The preparation of the catalyst can be carried out, for example, by impregnating the indicated support with a solution containing precursors of chromium oxide and platinum, followed by molding the microspheres by spray-drying the resulting suspension in a spray drying column. A sample of the catalyst is calcined in an activator at 680-750 o C for 2-5 hours. The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
1. Example 1
The support is prepared from 212.8 g of precipitated alumina hydrate (calcination residue = 65.5%), 139.7 g of zinc oxide, 0.5 g of tin oxalate and 600 g of water by stirring in a ball mill for 16 hours at a temperature of 20 o C. The resulting suspension is subjected to heat treatment, consisting of holding at a temperature of 120 o C for 6 hours and calcining at 1100 o C for 4 hours in a stream of air. A microspherical catalyst having a particle diameter of 5 to 250 microns is obtained by spray-drying a suspension obtained from 200 g of support, 113 g of chromium trioxide 0.04 g of Pt in the form of a solution of platinum chloride and 700 ml of water in a bead mill with stirring for 3 hours at a temperature of 30 o C. the Sample of the catalyst is subjected to heat treatment, consisting of calcination at 720 o C for 4 hours in a stream of air. The resulting product has the following composition,% wt:
Cr 2 O 3 - 30.0
ZnO - 35.1
SnO 2 - 0.1
Pt - 0.01
Al 2 O 3 - the rest
The resulting catalyst is tested in the processes of dehydrogenation of isobutane and propane, carried out at a temperature of 560-610 o With the volumetric feed rate of 400-600 l of reagent / l of catalyst • hour in a laboratory quartz reactor. A catalytic cycle simulating a reaction in an industrial reactor consists of a reaction phase in which hydrocarbons are supplied for 30 minutes; purge phases when nitrogen is passed for 10 minutes to release the catalyst from the adsorbed products of the dehydrogenation reaction; the regeneration phase, when the regeneration gas is supplied to the regenerator — air for 30 minutes (in these experiments) and again the purge phases when nitrogen is passed for 10 minutes to release the catalyst from the adsorbed products of the regeneration reaction. The technical conditions of the industrial fluidized bed dehydrogenation process involve regeneration at temperatures that are higher than the reaction temperature; in this case, regeneration and recovery is carried out at 650 o C, while dehydrogenation at 560-610 o C. The results are shown in the table.
