Description

 The invention relates to household appliances that can be used to heat convenience foods, prepare first courses from concentrates and boil water, and can be used in civilian vehicles, as well as in military units.

 A device is known comprising a casing with a handle and a cover with an overpressure valve connected to the casing by a detachable connection, as well as a flask with a cover located in the casing, an annular sealing element and an electric heater. The annular sealing element is made with an annular groove on its inner surface. The flask cap is peripherally placed in the annular groove of the sealing element, and the casing cap is in contact with its upper end surface (see RF patent 2000730, A 47 J 27/00, 1992).

 This device is successfully used on the long roads of Russia as an on-board automobile road electric heater. However, the device does not have a mount to attach it to the vehicle. The heater is located inside the flask, which makes it difficult to maintain cleanliness inside the flask, since it is impossible to thoroughly wash the heater from the prepared food.

 The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect to the claimed device is a device for preparing and heating food and boiling water, comprising a body with double walls, between which is a layer of thermal insulation, a lid, a heating element, a working, emergency, exhaust and drain valve, a handle. The heating element is fixed close to the outer side of the inner wall of the housing by means of a metal clip mated to the outer surface of the heating element and the outer side of the inner wall of the housing. The exhaust and drain valves are made in the form of a combined shutter installed near the handle. All valves are installed so that their inlets are located above the surface of food or water. Moreover, there is a protective element located between the valve inlets and the surface of the food or drink, the surface of which is inclined with respect to the vertical axis of the device. There is a button on the handle to control the exhaust and drain valves. The protective element is made in the form of a curved or conical surface directed by the bulge towards the cover, and the edges are located relative to the inner walls of the housing with a gap (see RF patent 2073994 A 47 J 27/086, 1993, publ. 27.02.97).

 The specified device has improved performance due to the location of the heating element outside the working capacity, however, it is difficult in design and manufacturing technology associated with the presence of a large number of valves and the installation and fixing of the heating element. In addition, it does not have a mounting unit for the vehicle, a control unit, an overheat protection unit.

 The authors were faced with the task of creating a simple design and manufacturing technology, a reliable device that has improved characteristics compared to known devices of a similar purpose.

 The problem is solved due to the fact that the known device for preparing and heating food and boiling water from the on-board network of the vehicle, comprising a casing, a flask placed in the casing, a handle, a lid, an overpressure valve, a heating element, which is closely attached to the outside of the flask by means of a metal clip, it is additionally equipped with a mounting unit, a control unit, a power connector, a thermal switch and locks.

 The mounting unit is made in the form of a bracket, in the middle part of which there is a bracket with hinged locks mounted on it, the second end of the latter is connected to the strips mounted on the casing.

 The temperature switch is installed on the outer end of the bulb with the possibility of contact with it.

 The control unit is mounted on the vertical wall of the mounting unit.

 The inventive device has a combination of essential features not known from the prior art for devices of a similar purpose, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "novelty" for the invention.

 The inventive device, according to the applicant and the authors, meets the criterion of "inventive step", because for specialists, it does not explicitly follow from the prior art, i.e. not known from available sources of scientific, technical and patent information at the filing date.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a General view of the device, side view; figure 2 is a General view from above (rotated 90 ^o ).

 The device comprises a casing 1, a flask 2, located in the casing 1, a handle 3, a cover 4, an overpressure valve 5, a heating element 6, which is closely attached to the outside of the flask 2 by means of a metal clip 7, an attachment unit 8, a control unit 9, a power connector 10, the temperature switch 11 and the locks 12. The casing 1 is mounted on the bottom 13, made, for example, of plastic. On the bottom 13, one of the parts, for example, a plug, of the power connector 10 is installed, and the other part, for example, a socket, is installed on the mounting unit 8, more precisely on its horizontal shelf. Power supply from the control unit 9 to the power connector 10 is supplied through the cord 14. The mounting unit 8 is made in the form of a bracket, in the middle part of which there is a bracket 15 on which the locks 12 are pivotally mounted, the second end of which is connected to the straps 16 mounted on the casing 1. The temperature switch 11 is installed in the outer end of the bulb 2 with the possibility of contact with him. It allows you to turn off the power supply in case of emergency, leading to overheating. The temperature switch 11 is connected in series with the electric heating element 6 and the control unit 9. On the vertical wall of the mounting unit 8, a control unit 9 is installed, which comprises a housing 17, a toggle switch 18, LEDs “Network” and 20 “Heating”, a power regulator 21. There are holes 22 there that are used to secure the entire device to the vehicle. In the middle part of the attachment block 8, a figured plate 23 is installed that is in contact with the periphery of the casing 1. The heating element 6, the heat insulator 24 and the metal clamp 7 are mounted on the stud 25 and preloaded with the nut 26. An overpressure valve 5 is installed on the neck 27 of the cover 4.

 The device operates as follows.

 After opening the lid 4, the water to be boiled is poured into the flask 2. either fill the flask 2 with water and lay the semi-finished products or raw foods, or lay the cans with canned food and fill the water so that it covers the cans from above. Then the cover 4 is closed, the device is connected to the on-board network of the vehicle. The toggle switch 18 is turned on, at this time the LEDs 19 and 20 should light up. The power regulator 21 is set to full power. Electric current through the socket 10, the thermal switch 11 is supplied to the heating element 6, which transfers heat from the outer wall of the bulb 2 to the inner wall and its entire volume. In case of excess pressure inside the flask 2, it is vented through the overpressure valve 5. After a while, the food or boiling water will be ready for use, and the device can be turned off using the toggle switch 18. Open the locks 12, freeing the casing 1, lift the device up, disconnecting the socket with the plug of the power connector 10, and pour boiling water into the individual dishes through the neck 27. For unfolding cooked food or preheated semi-finished products, remove the lid 4. Using the power regulator 21, you can set the cooking modes from the maximum possible to its part, which is convenient when cooking from semi-finished products or heating concentrates.

 At the applicant enterprise, design documentation for the inventive device was developed, an experimental batch was manufactured, state tests were carried out, which showed the operability, reliability and advantages of the claimed design over the known ones, including the prototype. The above allows us to conclude that the criterion of "applicability" for the invention is met.
