps 6, and the depth “a” of the grooves has a size not less than the total thickness of the two edges 5 and the thickness of the bracket 3.

After mounting the racks 1 on the basis of the trade and exhibition equipment, the brackets 3 are installed in the grooves 2 of the racks using shaped “hooks” located on the front rear side of the brackets. After that, the shelves 4 are mounted on the brackets 3 with the help of an L-shapedly curved downward edge 5, covering the brackets 3 from above. At the same time, the L-shaped curved-down edges 5 of one shelf are placed in the grooves 7 of the adjacent shelf.

The connection of the shelves in this way allows to simplify the assembly process, save materials, reduce the number of components, ensure rigidity, strength, reliability of the construction of trade and exhibition equipment of the rack type, and improve its consumer qualities.

A connection of shelves of trade and exhibition equipment of the rack type, comprising at least one vertical rack equipped with through grooves on the front side, brackets fixed with rear ends in the grooves of the racks with the possibility of removal, shelves equipped on the lateral ends with L-shaped edges bent downwards, which they cover brackets from above, characterized in that the rack is equipped with one vertical row of through grooves, the L-shapedly curved down edges of the side ends of the shelves are made with gaps, evenly spaced along the length of the end part of the shelves, the shelves are equipped with grooves located in the area of these gaps, communicating with them and continuing on the horizontal surface of the shelves, the width of the grooves is not less than the width of the gaps of the laterally end faces of the shelves, bent downward, and the depth of the grooves has a size not less than the total thickness of these two edges and the thickness of the bracket, the L-shapedly curved down edges of the side ends of the shelves are located in the grooves of the adjacent shelves, covering from above one common bracket for them.
