Description

The present invention relates to forestry and can be used for clearing fresh felling for forest crops. There is a method of continuous mechanized cleaning of a cutting area with a pick-up of boughs with a rear hitch of a raked apparatus forming shafts of cutting residues by straight lines by shuttle movement along the cutting area with turns at the borders of the cutting area (Sudyev I.G., Novikov B.N., Rozhin L.N. a logger. - M.: Lesn. prom-st, 1976 - p.20, 21).

The disadvantage of this method of cleaning the cutting areas is the presence of stumps in the cutting area after cleaning the cutting areas that interfere with the movement of forestry equipment when processing the soil for forest crops.

The aim of the invention is the preservation of the upper fertile soil layer and the formation of shafts of logging waste with minimal impurities of the soil, suitable for burning.

This goal is achieved by using a system of machines for clearing the area of cutting: a picker of branches - for collecting logging residues, an eradicator-gatherer - for rooting out stumps and collecting them.

The use of a picker of branches on old clearings is not possible due to the presence of high growth of young trees and shrubs.

The novelty lies in the fact that the formation of shafts of logging waste is carried out first by a picker of branches, forming shafts of chopping residues, then by an uproader-gatherer, which moves uprooted stumps into shafts of chopping residues.

The drawing shows a flow chart of the operation of the machines according to the proposed method of mechanized continuous clearing the area of fresh felling for forest crops.

The operation of machines according to this scheme is as follows.

First, the picker of branches 1 by straight lines in strips 2 and by shuttle movement along the cutting area with turns at the borders of the cutting forms shafts of cutting residues 3.
