Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower body.

The technical result achieved by the solution consists in improved facilitating the adoption of the required shape by the leg muscles, in particular, in raising the gluteal muscles, rounding them and narrowing the femoral muscles in the area above the knee.

The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that a garment for the lower body has been developed, containing:

- belt;

- trousers sewn with a belt and pulling elements;

- tightening elements, and the tightening elements are made with the ability to pull the muscles of the back of the thigh in the area under the buttocks,

characterized by the fact that

the garment is made of denim with elastic components.

Description

The utility model relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower body.

State of the art

A slimming knitted elastic garment for the lower body is known (RU2610806C9, publ. 24.04.2017). The known invention relates to a knitted elastic item of underwear containing a panty (1) with an elastic base knitted product connected to a mesh (7) of elastic rubber superimposed on one surface of the elastic base knitwear of the panties, which forms the base of the panties, from the front and / or on the back side of the panties, characterized in that on the specified surface of the base knitted product (5, 6) there is a knitted elastic lining (20), lighter than the base knitted product (5, 6), for free application, at least in location of said rubber mesh (7).

However, this solution does not disclose elements for lifting the gluteal muscles.

A trouser product is known (RU171883U1, publ. 06/20/2017), aimed at increasing the effect of tightening the buttocks and creating the effect of the bulge of each buttock ("push-up" effect) while wearing the trouser product by the user, for example, leggings, leggings jeans, leggings, sweatpants . The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a trouser product containing front and back panels made of elastic fabric, which are interconnected by side and crotch seams forming two legs, and the back and front panels are connected to each other by a tie seam, a stretched elastic is sewn into the tie seam. a tape, the edges of which, on the one hand, are fixed in the region of the central part of the lamina seam connecting the rear panels, on the other hand, in the region of the codpiece of the ivory seam, connecting the front panels. Additionally, an insert made of flannel is made at the seam at the junction of the front and back panels. In the finished product, the elastic band is in a free, untensioned state, and when worn, the tape stretches, lifting, fitting and highlighting each buttock, creating the effect of tightening the buttocks from the crotch side.

However, this solution does not disclose elements for lifting the gluteal muscles along their entire lower surface.

A garment for the lower body is known (RU201528, publ. 12/21/2020), containing a yoke, which is an element of the garment, which is made with the possibility of its upper part to cover the torso around the circumference, and the lower part to cover each leg and pass through the crotch; legs connected to the bottom of the yoke; a belt connected to the upper part of the yoke; moreover, the yoke is made of a less elastic material than the legs. The technical result consists in raising the convex zones of the gluteal muscles.

However, this solution uses a different design to lift the gluteal muscles.

A garment for the lower body chosen as a prototype is known (RU211564, publ. 06/14/2022). The known solution relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower body. The technical result achieved by the solution is to create areas with a greater and lesser slimming effect on the back of the thigh. The specified technical result is achieved due to the fact that the developed item of clothing for the lower body, containing: belt; trousers sewn with a belt and a pulling element; a tightening element, characterized in that the tightening element is sewn to the belt with one of its ends;

However, this solution uses a different material of the garment, resulting in a weak slimming effect.

Utility Model Disclosure

In one aspect of the utility model, a lower body garment is disclosed, comprising:

In additional aspects of the utility model, it is disclosed that the shaping element is shaped such that it additionally extends along the outer side of the thighs; the length of the legs is such that they reach at least one of: the area around the knee, mid-calf, ankles; the pulling element covers the area directly above the knee along the perimeter; the seams of the drawstring elements connecting them to the legs contain three layers of denim; elastic components contain from 1 to 10%; contains width; contains a zipper.

The main task solved by the claimed utility model is to provide increased compression of the leg muscles in given locations.

The essence of the utility model lies in the fact that the garment is made of denim with elastic fibers, and also contains parts sewn so that the seams form areas of increased compression, which in turn helps to correct the shape of the leg muscles: raising the gluteal muscles, compressing the muscles of the back surface of the thigh under the gluteal muscles, and in some embodiments, the implementation also contributes to the compression of the thigh muscles in the knee area.

The technical result achieved by the solution consists in improved facilitating the adoption of the required shape by the leg muscles, in particular, in raising the gluteal muscles, rounding them and narrowing the femoral muscles in the area above the knee.

Brief description of the drawings

Implementation of the utility model

The proposed garment is a trouser (figure 1), containing:

- belt 101;

- trousers 102;

- dragging elements 103;

- seam 104 seats.

Belt 101 may be in the form of a uniformly wide ring, or may be more complex, such as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. A variant with a complex shape additionally tightens the abdominal muscles.

Legs 102 are sewn with a waistband 101 and drawstrings 103. Both legs 102 and drawstrings 103 are made from denim with added elastic fibers (elastane, spandex or lycra). The presence of elastic fibers allows you to have a constant compression (pulling) effect on the leg muscles, and the seams, consisting of several layers of fabric and providing a stronger compression effect in specified places, correct the shape of the leg muscles. Due to the shape of the element 103 disclosed in figures 1 and 2, the gluteal muscles are raised and rounded, the muscles of the back of the thigh are rounded, the muscles above the knee are narrowed.

The inventive solution is an article of clothing that fits snugly around the user's legs at least in the area above the knee, but variants with a fit along the entire length of the article of clothing are possible. The product can be shorts, breeches, mid-calf jeans, below mid-calf jeans, ankle-length jeans. With a short version of the legs 101, the tightening elements 102 are made shortened.

The cutting of the product shown in Fig.2 ensures the correct location of the seams, the elasticity of the material allows the product to adapt to the shape of the user's legs, this allows the seams to be in the specified locations on the user's body and adjust the shape of his legs.

Since the product is intended to provide the effect of shaping the leg muscles and emphasizing the figure, the material of the legs 102 must have elasticity. The claimed solution uses denim with elastic fibers. Such a material allows a strong compression effect, since a significant effort is required to stretch denim with elastic fibers in comparison, for example, with elastic materials such as supplex, diving, etc. Without elastic fibers, denim will not provide the claimed effect, since without them it does not retain its shape, does not fit the body and resists stretching much worse.

The seams formed when joining pieces of denim are made up of three or four layers of fabric, the more layers of fabric, the more they pull the muscles underneath and the more they lift and round the gluteal muscles. The rounding effect is directly related to the lifting of the gluteal muscles, since the volume of said muscles is essentially constant, then compressing them from below leads to their bulging, which in turn leads to their rounding.

The authors found that it is optimal to use 3 or 4 layers of fabric, since 2 layers do not differ much in characteristics from one layer of fabric, which does not allow to effectively achieve the required correction of the shape of the muscles, and 5 or more layers of fabric are practically inextensible when worn and, as as a result, they do not adapt well to the shape of the muscles, pull them unevenly and inefficiently, and move when walking.

In practice, a four-layer seam is used on straight sections of clothing, since in the claimed solution the stitched sections in question are not straight, it is advisable to use a three-layer seam.

Preferably, the claimed solution is jeans made of cotton and/or linen with lycra and/or elastane and/or spandex. The content of elastic fibers in denim is from 1 to 10% by weight. The content of elastic fibers above 10% noticeably worsens the slimming effect, which begins to come down to muscle-fitting, and the content of less than 1% significantly reduces the elasticity of the denim material, which does not allow the jeans to take the shape of the wearer's legs, which significantly impairs the lifting of the gluteal muscles.

In some embodiments, the elasticity may be provided by the structure of the denim, which must provide sufficient stretch in all directions.

The waistband 101 is also made from denim with elastic fibers as it holds the garment in place at the waist or hips. The elastic material of the belt 101 does not allow it to slide down, which is important to ensure the claimed beneficial effect.

In the area of the gluteal muscles, the tightening element 103 can extend from the lower line of the gluteal muscles to their middle. A lifting effect will appear in this range, but the best effect is observed when element 103 is placed on the lower line of the gluteal muscles. The width of the tightening element 103 under the gluteal muscles can be from 2 to 10 cm.

In various embodiments, the location of the tightening element 103 on the surface of the gluteal muscles can be changed. In FIG. 1 shows the option with the lowest location: the upper border of the element 103 is located on the lower border of the gluteal muscles, however, options with a higher location of the element 103 are possible.

One end of the upper part of the element 103 is sewn to the belt 101 on the side of the body, the other end is sewn to the trousers 102 in the area of the seam 104 of the seat (in one of the variants, it is sewn to the seam 104). The location of the second end in close proximity to the seam 104 (especially the connection with it) allows you to actually fix the position of this end of the tightening element 103 relative to the belt 101, it actually hangs on it due to this seam. The seam 104 is slightly stretchy compared to single layer denim portions of the garment, allowing more effective glute shaping.

In the area of the front of the seam 104 there is also a fly with a zipper or button fastening. Since the presence of the fly leads to the appearance of additional layers of fabric, this area also turns out to be slightly stretchable, which improves the tightening effect of the elements 103. The zipper is practically inextensible, so its presence additionally fixes the position of the end of the element 103 relative to the belt and improves the tightening effect.

Thus, the pulling element 103 is attached to the belt 101 at both ends and this allows it to lift the gluteal muscles.

In the version with the shaping element 103, passing along the outer surface of the thighs, correction of these muscles is provided due to the fact that the seams of the shaping element form areas with less extensibility, which tighten the muscles of the outer thighs.

In the embodiment, in which the tightening element 103 additionally forms a ring around the area above the knee and/or in the area of the knee (covers it along the perimeter), additional correction of the shape of the femoral muscles is provided, in particular, their additional rounding is provided. The description uses the term "knee" and the like. in relation to the product, one skilled in the art should understand that the location of the product is meant to be where the wearer's knee should be when the user has correctly sized the product.

The pant legs 102, the drawstrings 103, the waistband 101 are generally sized in a standard manner, for example, to fit sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, etc. To achieve the claimed effect, it is not necessary that the human figure perfectly match the accepted standard clothing sizes, only the correct choice of clothing size is important, the claimed effect may manifest itself to a greater or lesser extent due to the features of the shape, weight, content of muscle and adipose tissue and other body parameters, but will always manifest itself due to the tightening elements 103, which correct the shape of the muscles.

The product may be high enough to sit on the hips or waist, which is not the subject of this utility model.

The shapes of the elements from which the claimed product is made are shown in figure 2, the applicant believes that a verbal description of these elements will not provide an understanding of their shape, however, for a person skilled in the art from figure 2 and a detailed description of the solution, it should be clear how to implement product to achieve the claimed technical result.

In general, parts of the claimed article are cut from pieces of fabric and fit together so that they can be sewn together to form a garment for the lower body.

Product manufacturing

For the manufacture of the product, you must perform the following steps:

1. cut the first leg 102 according to figure 2;

2. cut the second leg 102 to mirror the first leg 102;

3. cut the belt 101;

4. cut out the tightening elements 103;

5. sew the cut pieces together;

6. add finishing stitches.

The embodiments are not limited to the embodiments described here, other embodiments of the utility model will become apparent to a person skilled in the art based on the information set forth in the description and the knowledge of the prior art, which do not go beyond the essence and scope of this utility model.

An article of clothing for the lower part of the body, containing: - belt; - trousers sewn with a belt and pulling elements; - tightening elements, and the tightening elements are made with the ability to pull the muscles of the back of the thigh in the area under the buttocks, characterized by the fact that the garment is made of denim with elastic components, the seams of the drawstring elements connecting them to the legs contain three layers of denim. 2. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which the tightening elements are shaped so that they additionally pass along the outer lateral surface of the thighs. 3. An item of clothing according to claim 1, in which the length of the legs is such that they reach at least one of: the area around the knee, mid-calf, ankles. 4. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which the tightening elements cover the area immediately above the knee. 5. The garment according to claim 1, in which the elastic components contain from 1 to 10%. 6. The garment according to claim 1, which contains the fly. 7. The garment according to claim 7, which contains a zipper.
