Abstract

FIELD: veterinary surgery. SUBSTANCE: after preparing operational field and anesthetization one should reset the content of hernial sac into abdominal cavity, along the perimeter of hernial opening under surgeon's finger control ligature is applied, pulled and tightened to obtain nautical node. Moreover, total vaginal membrane covered with surface fascia should be reliably overlapped at the entrance to prevent disposition of abdominal organs. One should not remove suturing material. The suggested innovation provides blood-free performance of operative technique. EFFECT: higher efficiency of suturing.

М.: Колос, 1979, с. 275-276, включающий разрез тканей впереди мошонки, выделение стенки влагалищного канала и общей влагалищной оболочки. Предлагаемый способ ушивания пахово-мошоночных грыж у свиней обводной лигатурой позволяет бескровно выполнять оперативный прием. Грыжевое содержимое вправляют в брюшную полость. Хирург под контролем пальца проводит под кожей по периметру грыжевого отверстия лигатуру иглой Кашина. Делает вкол иглы к краю грыжевого отверстия, выводит ее наружу через 3 см от вкола, фиксирует в расщепе лигатуру, которую проводит под кожей обратным ходом иглы. Затем делает новый вкол иглы, отступив 3 см от предыдущего, и обратным ходом иглы под кожей проводит лигатуру. Так поступают, пока шовный материал не расположится под кожей по периметру грыжевого отверстия. Утягивают лигатуру, завязывают ее морским узлом.
