Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to drugs that affect the immune system.

 A known drug is sulfuric-salicylic ointment (see, for example, M. D. Mashkovsky. Medicines M .: Medicine, 1985, v. 2, p. 418), containing 2-5 g of precipitated sulfur, 2-5 g of salicylic acid and up to 100 g of medical vaseline.

 This ointment is used in the treatment of skin diseases (seborrhea, psoriasis, etc.), but its therapeutic effect is more likely palliative in nature, since it has only a temporary improvement.

 The closest to the proposed drug analogue prototype is Konkova ointment containing the drug Etakridina lactate, as well as the components of the ointment base: bee honey, fish oil, birch tar and distilled water, with a ratio of components, wt.%: Drug 1-3; ointment base rest (see ibid., p. 409).

 Konkova ointment is used in surgery and dermatology for sluggish wounds, pyoderma, etc. However, this drug is ineffective in the treatment of skin diseases associated with impaired immune status of the patient’s body, for example, in the treatment of psoriasis and erysipelas.

 The essence of the invention lies in the fact that Tamiderm ointment, including the drug and ointment base, contains Tamerite on an ointment base from Eftillin in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Tamerite 0.1-10.0; Eftillin rest.

 The proposed drug provides a rational pharmacological approach to the treatment of skin diseases characterized by impaired immune status.

 The fact is that the effect of the drug Tamerit used in the proposed medicinal product, which is the sodium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-lyon (see, for example, Temporary Pharmacopoeia article (VFS) 42-3624-00 The Pharmacopoeia State Committee, approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on 04/03/2000), due to its modulation of the function of macrophages, Tamerit is able to reversibly inhibit the function of excessively activated macrophages that infiltrate tissues around ulcerative defects of the skin.

 Studies have shown that in inflammatory processes, this drug selectively suppresses macrophage activity for 4-8 hours, respectively reducing the level of TNF (tumor necrosis factor) and acute phase proteins, which leads to smoothing of symptoms of intoxication. At the same time, the superoxide-forming function and the phagocytic activity of neutrophilic granulocytes are activated, which enhances the phagocytosis of pathogens and, leading to the elimination of the latter from damage zones, is an important factor in the rapid healing of affected skin areas.

 Eftillin ointment base (see VFS 42-2681-96) is a composition containing aminophylline (see FS 42-3212-95), medical vasilin (see FS 42-2456-86), ethanol (see FS 42- 3072-94), lanolin (see FS 42-2520-88), eftederm (see FS 42-3372-97) and purified water (see FS 42-2619-89).

 The ointment base has anti-inflammatory and reparative effects, reduces swelling without dehydration of tissues, is well absorbed by the skin, softens it and, thanks to its composition, is an transfused (transdermal) conductor of drugs, significantly enhances and prolongs the action of Tamerite.

 The invention is confirmed by examples.

 Example 1

 Patient S., 18 years old.

 Folliculitis of the chin, left half of the face and neck. Periodic fever, itching in the scalp.

 Appointed 1% Tamiderm ointment, lubrication of affected skin 2-3 times a day for 3-4 days.

 By the fifth day, the manifestations of folliculitis on the face are completely stopped, small foci in the neck.

 It is recommended to continue lubrication with a frequency of 1-2 times a day.

 On the 8th day, the manifestations of fulliculitis and related symptoms are completely extinguished. The patient's condition is satisfactory.

 Example 2

 Patient J., 31 years old.

 Turned on 10/20/2000

Erysipelas of the left thigh, swelling, temperature at admission 38.6 ^o C.

 A history of erysipelas of the left forearm in March 2000, presumably after an injury when skiing. The disease was stopped by the use of dressings soaked in ethacridine lactate solution.

 Appointed 5% Tamiderm ointment. Lubrication of the tumor 3-4 times a day is recommended.

 On the 3rd day, edema and hyperemia of the affected area of the body disappeared.

 Lubrication procedures were continued with a frequency of 2 times a day with 1% Tamiderm ointment over the next 7 days.

 After the treatment, the patient's condition is satisfactory.

 Example 3

 Patient L., 64 years old.

 Chronic leg ulcer. Sick for several years. Prior to treatment, exacerbations of the disease were stopped using Vinisol.

 Appointed 10% Tamiderm ointment, which was applied to the wound surface for 5 days. Dressings every other day. Then, similar procedures with 1% Tamiderm ointment for 14 days.

 When examining the patient after the procedures, epithelialization of the affected area was noted.

An ointment for the treatment of skin diseases containing an ointment-based drug, characterized in that the sodium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione is used as the drug, and the ointment base is eptiline in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
