В настоящее время получили широкое распространение развлекательные комплексы с водными аттракционами, так называемые аквапарки. Данный познавательно-развлекательный комплекс содержит отдельные площадки различного функционального назначения. Однако данный комплекс не ориентирован на сочетание разносезонных (летних и зимних) видов отдыха и развлечений.
