Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the refining industry, in particular, to methods for producing environmentally friendly Arctic diesel fuel from products of direct distillation of oil and deep hydrogenation processes.
There is a method of producing Arctic diesel fuel from naphthenic base oils by compounding the straight-run winter diesel fraction, straight-run kerosene fraction and isopropyl nitrate additives (Chemistry and technology of fuels and oils, 5, 1970, p. 12).
The disadvantage of this method is the low cetane number of the resulting fuel and the need for additives to increase the cetane number - isopropyl nitrate.
34, 1997 г.), включающий первичную перегонку нефти с выделением керосиновой фракции, 96% которой перегоняется до 250oС, легкого атмосферного газойля, фракции, 96% которой перегоняется до 320oС, и дополнительно выделяют тяжелый атмосферный газойль, 96% которого перегоняется до 360oС, с последующим компаундированием при массовом соотношении компонентов 3:8:1 - 2:16:1 и добавлением в полученный продукт 0,01-0,1 мас.% депрессорной присадки - сополимера этилена с винилацетатом в их массовом соотношении 0,2:12,0 с молекулярной массой 1•102 - 60•103 в виде раствора в дизельном топливе или растворителе в концентрации 10-50 мас.%.The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed invention is a method for producing Arctic diesel fuel (RF Patent 2098458, CL 10
The introduction of a depressant additive - a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate in the known method reduces the pour point, but does not affect the cloud point, which is one of the main indicators of fuel quality, determining the suitability of its use in the Far North, as it characterizes the propensity of the fuel to form crystals of high molecular weight paraffin hydrocarbons and ice, which at low ambient temperatures clog nozzle openings for spraying fuel in a diesel engine.
In addition, non-refined products of direct distillation of oil contained in the composition of the known fuel, when burning the latter contribute to the formation of sulfuric and sulfur dioxide, which are released into the atmosphere, which affects the environment.
The presence in the products of direct distillation of oil of high sulfur content, including mercaptan sulfur, and aromatic hydrocarbons leads to high varnish and carbon formation in the engine, increased wear of cylinder-piston group parts, incomplete combustion of the fuel, increased exhaust smoke and the release of carcinogenic substances into the environment Wednesday
The present invention solves the technical problem of reducing the cloud point, improving the environmental properties of the resulting fuel.
1-3.This problem is solved by distillation of oil with the allocation of a kerosene fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 250 o C, fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 320 o C, followed by compounding; moreover, according to the invention, the fuel composition is additionally introduced commodity jet fuel brand T-6, which is obtained using deep hydrogenation processes, and compounding is carried out in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
kerosene fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 250 o C - 20-25
fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 320 o C - 1-10
commercial jet fuel grade T-6 - 70-74
The quality of the starting components that make up the resulting fuel are presented in table. 1-3.
Thus obtained target product meets all the requirements for Arctic fuel grade A-0.2 according to GOST 305-82 with cloud point no higher than minus 45 o C and solidification no higher than minus 55 o C.
The introduction of commercial jet fuel grade T-6 in the composition of the proposed fuel allowed to improve low-temperature properties and to obtain the target product with a cloud point not higher than
The method is as follows. Desalted oil is subjected to distillation at the AT and ABT units with the separation of a kerosene fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 250 ° C, of a fraction, 96% of which is distilled to 320 ° C. Then these fractions are compounded with the addition of commercial T-6 jet fuel in the indicated proportions.
The following are examples of environmentally friendly Arctic diesel fuels.
