The technical solution relates to trade and exhibition equipment and can be used to demonstrate goods in retail and industrial premises.

Currently, a wide range of products for similar purposes is used. The basis of the designs of these products is, as a rule, a rigid frame made of steel profile pipes, on which shelves, panels, etc. are hung, or a case structure made of chipboard, MDF, etc. panels.

A well-known trade showcase (see RF patent No. 64876 for the utility model “Trade showcase”, IPC A47F 5/00, published 2007.07.27) containing vertical racks mounted on a box-like base, shelves for goods and a panel-shaped lid .

Closest to the claimed utility model is the third embodiment of the shelving (see RF patent No. 51466 for the utility model "Shelving (options)", IPC A47B 47/02, publ. 2006.02.27). It contains vertical racks with rows of slotted holes located along their entire length, cross members connecting the racks, panels with holes and shelves installed in them, a base with supports, consisting of two horizontal beams and a tabletop. Vertical racks are connected by cross members and fixed on the horizontal beams of the base, and panels with holes are fixed in the slotted holes of the vertical racks.

The disadvantage of these designs is their bulkiness and high weight, which leads to a large consumption of metal, and the inability to place additional advertising information, such as advertising slides or posters.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create a durable shelving with low weight and allowing

optionally install a demonstration device for advertising information.

The rack contains a housing 1, resting on legs 2, made of thin-walled metal sheet and having a U-shaped section with a front wall 3 and side walls 4 with steps 5. By adjusting the legs 2, the housing 1 is set in a stable position. Then, in the slot 6 in the front wall 3 and the steps 5, the required number of glass shelves 7 is placed and a light box 8 is installed at the top of the housing. In this case, the shelves 7 are securely fixed in the slot 6 due to the figured profile of the housing.

This design reduces the metal consumption of the structure, provides reliable fixation of shelves in the housing with a small weight of the structure and low material consumption, which ultimately reduces the cost of production. In addition, this design provides the expansion of the technological capabilities of the rack, as it can be used both for laying out small goods (perfumery, cosmetics, some food products) in one case, and for heavy goods (tools, electrical goods) in another.
