- 1996. - 19 с.).There is a method of treating patients with bronchial asthma in an artificial microclimate chamber (Alieva I.Z. Halotherapy in a complex of spa treatment for children with bronchial asthma // Abstract. Cand. Dis. - Pyatigorsk. - 1996. - 19 p.).
This method provides for the appointment of procedures in the chamber of artificial salt microclimate, lasting 15 minutes, to a course of 10 procedures. This technique had a positive effect on the function of external respiration, heart rate, and blood pressure.
The present method, including the effect of physical exercises in the salt chamber of an artificial microclimate, helps to improve the function of external respiration (increases the speed of inspiration and expiration), normalizes heart rate, blood pressure, reduces the number of eosinophils in peripheral blood.
The method is as follows: the child takes procedures in an artificial salt microclimate chamber by exposure to highly dispersed aerosol of sodium chloride (total amount of particles of sodium chloride 15000 in 1 cm 3 at an air temperature of 21-24 ° C, humidity 40-70 vol.%, Air movement 0 , 1-0.2 m / s. At the same time, physical exercises of 15-minute volume, 80% motor density were carried out (in a sitting position at a slow pace, static breathing 6 times - 40 seconds, squeezing and unclenching of the hands 10 times - 20 seconds, circular doors wrists of hands 10 times - 20 seconds, circular movements of the feet 10 times - 20 seconds, flexion and extension of the feet 10 times - 20 seconds, turning the head to the side 10 times - 40 seconds, tilting the head 10 times - 40 seconds, static breathing 6 times - 40 seconds). After 30-60 seconds, repeat the proposed range of movements. The duration of the session is 15 minutes, for a course of 10 procedures conducted daily.
The method is illustrated by the following example.

Based on the dynamics of clinical indicators and functional examination data, we evaluated the treatment results as an improvement.
Обе группы больных были в клиническом плане равноценны (табл.1).The proposed method of treatment was tested on a group of children (30 people) - the main group and 30 children - the control group, which was treated in a known manner. Both groups of patients were clinically equivalent (Table 1).
All patients underwent sanatorium-resort treatment, including the sanatorium regimen, rational nutrition, physiotherapy exercises, massage, and the use of narzan baths. In addition, the children of the main group received physical exercises in the artificial salt microclimate chamber, and the control according to the known procedure in the artificial salt microclimate chamber.
2).Under the influence of treatment, changes in functional status were noted (Table 2).
Under the influence of treatment in children of both groups, positive changes in the indicators of external respiration function were noted. Patients in the control group showed positive changes below.
Анализируя клинико-функциональное состояние больных после лечения, мы констатировали следующие результаты (табл.3).Analyzing the clinical and functional state of patients after treatment, we ascertained the following results (Table 3).
In the main group, 28 children (93.2%) completed treatment with improvement. In children of the control group, the treatment efficiency was 86.6%. Thus, the proposed method of treatment had a more pronounced positive effect on the condition of patients with bronchial asthma, which we associated with the combined effect of physical exercises and the artificial salt microclimate chamber on bronchial patency.
