Description

 The invention relates to furniture production and can be used for furnishing residential premises, public buildings, offices.

 A known wall design for furniture installation, which consists of supporting devices in the form of vertical wooden racks located along the wall of the room. Racks have a series of mounting holes extending obliquely downward. Supporting pins or hooks are inserted into the holes, fixed on furniture and passing obliquely downward. This design allows you to mount individual pieces of furniture in a row under each other at different heights, create sectional sections of furniture (USSR patent 1782160, class A 47 B 87/00, 1992).

 The main disadvantages of the known solutions are the limited ability to use furniture of different lengths and the need for reliable fastening of the racks directly to the wall of the room or to a block of furniture that rests on the floor. Due to these drawbacks, such a wall has limited use.

 The known design of the furniture wall containing the main body, consisting of sections forming a lattice with a single depth and constant pitch of vertical and horizontal structures and elements (advertising brochure VNPO Mebelprom, "New types of products", 1988).

 Also known is a wall containing a housing consisting of sections with a single depth and constant pitch of vertical and horizontal structures and elements (European patent 0146932, class A 47 B 47/04, 1985).

 The disadvantages of such furniture walls are their high cost, high complexity and material consumption, difficulties in manufacturing and assembly, limited composition of the product, because it does not use the entire usable volume occupied by the wall from floor to ceiling.

 The objective of the invention is to expand the operational and functional capabilities of furniture while ensuring simplicity of design and manufacture.

 The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the furniture wall, containing the main body, consisting of sections with a single depth and constant pitch of vertical and horizontal structures and elements, is equipped with a metal frame, consisting of mounted spontaneously between the floor and ceiling of the supporting tubular racks connected between horizontal angular and vertical ties, which simultaneously serve as supports for the installation of boards for shelves or wall shelving, and stability nodes, consisting of wood nnyh shields attached to the posts and adjacent the ceiling, the frame consists of separate sections, which can be used separately, and a frame rack framed decorative strips, which are attached to the rear and side cladding, and hung on the front side of the facade elements.

 The use of a lightweight metal frame in the wall reduces the consumption of wood and wood materials to create a wall frame and, therefore, reduce the cost.

 Simplification of the frame, reducing the number of its structures and fasteners for hanging elements in the wall will reduce the complexity in its manufacture and assembly.

 The design of the frame, its layout in the wall housing create unlimited possibilities in choosing options for product compositions at the discretion of the owner of the wall, simplify assembly work at home, make better use of the volume of the wall.

 The versatility and its inventory make it easy to re-plan the room furniture wall for the office by installing documentation shelves in the cabinets.

 The depth of the wall and niches allows you to install audio equipment, an aquarium, etc., as well as use cabinets for outerwear.

 The wall contains a lightweight steel frame, consisting of supporting tubular round or rectangular uprights 1. Stand 1 with the sole 2 through the longitudinal beam 3 is supported with the lower end into the floor 4, and the upper end with the help of spacer bolts 5 through the head 6, nut 7 and locknut 8 is opened in ceiling 9.

 The racks 1 of the frame are interconnected by means of corner ties 10 with bolts 11 screwed into the thread 12 in the walls of the racks 1. Horizontal ties 10 simultaneously serve as supports for installing shields for shelves or wall racks.

 The frame also contains additional vertical ties 13 and horizontal ties 14 mounted on the facade of the furniture wall and connected to the uprights 1 and connections 10 with bolted joints.

 In tubular racks 1 at the desired height, depending on the accepted version of the wall, thread is cut and bolts 15 are attached to the racks 1 wooden decorative racks 16. At the same time, on the rack 1 to the rails 16 with nails or screws attached side and rear sheathing (not shown in the drawing ) On the front pillars 1, with the help of furniture hinges and other means, facade elements are hung — doors 19, doors 20, mirrors 21, decorative glass 22, etc. At the same time, the doors 20 of the upper and lower cabinets are placed along the wall.  For additional stability of the frame of the wall in the upper part of each pair of racks 1 installed stability nodes, consisting of wooden panels 18 attached to the posts 1 and adjacent to the ceiling 9. The panels 18 also serve as side walls.

 In general, the frame consists of separate sections that can be applied separately. Of four, six, eight or more tubular racks, for example, a complete set for a living room can be made.

 The wall is assembled in the following sequence.

 The assembly of the furniture wall begins with the assembly of the frame. The racks 1 are installed with the soles 2 on the longitudinal beam 3 mounted on the floor 4. The upper ends of the racks 1 are bursted with the help of spacer bolts 5 into the ceiling 9. After that, the racks 1 are connected using horizontal ties 10 and auxiliary vertical 13 and horizontal 14 ties are installed . Then, the posts 1 are framed with wooden decorative battens 16. The rear and side trim and stability panels 18 are mounted on the battens, and facade elements are hung on the front. This is where the assembly ends.  Using the invention will make it possible to produce a cheaper, less laborious in the manufacture and assembly of a furniture wall with various compositional options and full use of the volume occupied by the wall.
