Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of building materials, and in particular to compositions of raw mixtures containing organic surface-active additives, and can be used in industrial and civil engineering for the manufacture of monolithic and prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
С. 9). Raw mixtures are known in which to reduce the water-cement ratio and improve the basic physical and technical properties of compositions based on them, cheap and affordable plasticizing additives are introduced, in particular, based on lignosulfonate salts (Soroker V.I. Plasticized concretes and mortars. M., Gosstroiizdat, 1953, p. 9).
However, the introduction of such additives in small quantities does not provide a significant reduction in the water-cement ratio of the raw mix, and an increase in their quantity slows down the hydration of the cement and, as a result, decreases the strength of the cement stone, especially on the first day of hardening.
The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a raw mixture containing Portland cement clinker, technical lignosulfonate, soluble sodium glass as a binder (SU 668908, publ. 06/29/1979). The technical result is to increase the strength of cement compositions of industrial fineness and mobility of the mixture.
1.The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the raw material mixture, including Portland cement clinker, technical lignosulfonate, soluble sodium glass and water, contains Portland cement clinker of industrial fineness in the following ratio, wt.%:
Portland cement clinker industrial fineness grinding - 77,520-79,050
Technical lignosulfonate - 0.395-1.0
Soluble Sodium Glass - 1.5-1.938
Water - Else
The raw material mixture is prepared as follows. Technical lignosulfonate is dissolved in kneading water and half shut the composition. After vigorous stirring for 3 min, the remaining mixing water with the components of the complex additive (sodium silicate and lignosulfonate) dissolved in it is introduced into the mixture. Then the resulting mixture is intensively mixed until a homogeneous composition and its spreadability are determined on a Suttard type viscometer and the start of setting on a Vika device. The rest of the prepared raw mix is placed in steel molds. Seal the mixture in vibration systems. After a day, the samples are removed from the molds and placed in normal humidity conditions. The compressive strength of the samples is determined at the age of 28 days. The compositions of the raw mixes are presented in table 1.
2. The results of physical and technical tests are shown in table 2.
Thus, from table 2 it is seen that with the optimal input of the components of the complex additive into the Portland cement clinker of industrial fineness, compositions with high strength (40-60% higher than the control composition) and equal mobility are obtained. In addition, the use of complex additives in such a binder allows to achieve high mobility of the mixture, and the strength of the cement stone is practically not reduced. The use in the raw mix of Portland cement clinker fine grinding. It also allows you to get moving and high-strength compositions, although with a slightly different combination of the amount of the components of the additive, however, the onset of setting begins quickly enough and will cost more (high energy costs to obtain an astringent fine grinding).
The use of the proposed additive allows to increase the mobility and increase the strength of concrete mixtures with a constant water-cement ratio, and with a decrease in water-cement ratio and maintaining the original mobility, a more significant increase in strength or saving of cement. In addition, the use of lignosulfonate, which is a waste product, will reduce the cost of the additive.
