Abstract

FIELD: agriculture, biological methods of plant protection. SUBSTANCE: a vegetating plant is sprayed up to its full wettability with a fungicide which represents a protozoa culture isolated out of a healthy plant of the same variety as an infected one belongs to. A solution is prepared by boiling in the water a cut dry leaf-stalk plant mass of the same variety as an infected one is, cooling and removal of plant residues. The solution obtained is supplied with potassium-phosphate buffer at 7.5 pH. The mixture is kept for 3 d, then freshly cut stalks of a healthy plant of the same variety are added and the mixture is kept for about 3-5 d till the development of protozoa starts in the solution. The latter is efficient in protecting against tomato and potato phytophthora infection agents, cucumber perinosporosis and cabbage bacteriosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of plant protection.
