 The invention relates to fire fighting equipment and to rescue people in fires.

 A fire truck is known which contains a tank with a fire extinguishing agent and a lifting device with a rotary stand mounted on a support (SU 910165 A, 03/09/1982) on the chassis.

 This device does not provide massive extinguishing of fires simultaneously in several places of the object and saving people in extreme time shortages in extreme situations.

 Known fire rescue complex containing a car with a tank with a fire extinguishing agent and a lifting device (SU 552977 A, 04/15/1997).

 However, the above disadvantages are not eliminated in this complex.

 The objective of the invention is the creation of a fire and rescue complex, providing a technical result, consisting in increasing the efficiency of extinguishing fires in several places at the same time and saving people with an emergency time shortage in extreme situations.

 This technical result in a fire and rescue complex containing a car with a fire extinguishing agent tank and a lifting device is achieved by the fact that it contains a light sprung trailer equipped with rescue mats, a ladder and belt ties, and a compressor installed on the car for emergency pumping of inflatable rescue mats while a pipe is installed on the lifting device with a distribution device for supplying extinguishing fluid to the three fire barrels mounted on a controllable s mobile platforms placed on a common bracket to which is attached an additional console with surveillance cameras and spotlight lighting.

 The fire and rescue complex has a car 1 with a tank 2, a compressor 3 for emergency pumping of inflatable life-saving mats, an operator console 4, a lifting device 5 with a pipe 6, a cradle 7 and an arm 8, on which a switchgear 9 is placed, which supplies fire-extinguishing liquid along flexible hoses 10 to the fire trunks 11, mounted on controlled movable platforms 12, and the console 13 with a video camera and a searchlight 14. A light sprung trailer 15 with rescue gears mounted and fixed on it is included in the complex mats 16 (inflatable, foam or other energy-absorbing blow mats), a ladder 17 and belt ties 18, mounted on the corner edges of the trailer body.

 Fire-complex complex works as follows.

 Arriving at the scene of the fire, the fire brigade installs a trailer 15 in the place of the likely emergency evacuation (jumping) of people from high places of the facility or to insure the actions of firefighters and rescuers working at high altitude - as a means of saving people falling from high altitude.

 A lifting device 5 with a pipe 6 raises the cradle 7 and the bracket 8 with three fire barrels 11 to the required height. Fire barrels 11 using controlled platforms 12 and a lifting device 5 are induced by a fire brigade to work at various (or one) locations of the facility. Fire barrels 11 can be introduced into the facility through window openings and serve as hydrants for connecting flexible fire hoses to extinguish a fire inside the facility by forces of a fire brigade descent from the cradle 7. For better control over the situation at the landing site of the fire brigade from the cradle 7 on the console 13 attached to the bracket 8, a searchlight with a surveillance camera 14 is installed, from which information is transmitted to the operator’s console 4.

 If it is necessary to receive people from great heights and with strong gusts of wind, several rescue trailers 15 are made close to each other and fastened together by belt ties 18, and rescue mats 16 are additionally laid on top of trailers 15 with a layer of such a thickness that the approximate correspondence is observed: 10 m fall height of people about 1 m thick layer of mats, and also in order to cover the gaps between the rescue trailers from above.

 Compared to the existing fire and rescue equipment for extinguishing fires at high altitude, this fire and rescue complex allows much more effective to extinguish fires in several places of the facility and save people falling from high altitude and having no other way to go down in emergency situations. lack of time for salvation.
