Description
The utility model relates to the field of light industry, namely to the field of shoe production, and can be used in the manufacture of shoe parts, namely shoe soles.
The closest to the proposed utility model is the SOLE OF FOOTWEAR (RF patent for utility model RU 53852, December 28, 2005), made of elastic material and containing a relief on the running surface of the sole.
The disadvantage of the utility model is the need to use additional insoles and pads inserted into the shoes when making shoes using soles according to RF patent No. 53852.
The objective of the claimed utility model is to create a composite sole design, the use of which in the manufacture of shoes allows one to avoid the use of additional insoles and pads inserted into shoes.
The specified technical result is achieved by using several components when creating a composite sole:
монолитной войлочно-резиновой основы, повторяющей форму стопы (деталь 1);monolithic felt-rubber base that follows the shape of the foot (part 1);
стельки из натуральной кожи (деталь 2), повторяющей форму стопы, которая также может быть изготовлена из следующих материалов: искусственная кожа (экокожа), велюр (велюр как материал и велюр как кожа), замша, экозамша, искусственный мех, натуральный мех, синтетические ткани, натуральные ткани, полиуретановый материал, войлок.insoles made of genuine leather (item 2), following the shape of the foot, which can also be made from the following materials: artificial leather (eco leather), velor (velor as a material and velor as leather), suede, eco-suede, faux fur, natural fur, synthetic fabrics, natural fabrics, polyurethane material, felt.
From the edge along the perimeter of part 1 and part 2, through holes with a diameter of at least 2 mm are cut at a distance of at least 4 mm from each other.
Composite sole design.
The composite sole is completed in the following order: part 1, part 2 and is fastened into a single structure by stitching using suture material.
The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated by graphic materials, where in Fig. 1 shows detail 1; figure 2 shows part 2; Figure 3 shows the design of a composite sole.
The proposed technical solution, by creating a composite sole design, avoids the need to use additional insoles and pads inserted into shoes when making shoes.
