Abstract
Description
п. The invention relates to the field of installation and construction of various structures and structures incorporating a guide profile that provides free movement of the element placed in it both during the placement of this element, and the mobility of the element after placing it in the guide profile. The guide profile can be used in the manufacture of window and balcony glazing of buildings and structures with movable frames, laying, for example, cable inside building structures in a building or for laying communications outside the building when connecting the building to power sources, etc.
The closest known is the guide profile of a polymeric material having a sliding surface for the element in contact with it (patent US 4892442).
The known profile does not provide the necessary ease of movement of the element placed in it, especially if its length is significant and if there is a deviation from the straightness of its sections.
The objective of the present invention is to reduce the effort of movement in the profile of the element placed or moved in it, to ensure reliability of movement in the presence of deviations from the straightness of its sections.
на фиг.1 представлен общий вид направляющего профиля, продольный разрез;
на фиг.2 - вид I на фиг.1;
на фиг. 3 - разрез по А-А на фиг.1 (профиль прямолинейной формы - коробчатая направляющая);
This is achieved in that the guide profile of a polymeric material with a carrier base and with a sliding layer for the element in contact with it, preferably a polymer or with a polymer coating, in which the sliding layer has at least a thickness of at least a portion of the length of the guide profile, 0 μm with an average roughness value of up to 5.0 μm from the side of the working surface and obtained by melt extrusion of a pre-granulated composition containing high and medium density polyethylene in a ratio of From 5:95 to 95: 5, including 0.5 to 25 wt.% silicone rubber. In this case, the sliding layer of the guide profile is formed on the surface of the supporting base made of high and / or medium density polyethylene facing the sliding element, in the process of extrusion together with it and has a section in the cross section of a rectilinear, or concave, or convex shape, or shape with indicated areas in their various combinations. The sliding layer in its cross section and / or along the length of the profile can be made in the form of discrete, preferably evenly spaced sections, preferably of equal height, and the roughness of the sliding layer on the side of the working surface has an arbitrary direction of irregularities. To enhance the achieved effect, the guide profile additionally contains polyformaldehyde or random propylene copolymer in an amount of 1-10 wt.%
The invention is illustrated by drawings, where:
figure 1 presents a General view of the guide profile, a longitudinal section;
figure 2 is a view of I in figure 1;
in FIG. 3 - section along aa in figure 1 (profile of a rectilinear shape - a box-shaped guide);
in FIG. 4 is a section along AA in FIG. 1 (a concave shape is a tubular guide).
The guide profile (figure 1) is made of a polymer material with a
When the guide profile is operating, contact on the friction surfaces with a coefficient of friction of 0.18-0.40 is carried out in a polymer-polymer pair over the entire surface of the layer or in its individual sections. The first option is chosen subject to significant loads during installation or during operation. The second option is chosen from the condition of reducing the force, for example, when moving the cable in the channels of the building structure or when laying communications. When friction on
