Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory research methods, and can be used in predicting gallstone disease.
142-144). Known methods for early diagnosis of cholelithiasis by determining an increase in blood cholesterol, insufficient bile acids in bile (Myasnikov A.L. Diseases of the liver and biliary tract. - M., 1956, p. 225), according to the assessment of anisotropic structures in bile with polarization microscopy (Rubens, Yu.P., Skuya N.A. New methods of diagnosis and treatment in the clinic of internal diseases. - Riga, 1981, pp. 142-144).
The disadvantage of these methods is that cholelithiasis is diagnosed at the stage of microscopic changes, when micro-calculi are already formed in the body, that is, the process of stone formation is started. In addition, such a study requires the use of expensive equipment.
1987, N 5, c. 87-91). The closest is a method for predicting the risk of developing gallstone disease by laboratory examination of bile (Therapeutic archive of Mansurov Kh.Kh. et al. "A comparative study of the time of sediment and pH of bile in normal and in patients with cholelithiasis", 1987, N 5, p. 87- 91).
This method allows you to predict the risk of developing gallstone disease by the rate of precipitation of cholesterol crystals from bile. Moreover, as in the proposed method, the determination is carried out at the very early stage of the pathological process, when only physical and chemical changes take place in the bile, which can lead to the formation of gallstones.
Microscopic nuclei of stones at this stage are absent.
The disadvantage of this method is the low reliability, since the precipitation of salt crystals in the sediment can be observed in healthy people with the usual standing of bile.
In addition, the method is time consuming, time consuming.
The task was to eliminate this drawback and create such a method that would reliably in a short time to predict the risk of developing gallstone disease with the lowest labor costs.
The problem is solved in that in a method for predicting the risk of developing gallstone disease by laboratory research of bile, a selected bile sample is kept in a test tube for 24 hours at a temperature of (+4) - (- 6) o C, applied to the surface of a glass slide in an amount of 10-20 μl in the form of a drop, dried for 18-24 hours at a temperature of 20-30 o C, microscopic examination is carried out and in the presence of multidirectional cracks over the entire surface of the sample, the risk of gallstone disease is predicted.
In FIG. 1 shows the appearance of a dried drop in the absence of the risk of stone formation.
Figure 2 - the same, if there is a risk of developing gallstone disease.
The method is as follows.
A sample of the test bile is taken from a patient in a test tube, kept for 24 hours at a temperature of (+4) - (- 6) o C. Then, it is applied to the surface of a glass slide in an amount of 10-20 μl in the form of a drop and left at a temperature of 20-30 o C to dry completely (18-24 hours). Then, under the small magnification of the microscope (x20), the surface of the entire drop is viewed and, in the presence of multidirectional cracks on the entire surface of the drop, the risk of gallstone disease is predicted.
Sick L-va, 35 years old. The diagnosis of admission "biliary dyskinesia". The dried drop has clear crystals of salts located in the center of the drop, the cracks are small, mainly along the edge of the drop (Fig. 1).
Conclusion: biliary dyskinesia without the risk of developing gallstone disease.
Patient Peninsula, 48 years old. The diagnosis of admission "biliary dyskinesia". In the dried drop there are no salt crystals, and the entire surface of the drop is covered with a large number of multidirectional cracks (figure 2).
Conclusion: biliary dyskinesia with a risk of developing gallstone disease.
The method is technically simple. With it, you can identify the risk of cholelithiasis and timely preventive measures to prevent the formation of calculi.
