Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of veterinary microbiology and sanitation, in particular disinfection of environmental objects.
The unique adsorption, molecular-sieve and ion-exchange properties of zeolites allow their effective use in many sectors of the national economy.
52).It is known to use zeolites as carriers of a bacteriostatistical preparation (Japan patent No. 6261904, A 01 N 61/00, published. 1987), a medical preparation (USSR author's certificate No. 1545347, A 61 K 33/00, published. 1989), entomopathogenic biological product ( TP Andreeva, RS Mirzashaev, Effect of zeolite on the titer and humidity of the entomopathogenic biological product bitoxibicillin / Abstracts of the All-Union Conference, Kemerovo, 1990, p.52).
However, there is no evidence of the use of zeolites as a disinfectant prolongator.
The basis of the invention is the task of increasing the duration of action and activity of disinfectants.
Chlorine solutions quickly lose their activity. To increase the duration of the action of the disinfectant, a zeolite of the Khongurinsky deposit of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) at the rate of 10% is added to the calcium hypochlorite solution of neutral grade “A”. Zeolite adsorbs disinfectants and then gradually releases active chlorine into the solution. As a result, the activity of the active substance of the disinfectant is maintained up to 71% and bactericidal activity increases up to 5 times.
10%.Prepare a 5% solution of calcium hypochlorite neutral brand “A” (KGN “A”) based on the calculation of the active substance ADV in a dry preparation. Zeolite of the Khongurinsky deposit fraction of 0.2-3 mm is washed, dried at 150 ° C and added to the solution of the disinfectant at the rate of 10%.
The preparation of a disinfectant solution, the determination of the active active ingredient, and the quality of disinfection are carried out according to the “Methodological guidelines for the quality control of veterinary disinfection of animal husbandry facilities” (1988). As a control, a 5% solution of KGN “A” without zeolite is examined. The content of active chlorine is investigated on 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 days.
47,4%.In the experimental samples, a higher percentage of active chlorine is noted in comparison with the control. On the 60th day of the study, the active chlorine content in the solution with zeolite is 3.55%, in the control - 2.37%. Therefore, with the addition of zeolite, the activity of the disinfectant KGN “A” at the end of the observation period remains at 71%, and in the control - 47.4%.
To study the effect of hongurin on the bactericidal properties of KGN “A”, calico tests contaminated with 1 billion suspension of the daily culture of the bacterial strain E. coli-1247 are used as test objects. They test 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0% (according to ADV) solutions of KGN “A” with zeolite. Zeolite is added at the rate of 10%. As a control, solutions of KGN “A” without zeolite in the same concentrations are examined.
The research results showed that when zeolite was added to the disinfecting solution, a 0.01% (according to ADV) solution of KGN “A” completely exposes the coarse calico tests contaminated with E. coli after an exposure of 15 min. A disinfecting solution without zeolite disinfects test objects only when using a 0.05% solution of KGN "A".
Thus, the addition of zeolite from the Khongurinsky deposit (honurin) to the chlorine-containing disinfectant KGN "A" increases the duration of action of the active substance and the bactericidal property of the drug. Hongurin can be used as a disinfectant prolongator.
