Abstract

FIELD: sanitary engineering. SUBSTANCE: cover has plate made in the form of toilet bowl seat and adapted for closing bowl opening. Plate is connected to seat through pivot hinge arranged forward of or laterally of toilet bowl. Such arrangement allows cover to be used as table top in the process of defecation or urination and during body care procedure, as well as in the case of emergency maintenance of toilet bowl. Заявленное техническое решение относится к области санитарно-гигиенического оборудования, а точнее к предметам сервисно-эстетического оформления и обустройства домашних и офисных туалетов. Известна крышка для унитаза биотуалета, состоящая из копирующей форму отверстия стационарного сиденья пластины, закрывающей его в отсутствие необходимости использования унитаза по прямому назначению, связанной с сиденьем посредством шарнира (см. патент Российской Федерации на промышленный образец 38760, опубликованный в официальном бюллетене в 3 за 1994 г. 25.03.94). Поставленная задача решается за счет расположения шарнира, связывающего крышку с сиденьем для унитаза, спереди или сбоку от него, а также выполнением отверстия для оси вращения в одном из звеньев шарнира в виде паза, обеспечивающего в наклонном и горизонтальном положениях крышки ее смещение относительно оси вращения до упора в торцевую поверхность сиденья. При этом надежность установки крышки при малых углах наклона к горизонтальной плоскости обеспечивается за счет выполнения взаимодействующих поверхностей крышки и сиденья с насечками. Крышка состоит из пластины 1 (фиг.1), выполненной по форме сиденья 2 с возможностью закрытия его отверстия 3 и связанной с сиденьем 2 шарниром 4, проушины 5 которого, расположенные на пластине 1, через ось 6 взаимодействуют с ухом 7 сиденья 2. При этом пластина 1 в закрытом положении крышки имеет выступающие козырьки 8 для их использования в качестве ручек при открывании крышки. Причем для фиксации крышки в горизонтальном положении для случая расположения шарнира 4 сбоку от унитаза предусмотрено использование ведра 9 для мусора. Для обеспечения же установки крышки в фиксируемом независимом положении (горизонтальном или наклонном) отверстия в проушинах 5 выполнены в виде паза 10. При этом на контактирующих поверхностях проушин 5 и сиденья 2 выполнена насечка 11 (фиг.13). Эксплуатация крышки осуществляется следующим образом. The operation of the cover is as follows.

Из закрытого положения (фиг.1) крышку с помощью козырьков 8 пластины 1 переводят в нижнее (для случая расположения шарнира 4 спереди от унитаза) положение (фиг. 3) или горизонтальное (фиг.5) - при боковом расположении, используя при этом ведро 9 для сбора мусора. В случае расположения шарнира 4 спереди от унитаза, при использовании крышки в качестве горизонтальной столешницы пластину 1 из нижнего положения переводят в горизонтальное, опирая ее при этом на колени (фиг.4). Для автономной же установки пластины 1 в наклонное или горизонтальное положение отверстие под ось 6 в одном из звеньев шарнира 4, например в проушинах 5, выполнено в виде паза 10 (фиг.6). В этом случае из закрытого положения крышку вначале приподнимают (фиг.7), поворачивая после этого ее на 180^o. Далее, приподняв пластину 1 (фиг.9), продолжают поворот крышки до установки ее в нижнее вертикальное положение (фиг. 10). Использование крышки в качестве горизонтальной столешницы осуществляют путем установки пластины 1 в горизонтальное, развернутое на 180^o, положение и ее подачи по пазу 10 вниз (фиг.12). При необходимости использования крышки в виде наклонной столешницы пластину 1 переводят в требуемое наклонное положение, после чего по пазу 10 ее смещают до упора проушин 5 в торцевые поверхности сиденья 2 (фиг.11), обеспечивая тем самым уравновешивание силы тяжести крышки силой трения этих поверхностей между собой. При этом для увеличения надежности и расширения диапазона наклонной установки крышки контактирующие поверхности проушин 5 и сиденья 2 выполнены с насечкой 11. Санитарно-технические работы проводят, повернув сиденье 2 совместно с пластиной 1 крышки в верхнее вертикальное положение (до упора в смывной бачок). The use of the cover as a horizontal tabletop is carried out by installing the plate 1 in a horizontal, rotated 180 ^o , position and its filing in the groove 10 down (Fig). If it is necessary to use the cover in the form of an inclined tabletop, the plate 1 is transferred to the desired inclined position, after which it is moved along the groove 10 to the end of the eyes 5 in the end surfaces of the seat 2 (Fig. 11), thereby balancing the gravity of the cover by the friction force of these surfaces between by myself. Moreover, in order to increase reliability and expand the range of inclined installation of the cover, the contacting surfaces of the eyes 5 and seat 2 are made with a notch 11. Sanitary work is performed by turning the seat 2 together with the cover plate 1 to the upper vertical position (all the way into the flushing tank). Moreover, due to the rotation of the plate 1 in the opposite direction to the stop (Fig. 15), the cover is used as a horizontal table top located above an open and prepared toilet for sanitary treatment.

Claims

1. The lid for the toilet, containing an invoice covering the hole of the seat, a plate connected to it by a hinge, characterized in that the hinge is located in front or side of the toilet.

2. The cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the hole for the axis in one of the links of the hinge is made in the form of a groove.

3. The cover according to claim 2, characterized in that the contacting surfaces of the hinge link located on the cover and the seats are notched.
