Abstract

FIELD: military equipment, applicable for storage and transportation of charges in self-propelled artillery guns.

SUBSTANCE: the package has a seat with a sealed cover installed on it with a bulge with a hole and circular groove from the outside made in the center of it, and a cylindrical bulge is made at the end of the rotary lever, a spring-loaded catch with a packing sealing the cover hole is installed inside the cylindrical bulge.

EFFECT: enhanced preservation of the shot ballistic characteristics and reduced time for preparation to fire.

Description

The invention relates to the field of military equipment and is intended for storage and transportation of charges in self-propelled artillery pieces (SAO).

A device is known for securing charges in an average tank rack (see Tank "Ural". Technical description and operating instructions (172M.TO), book one. Order of the Red Banner of Labor Military Publishing House of the Ministry of Defense of the USSR, M., 1975, p. 94 , Fig. 34).

The specified device includes a socket and a closing mechanism. The closing mechanism consists of a pivot arm with a stopper that secures the charge in the socket and overlays the galvanic shock bushings of charges. Opening and closing the mechanism is carried out using the handle from the hand.

In the process of long-term operation, to ensure the reliable operation of the shots, it is necessary to prepare the ammunition for firing, for which the shells with charges are cleaned of dust, sand, dirt, rust with a rag moistened with diesel fuel.

The problem to be solved by the alleged invention is aimed at creating in the fighting compartment airtight packaging of powder charges, ensuring the safety of the ballistic characteristics of the shot during long-term storage and performing tactical missions of SAO, as well as reducing the time for preparing for the shot.

To solve this problem in a well-known package of powder charges containing a socket with a pivot arm and a latch mounted on it,

- the socket is made with a sealed cover, which in the center has a protrusion with a hole and an annular groove on the outside,

- at the end of the pivot arm, a cylindrical protrusion is made, inside of which a spring-loaded clamp is installed with a seal sealing the opening of the lid.

The device is illustrated by drawings, where

The hermetic packaging of powder charges contains a socket 1 in the form of a cup for holding a charge 2, closed by a cover 3 with a handle 4 and an O-ring 5 to ensure the tightness of the socket 1. In the center of the cover 3 there is a protrusion A with an annular groove B and an opening 6. On the stand 7, mounted on the socket 1 from the outside, a pivot arm 8. is installed. At the end of the pivot arm 8, a cylindrical protrusion C is made, inside of which a latch 9 is mounted with a spring 10 and a handle 11. A seal 12 is installed at the end of the latch 9 to seal the hole rstiya 6 of the cover 3. The cylindrical protrusion C of the pivot arm 8, interacting with the cylindrical protrusion A of the cover 3, fixes it from axial movement; the latch 9 with the seal 12 of the lever 8, entering the annular groove B of the cover 3, seals the hole 6 and prevents the rotation of the rotary lever 8.

The device operates as follows.

To remove the charge 2 from the stacking, it is necessary to move the latch 9 by the handle 11 upwards, compressing the spring 10, and turn the lever 8 to the position for removing the cover 3. The hole 6 of the cover 3 is open. The pressure in the socket 1 and the ambient air pressure are equalized, the compression that occurs when the cover 3 is removed from the socket 1 is eliminated. The cover 3 is removed from the socket 4 without effort by the handle 4. The charge 2 is removed from the socket 1, which keeps its ballistic characteristics in a sealed packaging. No additional tool and time is required to remove cover 3 and prepare charge 2 for firing. Technical characteristics of charge 2 are stored during operation for a long time.

An airtight packaging of powder charges containing a socket with a pivoting lever and a latch mounted on it, characterized in that the socket has a sealed cover on which a protrusion is made in the center with an opening and an annular groove on the outside, and a cylindrical protrusion is made at the end of the pivot arm, inside of which latch with seal sealing the opening of the cover.
