Abstract

FIELD: furniture production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a display case intended for use on display stands, in shops, in markets, in exhibition halls or warehouses. Showcase comprises module with two rack-mounted supports of rectangular cross-section and rear wall, attached with possibility of detachment to supports using profiled connecting link. Rear wall is made of metal sheet with corrugations, which form mutually parallel sections of front surface and sections of rear surface, connected by means of skew sections. Rear wall at section of connection of front surface elements and skew sections near its side edge comprises horizontal slots, in which there is a connecting link made in form of a flat element, passing through two adjacent horizontal grooves and having shaped retainers on external side relative to rear wall for connection with rack supports. On one side of the rear wall along the part of length of horizontal grooves on the side opposite to the support there is a channel, in which a power supply busbar for power supply is located.

EFFECT: technical result is facilitating manufacturing of display cases with illumination, storage and assembly.

Description

The object of the present invention is a showcase, in particular for shops, intended for use, inter alia, on display stands, shops, markets, showrooms or warehouses.

In the field of display cases used for the presentation or storage of products or other products, especially in large areas, display case designs are known that include, as the main elements, racks of various cross-sections, most often of rectangular cross-sections, containing appropriate openings, mating with the elements used for the purpose of attaching brackets to support shelves, usually located horizontally or slightly tilted forward, backward or sideways to better represent the products or articles on them.

Such display cases often contain two independent post supports, between which a back wall is located, connecting the post supports and reinforcing the entire structure. This set forms a showcase module and provides the possibility of expanding the showcase to the required size by combining the modules in order to create a showcase with the required dimensional parameters. An additional module is added to the already assembled display case in such a way that the back wall is added to the outer rack support of the kit and another rack support is installed on the other side. This is possible because the upright supports, in addition to the corresponding mounting holes in the front and rear walls, contain additional mounting holes in the left and right walls, so that all the walls of the uprights can have corresponding mounting holes for mounting various components.

Showcases of this type are made of metal, usually steel or aluminum sheets, and this also applies to the upright supports and the back walls or shelves. The rear wall often contains hook-shaped latches at the side edges, which are used to install the rear wall into the mounting holes made in the side walls of the display rack posts. The structure of the back wall plays an important role in its construction.

Often the back wall is made of a flat sheet of metal attached using the above means to the upright supports. Undesirable vibrations and reduced stability can often occur in such structures. To ensure the appropriate parameters, such a wall must be made of sheets of considerable thickness, which increases the cost and weight of the showcase.

To increase the rigidity of the rear wall, the latter can be made with corrugations in the form of corrugations, which increases the rigidity and makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the sheets from which the rear wall is made. The corrugations can form portions of the front surface and the parallel rear surface, connected by oblique portions, however, the front and rear surfaces are at a certain distance from each other.

To facilitate the manufacture and storage of the display case elements when not in use, the back wall can be formed from segments dividing the back wall into smaller parts. Most often, such a division is performed along the rear wall, that is, the rear wall is formed by arranging the segments one above the other.

International patent application WO 2010031746 discloses a display case comprising two post supports to which a back wall is attached. The rear wall is made of a flat sheet of metal attached to the rack supports by means of hook-shaped clamps located on its lateral edges and interacting with the holes made in the side walls of the rack supports and located in one vertical row. For the purpose of reinforcement, the rear wall contains corrugations at the top and bottom edges.

French patent application FR 2799941 discloses a display cabinet structure comprising two upright supports to which a rear wall is attached. The rear wall is made of a sheet of metal attached to the rack supports having mounting holes made on their lateral edges, which accommodate hook-shaped clamps of the plate attached to the rack support without the possibility of detachment. The rear wall is made with corrugations in the form of corrugations to increase the rigidity and reduce the thickness of the sheets from which it is made. The corrugations can form portions of the front surface and the parallel rear surface, connected by oblique surfaces, however, the front and rear surfaces are at a given distance from each other.

Application for invention EP 2695543 discloses a display cabinet structure comprising two post supports, to which a rear wall is attached. The back wall is made of a sheet of metal attached to the uprights using an intermediate piece. The rear wall is made with corrugations in the form of corrugations to increase the rigidity and reduce the thickness of the sheets from which it is made. The corrugations can form portions of the front surface and the parallel rear surface, connected by oblique surfaces, however, the front and rear surfaces are at a certain distance from each other. The sections of the front surface and the rear surface of the rear wall parallel to it contain rectangular mounting holes on both of their edges. An intermediate element is located between the rear wall and the post support, which contains at least one connecting link configured to attach the rear wall using a mounting hole. The intermediate element contains at least one positioning element configured to be installed in at least one corresponding positioning element located on the post, and containing at least one fixing element configured to interact with the corresponding fixing element located on the post ... One vertical row of holes is made on the side walls of the rack supports.

The description of the application for the invention of Poland P. 410953 discloses a display case, in particular for shops, containing a module with two upright posts of rectangular cross-section and a rear wall detachably attached to the supports using a profiled connecting link, in which the rear wall is made of a metal sheet with corrugations, the corrugations forming parallel portions of the front surface and portions of the rear surface connected by means of oblique portions. On the front surface and the rear surface of the rear wall near its lateral edge, there are shaped cutouts in the form of a hole open to the outer side side of the rear wall and having a vertical protrusion with a horizontal bend made along the side of the rear wall, and the holes contain a connecting link made in the form of a spatial shaped element passing through at least two adjacent openings, and containing two parallel connecting walls connected by means of platforms having upwardly directed vertical tongues in their central sections, the width of which is less than the length of the connecting walls of the connecting link, and the connecting link contains from the outer sides relative to the rear wall profile clamps on each connecting wall, while the vertical distance between the platforms corresponds to the vertical distance at which the holes in the rear wall are located, and on the side walls of the rack supports facing the side wall, recesses are made in the form of vertical grooves, located in two parallel vertical rows, by means of which the profile clamps of the connecting link are attached.

For a better presentation of the goods located in the display cases, all the above-described display cases should be equipped with their own lighting, in particular, useful in shops or presentation halls with limited lighting levels.

The simplest solution to this problem is to connect electrical wiring to the showcase and connect a conventional lamp installed in the showcase.

However, such a solution is unaesthetic, cumbersome in terms of installation and handling, and can be dangerous for users and customers.

For this reason, the electrical wiring is placed inside the elements of the showcase in such a way that it does not protrude and is not visible.

US patent application US 4,949,487 discloses a modular backlight for pendant information letters, in which the power source for this backlight is a pendant horizontal power rail in which two current-carrying rods are located.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art, to create a new line of display cases with regard to their illumination and to facilitate their manufacture, storage and assembly.

In accordance with the invention, a showcase, in particular for shops, comprises a module with two upright supports of rectangular cross-section and a rear wall detachably attached to the supports using a profiled connector, the rear wall being made of a metal sheet with corrugations, the corrugations form mutually parallel sections of the front surface and sections of the rear surface, connected by means of oblique sections, and the rear wall at the connection section between the components of the front surface and the oblique sections near its side edge contains horizontal grooves in which a connecting link made in the form of a flat element is located, passing at least through two adjacent horizontal grooves and containing on the outer side relative to the rear wall profile clamps for connection with the rack supports. On at least one side of the rear wall, along a part of the length of the horizontal grooves on the side opposite to the supports, there is a channel in which power lines for supplying electricity are placed.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rear wall on the side opposite to the side near which horizontal grooves are made on its lateral part, on the vertical sections of the front surface and on the vertical sections of the rear surface contains profile clamps in the form of hooks, made with the possibility of connecting with the recesses of the rack supports ...

Preferably, the channel is wider than the groove.

In the preferred embodiment, the horizontal dimensions of the channel are equal to the lateral dimensions of the power rail.

Preferably, the power bus is a plastic profile similar in shape to the shape of a C-shaped profile and containing two current-carrying rods located in the recesses of the arms of the C-shaped profile, the current carrying rods interacting with the collector.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the current collector comprises a rotatable flat knob that merges into lateral arms with contacts connected to the current-carrying rods of the power bus in any position, the contacts being provided with electric wires supplying electrical energy to the receiving device.

In a preferred embodiment, the post supports include mounting holes made in their front walls.

Preferably, the showcase is made of at least two modules installed next to each other, with adjacent modules having a common rack support.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the rear wall is made up of overlapping panels.

In a preferred embodiment, the upright supports are provided at the bottom with projecting legs and a bottom shelf extending between said projecting legs.

The object of the invention is illustrated in the embodiments of the invention in the drawings, in which:

The terms "right", "left", "front", "back" and the like, as used in describing embodiments of the present invention, refer to the sides of elements normally positioned this way during use of the display case.

As shown in FIG. 1, in one embodiment of the invention, the display module 1, in particular for shops, comprises two upright supports 2, a rear wall 3 and a connecting link 9 for connecting the rear wall 3 to the upright supports 2. In an embodiment of the present invention, the module 1 further comprises a protruding leg 23 on which the lower shelf 24 can be mounted.

The uprights 2 are made of steel sheet, although in other embodiments of the invention they can be made of other materials such as aluminum sheet. As shown in FIG. 2, fig. 3 and FIG. 4, the uprights 2 have a rectangular cross section. Their front and rear walls contain mounting holes 16 in which shelves or shelf holders (not shown) are placed, which can be horizontal or can be tilted at a slight angle for better presentation of goods. Both side walls of the rack supports 2 facing the rear wall contain two rows of grooves 11 made in the form of vertical grooves used to install the rear wall 3.

In this embodiment, the rear wall 3 is made of panels 15, which are arranged one above the other to form the rear wall 3. In other embodiments of the invention, the top and bottom edges of these panels 15 may overlap one another.

The rear wall 3 is made of a metal plate with uniformly spaced corrugations 4, made in the form of corrugations, and the corrugations 4 form parallel sections of the front surface 5 and sections of the rear surface 6, connected by means of oblique sections 7. It is obvious that in other embodiments of the present invention, the rear wall 3 does not have to be corrugated all over. As mentioned above, the metal plate of the rear wall 3 made of a sheet of metal can be divided into panels 15 located one above the other. This version of the rear wall 3 helps to simplify the manufacturing process of the elements, as well as to improve the storage and transportation of such elements.

As shown in FIG. 2, on the front surface 5 and rear surface 6 of the rear wall 3 near its lateral edge there are channels 80 passing into horizontal grooves 8. In the assembled showcase, in the horizontal grooves 8, a connecting link 9 is installed, made in the form of a spatial shaped element, and the connecting link 9 passes through at least two adjacent channels 80 and is offset to the horizontal grooves 8.

The connecting link 9, made in the form of a flat element passing through at least two adjacent horizontal grooves 8, contains profile clamps 10 from the outside relative to the rear wall 3. Profile clamps 10 are used to attach the rear wall 3 to the rack supports 2. For this, in during the assembly of the showcase, the profile clamps 10 are installed in the recesses 11 made in the rack supports on their side walls facing the rear wall 3.

On the outside with respect to the rear wall 3, the connecting link 9 contains profile clamps 10. The profile clamps 10 of the connecting link 9 are used to fix the connecting link 9 in the recesses 11 made in the side walls of the rack supports 2 during the assembly of the showcase.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the channel 80 is made wider than the groove 8 and corresponds to the width of the supply line 13, so that the dimensions of the channel 80 are equal to the lateral dimensions of the supply line 13. The width of the groove 8 corresponds to the thickness of the connecting link 9, which is a substantially flat element. In other embodiments of the invention, the channel width may be equal to the width of the slot 8.

The power rail 13 is a plastic profile similar in shape to a C-profile as shown in FIG. 3, fig. 4, figs. 5 and FIG. 6. The power bus 13 contains two current-carrying rods 14 extending in the cavities formed by the arms of the C-shaped profile of the power bus 13.

With the current-carrying rods 14 located in the profile of the power bus 13, the collector 17 interacts. The collector 17 contains a rotary flat handle 18, which passes into the side arms 19 with contacts 20 connected to the current-carrying rods 14 of the power bus 13 in any position, and the contacts 20 are equipped with electrical wires 21 supplying electrical energy to the receiving device 22. The receiving device 22 is located under the shelf of the display case and is a light source for illuminating the space between the shelves.

In the front walls of the rack supports 2, there are mounting holes 16, into which showcase elements, in particular, shelves, are installed.

In the embodiment shown in the drawing, projecting legs 23 and a bottom shelf 24 extending between the projecting legs 23 are located in the lower part of the rack supports 2.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, on the side edge of the rear wall 3 on the side opposite to the side with holes 8, in the front surface 5 and the rear surface 6 sections there are profile clamps 12 in the form of hooks, made with the possibility of fastening in the recesses 11 of the rack supports 2 during the assembly of the showcase.

In another embodiment of the invention (not shown) on both sides of the rear wall 3, near their lateral edges, there are holes 8 in which the connecting links 9 with profile clamps 15 are installed, used to attach the connecting links 9 to the rack supports 2 during the assembly of the showcase.

Claims (18)

1. Showcase, in particular for shops, comprising a module (1) with two upright supports (2) of rectangular cross-section and a rear wall (3) detachably attached to the supports (2) using a profiled connecting link, and the back wall (3) is made of corrugated sheet metal (4), corrugations (4) form mutually parallel sections of the front surface (5) and sections of the rear surface (6), connected by means of oblique sections (7), and the rear wall (3) at the connection section of the elements of the front surface (5) and oblique sections (7) near its lateral edge contains horizontal grooves (8), in which the connecting link (9) is located, made in the form of a flat element, passing at least through two adjacent horizontal grooves (8) and containing on the outer side relative to the back wall (3) profile clamps (10) for connection with the rack supports (2), characterized in that On at least one side of the rear wall (3) along part of the length of the horizontal grooves (8) on the side opposite to the support (2), there is a channel (80), in which a power bus (13) is placed for supplying electricity. 2. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear wall (3) from the side opposite to the side, near which horizontal grooves (8) are made on its side, on the vertical sections of the front surface (5) and on the vertical sections of the rear surface (6) contains profile clamps (12) in the form of hooks, made with the possibility of connecting with the recesses (11) of the rack supports (2). 3. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that the channel (80) is made wider than the groove (8). 4. Showcase according to claim. 1, characterized in that in the horizontal projection the dimensions of the channel (80) are equal to the transverse dimensions of the power bus. 5. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that the power bus (13) is a plastic profile similar in shape to a C-shaped profile and containing two current-carrying rods (14) installed in the recesses of the arms of the C-shaped profile, moreover, the current-carrying rods (14) interact with the current collector (17). 6. Showcase according to claim 5, characterized in that the current collector (17) contains a rotary flat handle (18), which passes into the side arms (19) with contacts (20) connected to the current-carrying rods (14) of the power bus in any position, moreover, the contacts (20) are equipped with electric wires (21) for supplying electrical energy to the receiving device (22). 7. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that the rack supports (2) comprise mounting holes (16) made in their front walls. 8. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made of at least two modules (1) installed next to each other, moreover, adjacent modules (1) have a common rack support (2). 9. Showcase according to claim. 1, characterized in that the rear wall (3) is made of panels (15) located overlapping one another. 10. Showcase according to claim 1, characterized in that in the lower part of the rack supports (2) there are protruding legs (23) and a lower shelf (24) passing between the protruding legs (23).
