SUBSTANCE: invention shows broad spectrum of application in different branches, such as dermatology, traumatology, stomatology, gynecology. Invention proposes wound-healing ointment comprising propolis alcoholic extract and, additionally, chicken eggs extract and wheat seedlings oil in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: propolis alcoholic extract, 25-30; chicken eggs extract, 10-15; wheat seedlings oil, the balance. Application of this ointment results to accelerating rejection of necrotic masses, epithelization occurs earlier - by 5-7-th day, inflammation infiltration occurs for more early times, granulation tissue transforms to matured connective tissue more rapidly.

Description

The invention relates to medicine and has a wide range of applications in various fields, such as dermatology, traumatology, dentistry, gynecology, etc.

The invention can be most effectively used to treat difficult to heal wounds and ulcers, burns and frostbite, to treat eczema, psoriasis, cervical erosion, pyoderma, with erysipelatous inflammatory processes.

Known agent for the treatment of dermatomycosis (patent No. 2192869 from 03/29/2001, A 61 K 7/48, Drozdov V.V., BIPM No. 32, 11/20/2002, p. 184).

The product contains the following components: iodine, potassium iodide, polyvinyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, glycerin and water.

Also known is a protective and preventive cosmetic product for the care of the skin of patients with psoriasis (RF application for invention No.2000133109 / 14 dated 12.29.2000, A 61 K 31/00, 7/48, 35/78, Artemyev Yu.A., BIPM No. 32, 11.20.2002, p. 36).

The protective and cosmetic product includes bee honey, children's cream, medical solidol, fir oil, an aqueous extract of celandine grass powder, an aqueous extract of a series.

The disadvantages of the above funds are a narrow spectrum of action and selectivity of the effect.

Known ointment for the treatment of open wounds containing a fat product, propolis, egg yolk and water (RF patent No. 2082394 from 06.27.1997).

The closest in technical essence is propolis ointment containing propolis, ethyl alcohol, hydrophobic hydrocarbon base, beeswax and glycerin (RF patent №2125867 from 02.10.1999).

The objective of the present invention is to expand the arsenal of wound healing agents with a wide range of pharmacological effects.

The problem is solved by the creation of an ointment of wound healing action based on natural components.

The composition of the ointment in addition to the well-known alcoholic extract of propolis includes an extract from chicken eggs, wheat germ oil, taken in the following ratio, wt.%:

Propolis Alcohol Extract 25 - 30

Chicken Egg Hood 10 - 15

Wheat germ oil

The wound healing ointment is named as “Musalov Ointment”.

The method of obtaining the ointment consists in mixing the alcohol (96%) propolis extract with chicken yolk, freed from the film, and adding the finished wheat germ oil in the indicated quantitative ratios. The resulting mass is thoroughly mixed, the consistency of the ointment is a creamy mass of greenish color with the smell of propolis. Store the ointment in a cool place.

Method of using the ointment: clean the wound from granulation and pus with an antiseptic solution, then apply the ointment in a thin layer, covering with one layer of gauze from above, it is advisable not to bandage it from above. The procedure is repeated every day in the morning and in the evening until complete healing.

Clinical studies have shown that necrotic masses are rejected relatively quickly, inflammatory infiltration is most pronounced and also occurs at an earlier date. Granulation tissue quickly transforms into mature connective tissue, and focal lymphoid cell infiltrates indicate immune processes that occur during the application of the proposed ointment. Epithelization occurs on the 5-7th day.

The combination of incoming components, taking into account their chemical composition, ensures their biological activity with the manifestation of a wide spectrum of action.

The invention is illustrated by specific examples of the use of the proposed Musalov ointment.

Example 1. Patient Nevedomskaya EB suffers from type II diabetes mellitus for 20 years. The patient had a soft tissue crack in the heel with a slight pain syndrome. The patient was consulted by prof. G.G. Musalov in order to conduct local treatment with Musalov's unique ointment (Know How). After applying the ointment, an improvement in the general condition of the patient was noted, swelling of the foot gradually decreased. Skin hyperemia persisted at the edge of the wound, and disappeared in other places. The wound gradually decreased in size due to the appearance of granulation tissue along its edges, at the bottom, the calcaneus osteonecrosis site was exposed to necrolytic effects of Musalov ointment and decreased in size until it disappeared completely. Granulation tissue began to appear above this area, which bleed upon contact, which indicated the restoration of microcirculation.

Musalov's ointment managed to clean the wound, eliminate the inflammatory phenomena in the wound and in the tissues surrounding it, improve lymph flow, venous outflow and restore microcirculation. All this led to an acceleration of necrolysis of dead tissues and regeneration.

Toward the end of the procedure, the calcaneal necrosis site completely resorbed, the bone was covered with soft tissues, granulations were noted along all edges and in the center of the wound. Then complete healing of the wound was observed.

Example 2. Sharapudinova M., 19 years old, came across with a severe chemical burn of her face. Scars and swelling appeared on the skin of the face and neck. The use of various ointments did not give a positive effect. Musalov ointment was treated. After the fourth intake, there was no trace of a burn on the face, the scars were smoothed out.

Example 3. Tagiev F.A. 8.5 months was consulted with an unclear diagnosis of the type of furunculosis. The boy was crying, feverish, did not sleep at night, something like a boil appeared on his hand. No medicine helped. Musalov ointment treatment lasted for 8 days. The boy recovered completely, no relapse was observed.

Thus, it should be noted that Musalov ointment has a wide range of applications in various fields of medicine and has pronounced necrolytic, anti-inflammatory, anti-political effects, as well as a regenerative property.

The use of Musalov ointment provides a high wound healing effect in the treatment of burn wounds, facial skin defects, exhibits analgesic, antiseptic, antipruritic, balsamic, antitoxic effects, as well as relieves vascular spasm, stimulates metabolic processes, and increases the body's protective reactions.
