Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the knitting industry, namely the production of plush knitted fabrics for domestic and technical use.
[1-5]. Obtaining plush knitwear is possible in various ways: cutting or by the formation of uncut plush loops. All of the above methods relate to the production of webs on single or double-loop circular knitting machines [1-5].
In particular, the “Method for producing plush knitwear" [5] consists in the fact that on a single-knitting knitting machine, a soil thread is laid on needles through one and a plush thread on all needles, loops of soil and plush threads and drafts of plush thread are formed on the needles, after which is dropped from the needles last, moreover, when dropping plush sketches from the needles form on the last loop of an additional soil thread.
The disadvantage of this method is that there is a development of round knitwear. However, in practice it is often necessary to produce a flat canvas, for example, for the manufacture of upholstery, furniture and decorative fabrics, as well as elegant fabrics.
In this case, it is necessary to develop a warp knitted plush fabric.
30.07.1992. The closest in technical essence is a method of obtaining a plush warp knitted fabric formed by loops of soil and plush loops of two systems of threads, as 1666596 A1, IPC 7 D 04 B 21/02, published on 07/30/1992.
All known from the prior art mentioned knitted fabrics have a number of serious drawbacks, the main of which is the weak fixation of the plush thread in the ground. This disadvantage leads to low operational and strength characteristics of the plush cloth. If for clothes where aesthetic appeal comes to the fore and there are no large loads, this drawback is not significant, then for technical fabrics (used as upholstery for the automotive industry and for other purposes), strength characteristics are basic.
The task to be solved by the claimed invention is directed is the elimination of these drawbacks, namely, an increase in strength characteristics, an increase in a resource, and an improvement in formability.
The problem is solved in that in the method for the production of plush warp knitted fabric, including the formation of soil loops and plush loops, from two systems of threads according to the invention on the first weft comb form a weave "tights", and on the second comb - a combined weave "chain-tights", the system of threads of the second comb forms loops of pile, and when forming loops from both the first and second systems of threads on the needles of the needle box, all the processes of loop formation are carried out, and when forming a pet s from the second system of yarns with special plates form plush loops.
Figure 1 presents the structure of the inventive canvas, figure 2 is a graphical record.
The inventive method is as follows. On a warp knitting machine with a special platinum beam for forming plush loops, a loop soil is formed by weaving “tights” into which a plush covering is made, made by combined weaving “chain-tights”. Since the plush coat broaches are much longer than the broaches of the soil, loops from the wrong side are obtained from them.
Example. A plush cloth was made for interior and car seats. Used warp knitting machine "Copcenter ZPOL", 24 classes of the company "Lieba", Germany. When knitting, two combs were involved. A thread consisting of a 8.4 tex polyester multifilament thread was threaded into the first comb. Two threads are threaded into the second, and they are a 16.7 tex textured polyester thread, with one thread in black and the second thread in gray. Due to the elongated long black and gray threads, loops formed on the seamy side of the knitwear, the presence of which caused its plush surface. The resulting plush fabric was subjected to finishing on a drying-spreading stabilization machine with pre-steaming. A sub-park was carried out to raise the pile and improve the appearance of the canvas. The resulting plush surface has an even thick pile with regular alternation of black and gray loops.
This canvas called "Geneva" was tested at one of the automobile plants in Russia. As a result of the tests, good physical and mechanical properties, strength and resource characteristics, as well as good formability, were established.
