State of the art

A slimming knitted elastic garment for the lower body is known (RU 2610806 C9, publ. 24.04.2017). The known invention relates to a knitted elastic undergarment containing panties (1) with an elastic base knitted product connected to a mesh (7) of elastic rubber superimposed on one surface of the elastic base knitwear of the panties, which forms the base of the panties, from the front and / or on the back side of the panties, characterized in that on the specified surface of the base knitted product (5, 6) there is a knitted elastic lining (20), lighter than the base knitted product (5, 6) for free application, at least in place the location of the specified rubber mesh (7).

However, this solution does not disclose a tightening element for the muscles of the back of the thigh.

A trouser product is known (RU 171883 U1, publ. 06/20/2017), aimed at increasing the effect of tightening the buttocks and creating the effect of the bulge of each buttock ("push-up" effect) while wearing the trouser product by the user, for example, leggings, leggings jeans, leggings, sports pants. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a trouser product containing front and back panels made of elastic fabric, which are interconnected by side and crotch seams forming two legs, and the back and front panels are connected to each other by a tie seam, a stretched elastic is sewn into the tie seam. a tape, the edges of which, on the one hand, are fixed in the region of the central part of the lamina seam connecting the rear panels, on the other hand, in the region of the codpiece of the ivory seam, connecting the front panels. Additionally, an insert made of flannel is made at the seam at the junction of the front and back panels. In the finished product, the elastic band is in a free, untensioned state, and when put on, the tape stretches, lifting, fitting and highlighting each buttock, creating the effect of tightening the buttocks from the crotch side.

However, this solution does not disclose a tightening element for the muscles of the back of the thigh.

Known as a prototype garment for the lower body (RU 201528, publ. 12/21/2020), containing a yoke, which is an element of the garment, which is made with the possibility of its upper part to cover the torso around the circumference, and the lower part to cover each leg and pass through the perineum; legs connected to the bottom of the yoke; a belt connected to the upper part of the yoke; moreover, the yoke is made of a less elastic material than the legs. The technical result consists in raising the convex zones of the gluteal muscles.

However, this solution does not disclose a tightening element for the muscles of the back of the thigh.

Utility Model Disclosure

The main objective of the claimed utility model to be solved is to provide the effect of highlighting the thigh muscles.

The essence of the utility model lies in the fact that the garment contains inserts with different stretching parameters, due to the presence of more and less stretchable inserts, areas of greater and lesser compressive effect arise, which makes it possible to highlight and outline the target areas of the hips.

The technical result achieved by the solution is to create areas with a greater and lesser slimming effect on the back of the thigh.

Implementation of the utility model

The proposed garment is a trouser (figure 1), containing:

belt 101;

tightening elements 102;

elements of 103 trousers.

The drawstrings 102 are made of a denser and less stretchy material as they provide a tightening effect, the legs are made of a thinner, more stretchable material to adapt to the shape of the legs of different people, together they provide emphasis on the thigh muscles by providing the contrast between them and the gluteal muscles, as well as due to the compression of the lower part of the thigh muscles.

The shaping elements 102 contain an insert of elastic material (not shown in figure 1), which additionally provides delineation of the muscles, provides adaptation to different leg shapes.

In a preferred embodiment, the drawstring element has the shape shown in Fig. 1, it is a piece of fabric of complex shape, which is sewn to the belt 101 and the leg elements 103. The dimensions of the tightening element 102 are determined by the size of the product (XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.). Similarly, the dimensions of the belt 101 of the elements 103 of the trousers are determined by the size of the product.

The length of the legs does not limit the proposed product and can be from 50 cm to 1 meter. The product may be leggings just below the knee length, leggings with a length to the middle of the calf, leggings with a length below the middle of the calf, leggings with an ankle length, etc.

Since the product is designed to provide a slimming effect and emphasize the figure, the legs are made from any relatively easily stretchable material used in tailoring. An important material requirement is that the material of the legs must fit the legs and be more stretchable than the material of the drawstrings 102.

In a preferred embodiment, the claimed product contains, which is made of an elastic material or contains an elastic material and provides fixation of the product on the hips or waist.

The product may be high enough to sit on the hips or waist, which is not the subject of this utility model.

The shapes of the elements from which the claimed product is made are shown in figure 1, the applicant believes that a verbal description of these elements will not provide an understanding of their shape, however, for a person skilled in the art from figure 1 and a detailed description of the solution, it should be clear how to implement product to achieve the claimed technical result.

In Fig.1, the tightening elements 102 consist of two parts that are sewn together during the manufacture of the product, but it is possible to use a single element 102.

In general, the parts of the claimed article are cut from pieces of fabric and fit together so that they can be sewn together to form a garment for the lower body.

Product manufacturing

For the manufacture of the product, you must perform the following steps:

1. cut the product according to figure 1;

2. stitch the parts of the pulling elements together (if the element 102 is not made in one piece);

3. stitch the leg elements 103 to the tightening element 102;

4. lay the finishing line along the seam of attaching the tightening elements 102;

5. stitch step cuts;

6. overcast the upper cut of the product;

7. overcast the top of the product;

8. stitch the central cut of the front and back halves of the legs;

9. sew a 7 mm rubber band along the center back seam for a seam allowance;

10. lay a finishing line along the central seams (starting from the back seam, rubber between the allowance and the warp, wide stitching);

11. cut the material of the belt 10 cm wide, length for XS-34 (S-36, M-38, L-40). The belt is made with a V-neck and front and back;

12. overcast the side section of the belt;

13. fasten the belt into the ring;

14. stitch the belt along the upper cut of the sewn trousers and the tightening element 102;

15. Bend the bottom of the product by 2 cm (wide stitching).

Rubber bands can be sewn around the entire perimeter of the tightening element 102 or only on some of its sides, depending on how strong the tightening effect is to be achieved. The width, thickness, specific parameters of the material of the used rubber band are not disclosed in this description, since their selection depends on the desired tightening effect. It is preferable to use latex rubber.

The drawstring element 102 may be sewn over the leg pieces, however, it is preferred that it is sewn to the leg pieces 103.

Figure 2 shows one of the finished product options. Figure 2 shows that the tightening element 102 is designed to wrap around the knee in a ring, and also runs along almost the entire outer side surface of the leg, this option is preferred, but not the only one. This implementation provides an additional slimming effect along the entire outer side of the leg, especially in the thighs. In order to achieve this effect, you need a ring around the knee. In general, the claimed product is made so as to fit the body, therefore, due to inserts with different stretching, there is a greater compression of some areas of the legs and less of others, as a result, some correction of the shape of the legs is provided by highlighting some areas and visually hiding others.

In the preferred embodiment, each leg consists of five pieces sewn to the drawstring and waistband, each leg is made of a more stretchable material so that it allows fabrics compressed by the drawstrings 102 to bulge out, thereby achieving the claimed technical result.

In a preferred embodiment, the tightening element contains at least one insert of an elastic material (for example, a tape containing latex), such a solution allows the claimed technical result to be achieved for a wider range of leg sizes.

The length of the legs is not an essential feature of the claimed product, it should only allow the tightening elements 102 to be sewn to the legs. That is, the minimum length of the product is just above the knee. This is determined by the need to compress the muscles of the back of the thigh and, as an option, the outer side of the thigh at the points of their attachment to the knee. The width of the drawstring member 102 can vary widely and is chosen by one of skill in the art based on two considerations:

1. An element 102 that is too narrow will simply cut into the skin and muscles without substantially achieving the intended effect.

2. An element that is too wide will simply compress the muscles evenly from all sides, which will not allow you to highlight individual muscle areas and individual muscles, and it will also be difficult to put on such a product and it will be impossible to wear it for a long time due to excessive compression.

In the preferred embodiment, the shaping element 102 extends along the outer side of the lower leg, extending at the bottom of the anterior surface of the lower leg, this solution allows you to compress the calf muscles from the outside and create the effect of a narrower in the desired projection of the lower leg.

A garment for the lower body, containing: belt; trousers sewn with a belt and a pulling element; a tightening element, characterized in that the tightening element is sewn to the belt with one of its ends, the tightening element is configured to tighten the muscles of the back of the thigh in the area under the buttocks and in the area above the knee, the tightening element is made of a material that is less stretchable than the trousers, and the tightening element has such a shape that it additionally passes along the outer lateral surface of the thighs. 2. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which each leg consists of five parts sewn to the tightening element and the belt. 3. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which the tightening element contains at least one insert of elastic material. 4. A garment according to claim 3, wherein the elastic material is a band at least partially composed of latex. 5. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which the length of the legs is such that they reach at least one of: the area below the knee, mid-calf, ankles. 6. An article of clothing according to claim 1, wherein the shaping element extends along the outer side of the lower leg. 7. An article of clothing according to claim 1, in which the tightening element covers the area immediately above the knee along the perimeter.
