The disadvantage of the composition of the detergent with a disinfecting and whitening effect is the multicomponent composition, the scarcity of some of the components of the mixture and their high cost.
The objective of the invention: expanding the range of cleaning products, recycling zeolite-containing wastes from the production of catalysts and wastes from the production of calcium hypochlorite.
- средство для чистки твердой поверхности обладает дезинфицирующим и отбеливающим действием;
The technical result when using the invention is expressed in that:
- a tool for cleaning a hard surface has a disinfecting and bleaching effect;
- reduces the cost of production due to the exclusion from the known composition of expensive and hard-to-reach components.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the known means for cleaning a hard surface, which includes abrasive material, bleach, surfactant and water, the peculiarity is that as an abrasive material it contains a zeolite-containing waste product for the production of catalysts (zeolites) , as a bleach - chlorormass - a waste product of calcium hypochlorite production, as an alkaline agent, caustic soda and / or sodium carbonate, and as a surfactant with a mixture of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and a nonionic surfactant or sodium sulfoethoxylate, and additionally the product contains sodium silicate in the following ratio, wt. %:
Chlorormassa - 5-10
Sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and - 0.5-1.5
Nonionic surfactant - 0.5-1.5
Or sodium sulfoethoxylate - 1-3
Caustic soda and / or sodium carbonate - 5-10 / 3-5
Sodium Silicate - 0.1-1
Zeolites - 12-25
Water - Else
In addition, the peculiarity lies in the fact that as a neonogenic surfactant, the cleaning agent contains syntanol (monoalkyl ethers of polyethylene glycol based on primary fatty alcohols and ethylene oxide С n Н 2n - (C 2 H 4 O) m , n = 10- 18, m = 7-10, the content of the main substance is 99-100% wt.), Oxinol (monoalkyl ethers of polyethylene polyglycol, obtained on the basis of primary fatty alcohols of fraction C 10-18 - a broad emulsifier, the basis of detergent compositions), neonol (represents technical mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers s oxyethylated monoalkylphenols a propylene trimer) or sinterol (carboxymethylated alkylphenol ethoxylates) and may be composed of a dye and a fragrance in an amount up to 0.5% by weight.
A mixture of sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate and a neonogenic surfactant: synterol, or syntanol, or oxanol, or neonol, or sodium sulfoethoxylate form the basis of the detergent.
The zeolite-containing waste products of the production of the catalysts included in the detergent are a suspension containing zeolites of the form NaX, NaA, NaY, particle sizes less than 40 microns. The paste-like, finely dispersed suspension has a developed specific surface, abrasive properties are achieved due to the high concentration of zeolites (dry matter content of at least 40%).
Zeolites have the action inherent in phosphates: they soften water and regulate the pH of the medium, and therefore, along with properties such as abrasiveness and an inert filler, they enhance the washing ability by increasing the alkalinity of the composition.
Wastes from the production of calcium hypochlorite - chlorormass - represent a 10-20% aqueous solution of the dibasic salt of calcium hypochlorite (Ca (OSl) 2 • 2Ca (OH) 2 ) with a small (not more than 0.5%) content of calcium chloride (CaCl 2 ). The active chlorine contained in the chlorine mass provides a disinfecting and whitening action of the cleaning agent.
The presence of sodium silicate is necessary to increase the stability of calcium hypochlorite and impart anticorrosive properties to the cleaning agent, since when the silicate is dissolved, a colloidal solution is formed and chemosorption of high polymer colloidal silicates occurs on the metal surface.
Sodium carbonate and / or caustic soda in the composition of the cleaning agent are one of the main components: increasing the alkalinity of the medium, they are able to saponify fatty pollutants and translate them into a soluble state, which means to enhance the washing action of the agent.
The above components provide the proposed cleaning product with high cleaning, washing, bleaching and disinfecting properties.
The compatibility of calcium hypochlorite with the above nonionic surfactants and zeolites was studied. It was found that the concentration of active chlorine and the washing ability for 90 days of storage of the product remained practically unchanged.
6-15-1662-90). The cleaning ability of the proposed product is determined by industry methods (OST 6-15-1662-90).
The method is based on the gravimetric determination of the mass of removed artificial pollution for a certain time.
