Указанные концентрации были установлены в результате исследований на группе добровольцев. При более низких концентрациях отмечается снижение эффективности применения, при повышении концентрации отмечалось также некоторое снижение эффекта.The proposed cream has the following composition, wt.%:

Сочетание компонентов, обеспечивающих инактивацию металлов сенсибилизаторов (динатриевая соль этилендиаминтетрауксусная кислота) и компонентов, восстанавливающих и регулирующих кислотно-основное состояние кожного покрова (буферная система сывороточных белков), повышающих обменно-репаративную функцию эпидермиса (масло чайного дерева, сывороточные белки), восстанавливающих нормальную влажность и эластичность кожного покрова (масло чайного дерева, сывороточные белки), обеспечивающих противовоспалительные и противозудные свойства (масло чайного дерева), обладающих адсорбционными свойствами (сывороточные белки), обеспечивающих определенную бактерицидность (масло чайного дерева) в определенных пропорциях обеспечивает защиту кожного покрова от агрессивных факторов посредством инактивации, эпидермопротекции, восстановления барьерной функции кожи, существенного снижения воздействия бактериальных агентов на кожу, которые часто являются "спусковым механизмом" в патогенезе профессиональных дерматозов. Сочетание инактивационных, противовоспалительных, противозудных, бактерицидных и репаративных свойств предложенной рецептуры позволяет применять данное средство в решении проблем профилактики и лечения профессиональных дерматозов широкого диапазона (от стадии предболезни до стадии экзематизации, а также для профилактики непораженных кожных покровов). При этом следует, что средство не содержит в себе ни консервантов, ни стабилизаторов, ни отдушки. It follows that the product does not contain any preservatives, nor stabilizers, nor perfumes.

Крем получают следующим образом:
для приготовления 5 г крема берут 1,1 г масла вазелинового (ВМ-5), 0,055 г масла чайного дерева и смешивают их при 58^oC (на водяной бане), в режиме беспрерывного размешивания постепенно добавляют в полученную смесь 0,775 г сублимированных сывороточных белков. Отдельно в 2,773 г дистиллированной воды растворяют 0,16 г аскорбиновой кислоты и 0,1375 г трилона Б. При постоянном помешивании при 36-38^oC в органическую фазу медленно добавляют водную фазу.The cream is prepared as follows:
