Abstract
Description
55).The invention relates to the field of energy and Stirling engines, is intended as a power plant for marine objects that operate without any connection to the atmosphere, such as submarines and deep-sea vehicles
A device of the Stirling engine is known — a direct cycle energy converter with an external supply of heat, including a combustion chamber and a refrigerator. However, to increase the efficiency It is advisable for a Stirling engine to use a cooling medium with a temperature below ambient temperature to reduce the minimum temperature of the engine cycle (G. Reeder., C. Hooper. Stirling engines. M., Mir, 1986, p. 55).
8-9). It is known that natural gas is the most promising motor fuel, since it is much cheaper than diesel fuel and gasoline, and also when it is burned, less harmful components (oxides) are formed in the exhaust gases (A. Sedykh, V. Rodnyansky, Gazprom Politics in the use of natural gas as a motor fuel. // Gas industry. 10, 1999, - p. 8-9).
28-29). It is known that for vehicles it is most advisable to use liquefied natural gas (LNG), since in this case fuel systems have lower weight and size characteristics than vehicles with compressed natural gas (Chirikov K.Yu., Pronin E.N. Prospects for the use of LNG on transport. // Gas industry. 10, 1999 - p. 28-29).
A well-known anaerobic installation with a Stirling engine, intended also for a submarine, containing a Stirling engine, an engine cooling circuit passing through a cold accumulator, into which sea water is supplied, tanks with cryogenic fuel components — liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, an economizer, through which passes the lines of gaseous components of the fuel and the line of exhaust gases, a refrigeration unit located on the supply lines of cryogenic components of the fuel and through which the circuit passes ur engine cooling (Kirillov NG. Autonomous power plant with a Stirling engine. RF application for the invention 96116770, F 02 G 1/04, Bull. 32 from 11/20/98, - p. 192). However, in this installation, liquid hydrogen is used as fuel, which, on the one hand, is a very expensive substance, and on the other hand, its storage requires the use of a nitrogen screen, which greatly complicates the design and cost of the cryogenic tank, compared with the storage of liquid natural gas .
The technical result that can be obtained by carrying out the invention is to reduce the overall dimensions of the installation, as well as to reduce the operating cost of the anaerobic installation and the supply of the boat as a whole.
To achieve this technical result, an anaerobic installation with a Stirling engine for a submarine containing a Stirling engine, a seawater line that is connected to the engine cooling circuit through a cold accumulator, a tank with cryogenic fuel, a tank with cryogenic oxidizer - oxygen, an economizer through which the lines pass gaseous components of the fuel (fuel and oxidizer) and exhaust gas line, refrigeration unit located on the supply lines of cryogenic fuel components and through which the engine cooling circuit passes, it is equipped with a residual oxygen heat exchanger-fluidizer in the exhaust gases located on the liquid oxygen line and connected by a liquefied oxygen drain line with a liquid oxygen tank, an adsorber for freezing СО 2 and Н 2 О located on the fuel and oxidizer lines as well as an exhaust gas heat exchanger-cooler through which an overboard water main passes, while the exhaust gas line passes sequentially through an economizer, eploobmennik cooler exhaust gases, and adsorption heat exchanger liquefier residual oxygen, and liquefied natural gas is used as cryogenic fuel.
Introduction to the composition of the anaerobic installation with a Stirling engine a residual oxygen heat exchanger-fluidizer in the exhaust gases, an adsorber for freezing СО 2 and Н 2 О, an exhaust gas heat exchanger-cooler and the use of liquefied natural gas as a cryogenic fuel allows to obtain a new property, which consists in the possibility of utilization and storage of products of combustion of hydrocarbon fuel inside the submarine, as well as significantly reduce operating costs for the use and storage of cryogenic about fuel through the use of cheaper combustible LNG.

20. The Stirling engine 1 includes a combustion chamber 17 and a refrigerator 18. A pump 19 is used for circulating the coolant in the cooling circuit 2, engine 17 connected with the capacity of liquid oxygen 4 by a supply line 6 passing through a heat exchanger-fluidizer 8 of the residual oxygen of the exhaust gases, an adsorber 9, a cooling unit 10, an economizer 11, and containing a pump 20. Liquefied natural gas from the tank 5 enters the combustion chamber 17 along the highway 7 passing through the adsorber 9, the refrigeration unit 10, the economizer 11, and containing the pump 21.
8. The exhaust gases from the combustion chamber 17 through the exhaust gas line 13 are sequentially supplied to the economizer 11, the exhaust gas heat exchanger-cooler 12, the adsorber 9 and the heat exchanger fluidizer 8.
Anaerobic installation with a Stirling engine works as follows.
Previously, before the submarine begins to operate in an autonomous mode, the working media are stored in necessary quantities: liquid oxygen in tank 4 and liquefied natural gas in tank 5. To ensure complete combustion of natural gas, which is characterized by the content of CO (carbon monoxide) and C (carbon) in the exhaust gas, excess oxygen is supplied to the combustion chamber 17 in comparison with its amount, which is determined by the stoichiometric ratio.
In the combustion chamber 17, the LNG and oxygen combustion reaction occurs (with its excess amount) with the release of heat, which is transferred to the working fluid of the Stirling engine 1. For highly efficient operation of engine 1, coolant 2 is supplied to its cooler 18, which heats the engine 1 and cools it is supplied to the cold accumulator 3, where the coolant gives off a significant part of the heat received from the engine 1 to the seawater, is cooled and is pumped to the cooling unit 10 by the pump 19. Here, the coolant is cooled to temperatures below ambient temperature (sea water) due to heat exchange with cryogenic fuel components (LNG and oxygen), and then again enters the refrigerator 18 to cool engine 1. Cooling the coolant to lower temperatures than the environment can significantly increase K. p.d. Stirling engine 1 by reducing its minimum cycle temperature.
16.In the refrigeration unit 10, liquid oxygen and liquefied natural gas are supplied from tanks 4 and 5 by pumps 20 and 21, respectively, through lines 6 and 7. Previously, the oxygen line first passes through a heat exchanger-liquefier 8, where the residual oxygen of the exhaust gases is liquefied, which then merges through the line 14 into the tank 4, and then, together with the LNG line 7, passes through the adsorber 9, where СО 2 and Н 2 О are frozen out from the exhaust gases. In the refrigeration unit 10, natural gas and oxygen are heated with increasing pressure, cooling the coolant of the cooling circuit 2, because they have a lower temperature level, and then go to the economizer 11, where they overheat to high temperature, due to heat exchange with the exhaust gases leaving the combustion chamber 17. Then, natural gas and oxygen enter the combustion chamber 17, where the combustion reaction takes place. Combustion products (exhaust gases) are removed from the combustion chamber 17 via line 13. After the economizer 11, the exhaust gases enter the heat exchanger-cooler 12, where they are cooled by sea water to ambient temperature. Then, the exhaust gases enter the adsorber 9, where they are frozen CO 2 and H 2 O, and the remaining oxygen from the exhaust gases fed to heat exchanger 8-liquefier for condensation. Seawater into the submarine is fed through line 15 using pump 16.
