Abstract

FIELD: food industry; packing of confectionery. SUBSTANCE: proposed carton has body, cover and several similar packages placed inside carton body. Carton, when assembled, has the shape of regular pyramid. Packages are made also in form of pyramids in which two adjacent sides are square to base and they form regular pyramids filling inner volume of carton. According to other design version, package are made in form of truncated pyramids being assembled to form regular pyramid with truncated top. Souvenir is placed in upper part of carton in space thus formed. EFFECT: increased strength of carton, provision of possibility of placing different kinds and sorts of product without mixing, enlarged assortment of packages with effect of surprise at opening. 7 cl, 10 dwg

Description

 The invention relates to the field of packaging and can be used in the food, mainly confectionery industry for packaging, for example, sweets.

 A cardboard box for the sale of confectionery is known, comprising a body, a lid and several identical packages placed inside the body (RU 2137688 C1, 09/20/1999).

 A disadvantage of the known box is that it does not have sufficient strength, has an ordinary appearance and does not provide a surprise effect when it is opened.

 The technical result achieved by the invention is to increase the stiffness of the box, the possibility of placement in it without mixing various types or varieties of products and expanding the range of packages with a surprise effect upon opening.

 The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the cardboard box containing the housing, the lid and several identical packages placed inside the housing, in assembled form has the shape of a regular pyramid. The case and the cover are made of different sheet blanks, and the packages are in the form of pyramids, in which two adjacent side faces are perpendicular to the base. The packages are designed in such a way that together form a regular pyramid.

 In a preferred embodiment, the packages are in the form of a pyramid with a truncated top and are structured so that they form a regular pyramid with a truncated top, and an object serving as a souvenir is placed in the space formed at the top of the box.

 It is advisable that the case of the box was made of a sheet blank containing a bottom-forming section in the form of a regular polygon and triangular sections adjacent to it through the inflection lines forming the side faces of the case, made with the possibility of arbitrary opening when removing the upper part of the box.

 In another embodiment, a valve with a slot is made on one free lateral side of each triangular section forming the side face of the body, and on the other side is a tongue for interacting with a corresponding slot in the valve of an adjacent triangular section.

 In one embodiment, the bottom forming portion is square.

 It is advisable that the box lid was made of a sheet blank containing triangular sections separated by bending lines, converging with vertices at one point and forming the side faces of the lid, on the one hand, the blank being provided with a valve with a slot, and on the other a tongue for interacting with this slot in order to fix the cover in assembled form.

 In a preferred embodiment, the triangular portions forming the side faces of the lid are provided with flaps in the lower part enclosing the lower part of the box in packaged form.

 Each package placed inside the housing can be made of a sheet blank containing sections divided by bending lines that form the three faces of the pyramid and the base, while the blank is equipped with valves with slots and tongues for fixing the package in assembled form.

 In addition, each package with a truncated top placed inside the case can be made of a sheet blank containing sections divided by bending lines that form the three faces of the pyramid, the base and the upper part, while the blank is equipped with valves with slots and tongues for fixing the package in the assembled form.

 The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a box in assembled form; figure 2 is one of the packages placed inside the case; figure 3 - box with the lid removed; figure 4 is a box with the lid removed, in which the packaging made up form a regular pyramid with a truncated top, on which an item serving as a souvenir is placed; figure 5 - preparation for the housing of the box, made with the possibility of arbitrary opening when removing the upper part of the box; figure 6 - the workpiece for the housing of the box, fastened with valves with slots and reeds; Fig.7 - blank for the box cover; in FIG. 8 - blank for the box cover, equipped with valves covering the bottom of the box in a packaged form; in FIG. 9 - blank packaging in the form of a pyramid; figure 10 - blank packaging in the form of a pyramid with a truncated top.

 The workpiece blank (figure 5) contains the bottom 1 and side faces 2.

 The body blank (Fig. 6) contains a bottom 1 and side faces 2, on which valves 3 and tongues 4 are provided with slots.

 The blank cover of the box (Fig.7) contains side faces 5, a valve with a slot 6 and a tongue 7.

 The blank of the box cover (Fig. 8) contains side faces 5, a valve with a slot 6, a tongue 7 and valves 8.

 The package blank (Fig. 9) contains side edges 9, 10, 11, base 12, valves with slots 13, 14, 15, and tongues 16, 17, 18.

 The package blank (figure 10) contains side edges 9, 10, 11, base 12, valves with slots 13, 14, 15, tongues 16, 17, 18 and the upper part 19.

 The drawings depict an embodiment when the bottom-forming portion is in the shape of a square. However, the bottom-forming portion may be in the shape of any regular polygon.

 The box is used as follows.

 Packages (Fig. 2), filled with various types or varieties of products (for example, sweets), are installed on the bottom 1 of the shell blank. Packages are made to each other with lateral faces perpendicular to the base, so that they together form a regular pyramid that fills the entire internal volume of the box. The triangular sections (2) that form the side faces of the body are superimposed on the edge of the pyramid formed by the folded packages and covered with a lid. The pyramidal shape and filling of the entire volume of the box provide its increased strength.

 In the case when the packages are in the form of a pyramid with a truncated apex and are designed in such a way that they form a regular pyramid with a truncated apex, a souvenir object is placed in the space formed at the top of the box (Fig. 4).

 If the triangular sections (2) that form the side faces of the body are held only by the lid on, when it is removed, they will spontaneously open, revealing the composed packages. When this occurs, the effect of surprise (figure 3).

 In another embodiment, the triangular sections (2) that form the side faces of the body can be interconnected using tongues 4 that interact with the slots of the valves 3, while increasing the time required to open the box, which increases interest in its contents, and also provides a surprise effect on disclosure.

 The lid of the box is folded together by means of valves (6) and tongues (7). In one embodiment, the box lid in the lower part is equipped with valves (8), which are folded to the bottom of the box when packaging, thus forming a box completely packed with a lid, which increases the strength of the product.

 Folded packages are fastened together using slit valves and tongues or in any known manner (using glue, staples, etc.).

A cardboard box containing a case, a cover and several identical packages placed inside the case, characterized in that the assembled box has the shape of a regular pyramid, the case and cover are made of different sheet blanks, and the packages have the shape of pyramids with two adjacent side the faces are perpendicular to the base and are designed in such a way that together form a regular pyramid.  2. A cardboard box according to claim 1, characterized in that the packages have the shape of a pyramid with a truncated top and are structured in such a way that they form a regular pyramid with a truncated top, and an item is a souvenir formed in the upper part of the box.  3. A cardboard box according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the box body is made of a sheet blank containing a bottom-forming section in the form of a regular polygon and triangular sections adjacent to it through the inflection lines forming the side faces of the housing.  4. A cardboard box according to claim 3, characterized in that a valve with a slot is made on one free lateral side of each triangular section forming the side face of the housing, and a tongue is formed on the other side to interact with a corresponding slot in the valve of an adjacent triangular section.  5. Cardboard box according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, characterized in that the lid of the box is made of a sheet blank containing triangular sections separated by lines of inflection, converging vertices at one point and forming the side faces of the lid, while on the one hand the blank is provided with a valve with a slot, and on the other a tongue, to interact with this slot in order to fix the cover in assembled form.  6. A cardboard box according to claim 5, characterized in that the triangular sections forming the side faces of the lid in the lower part are provided with valves covering the lower part of the box in a packaged form.  7. Cardboard box according to any one of paragraphs. 1-6, characterized in that forming the bottom of the plot has the shape of a square.
