Field of technology to which the utility model belongs

The utility model relates to the field of clothing, in particular clothing for the lower body.

State of the art

A slimming knitted elastic garment for the lower body is known (RU 2610806 C9, publ. 24.04.2017). The known invention relates to a knitted elastic undergarment containing panties (1) with an elastic base knitted product connected to a mesh (7) of elastic rubber superimposed on one surface of the elastic base knitwear of the panties, which forms the base of the panties, from the front and / or on the back side of the panties, characterized in that on the specified surface of the base knitted product (5, 6) there is a knitted elastic lining (20), lighter than the base knitted product (5, 6) for free application, at least in place the location of the specified rubber mesh (7).

However, this solution does not disclose a compression element for the gluteal muscles.

A trouser product is known (RU 171883 U1, publ. 06/20/2017), aimed at increasing the effect of tightening the buttocks and creating the effect of the bulge of each buttock ("push-up" effect) while wearing the trouser product by the user, for example, leggings, leggings jeans, leggings, sports pants. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in a trouser product containing front and back panels made of elastic fabric, which are interconnected by side and crotch seams forming two legs, and the back and front panels are connected to each other by a tie seam, a stretched elastic is sewn into the tie seam. a tape, the edges of which, on the one hand, are fixed in the region of the central part of the lamina seam connecting the rear panels, on the other hand, in the region of the codpiece of the ivory seam, connecting the front panels. Additionally, an insert made of flannel is made at the seam at the junction of the front and back panels. In the finished product, the elastic band is in a free, untensioned state, and when worn, the tape stretches, lifting, fitting and highlighting each buttock, creating the effect of tightening the buttocks from the crotch side.

However, this solution takes a different approach to achieve the gluteal muscle reshaping effect, which is less reliable and comfortable.

Known as a prototype garment for the lower body (RU 201528, publ. 12/21/2020), containing a yoke, which is an element of the garment, which is made with the possibility of its upper part to cover the torso around the circumference, and the lower part to cover each leg and pass through the perineum; legs connected to the bottom of the yoke; a belt connected to the upper part of the yoke; moreover, the yoke is made of a less elastic material than the legs. The technical result consists in raising the convex zones of the gluteal muscles.

However, this solution takes a different approach to achieve the gluteal muscle reshaping effect, which is less reliable and comfortable.

Utility Model Disclosure

In one aspect of the utility model, a lower body garment is disclosed, comprising:

In additional aspects of the utility model, it is disclosed that each leg contains additional compression elements in the form of two intersecting ring-shaped strips of fabric covering the leg in the knee area, made of a less extensible material compared to the material of the legs; each leg contains additional compression elements in the form of two intersecting annular strips of fabric covering the leg in the middle of the leg, made of a less extensible material compared to the material of the legs; the belt is made of a less extensible material than the material of the legs, but more extensible than the material of the compression elements; the belt is located at the waist and has a width of 5 to 16 cm; strips of fabric have a width of 4 to 6 cm.

The main task solved by the claimed utility model is to provide a compression effect of the leg muscles in the specified areas.

The essence of the utility model lies in the fact that the claimed leggings (leggings) contain less stretchable inserts in the form of loops and, in some embodiments, additionally in the form of rings that cover the legs in specified places and create areas of greater and lesser compressive effect, which in turn create a corrective foot shape effect.

The technical result achieved by the solution is a reliable correction of the shape of the legs while ensuring comfort when wearing the product.

Implementation of the utility model

The proposed garment is a trouser containing (figure 1):

belt 101;

The trouser product as a whole is made of tight elastic material, while it contains elements with different extensibility (some elements are easier to stretch, some are more difficult), compression inserts are less extensible compared to other elements of the trouser product. The elastic tensile limits of the materials used may vary, but are typical of fabrics used in tailoring.

If the legs were covered with one fabric, then there would be no significant correction of the shape of the legs (there would be uniform muscle compression), and due to the fact that elements of the trouser product with less extensibility are used (compared to the surrounding tissue), the areas of the target muscles are compressed more strongly, which leads to the correction of the shape of the legs (at least the gluteal muscles rise and the muscles of the thighs visually narrow when viewed in the frontal direction).

The dimensions of the elements of the claimed trouser product may vary depending on the size of the clothing, but some geometric parameters of some elements may remain unchanged (for example, the width of the elements 103-107). For the manufacture of elements 101-107, typical patterns are used. Some deviations in the size of the leg muscles from the standard ones (corresponding to the patterns) somewhat change the compression effect, but in general it remains with the right choice of clothing size.

In a preferred embodiment, the claimed product contains a belt 101, which is made of a material less extensible than the material of the legs 102 (but not the material of the elements 103-107), it may contain latex threads or tapes, which ensures a secure fixation of the product on the hips and / or waist. For ease of understanding, the material of the legs refers to the material between the compression elements 103-107, as well as between the compression element 103 and the belt. It should be understood that the elements 103-107 also form the legs.

Ensuring the fixation of the product on the hips and / or waist allows you to save the location of the elements 103-107, especially when playing sports or active movements, which in turn allows you to maintain the desired compression effect, since if the trouser product slides, then the elements 103-107 will also slip and the effect of body shaping will deteriorate.

Legs 102 contain elements 103-107 and unmarked in Fig.1, 2 sections that form the legs between the elements 103-107. The fabric of the legs 102 (except for the elements 103-107) is made more stretchable compared to the material of the belt 101 and the material of the elements 103-107. This solution allows targeted correction of muscles, for example, the gluteal or thigh muscles.

The compression elements 103-107 are strips of fabric and have a width of 4 to 6 cm. This width is optimal to provide a sufficient compression effect while still providing comfort when worn. Narrower bands can create discomfort, wider bands do not provide a sufficient level of leg shape correction.

The compression member 103 is a band of elastic fabric forming a loop under the gluteal muscles and over the surface of the outer thigh muscles. The ends of the loop are sewn to the belt 101 from the side of the abdomen and from the back, which allows the loop to be securely fixed at a given level (compared to the option in which both ends are sewn to the belt from the side of the abdomen / back) and thereby support the gluteal muscles, compress the muscles under the material of the buttonhole, which leads to an adjustment of the figure.

Element 103 may partially extend to the gluteal muscles, if at the same time it provides the claimed function. The loop allows you to reliably and effectively lift the gluteal muscles, as the two ends are sewn to the belt 101, which securely fixes the claimed product at the waist.

Throughout the description, for ease of understanding, the location of the fabric strips refers to the location of the middle of the fabric strip, its edges are offset from the specified location (by a distance equal to half the width of the fabric strip).

The lower extensibility of the material of element 103 leads to the correction of the shape of the legs in the region of the gluteal muscles, as well as in the region of the lateral muscles of the thighs due to the fact that the loop section at the site of the formation of the “knot” of the loop is located just on the outer surface of the thigh muscles and is of low extensibility. Its lower extensibility is due to the fact that at the intersection there are seams connecting sections of the loop, made of a material that is already quite difficult to extensible. And the seams give even less stretch to the site.

The seams along the connection lines of the element 103 with the more extensible leg fabric also provide areas of less extensibility, i.e. with a greater compression effect. This is due to the fact that several layers of fabric are connected at the seams, in addition, the threads of the seams also provide less extensibility, that is, a greater compression effect is provided.

The compression element 104 is a ring of the same material as the material of the element 103. This ring is sewn to the leg fabric and is located at an angle to the horizontal. The upper end of the ring is located above the knee on the inside of the leg and below the middle of the thigh, the lower end of the ring is located in the knee area on the outside of the leg.

The lower end of the element 104 is securely fixed in the narrowest part of the leg, the upper end creates compression of the internal muscles of the thigh. Elements 103 and 104 together compress the inner thigh muscles, correcting the shape of the inner thighs. This effect is achieved due to the fact that the muscles of the inner thigh are softer compared to the outer muscles covered by elements 103 and 104.

The compression element 105 is a ring of the same material as the material of the element 103. This ring is sewn to the leg fabric and is angled to the horizontal. The upper end of the ring is located in the area of the knee on the outer side of the leg, the lower end of the ring is located in the area below the knee and above the upper quarter of the lower leg on the outer side of the leg.

The compression element 106 is a ring of the same material as the material of the element 103. This ring is sewn to the fabric of the legs and is located at an angle to the horizontal. The upper end of the ring is located above the middle of the shin and below the knee on the inside of the leg, the lower end of the ring is located below the middle of the shin and above the lower third of the shin on the outside of the leg.

Together, element 105 and element 106 correct the shape of the calf muscles, making the area between elements 105 and 106 slightly more convex, and the compressed areas slightly narrower in all directions.

The location of the element 105 with one end on the knee allows you to better fix its location, which fixes the lower end of the ring more securely, since it cannot slide down. The element 106, which stretches when raised upwards, which causes resistance, and additionally prevents the element 107 from rising upwards, ensures a reliable and effective correction of the shape of the legs.

The compression element 107 is a ring of the same material as the material of the element 103. This ring is sewn to the leg fabric and is angled to the horizontal. The upper end of the ring is located where the lower end of the element 106 is located, the lower end of the ring is located below the middle of the lower leg and above the lower quarter of the lower leg on the inside of the leg. The element 107 fixes the lower end of the product at the same level, does not allow the trousers to rise, which increases the reliability of the compression of the elements 105, 106 at the given locations.

The seams that connect the elements of the trouser product form areas with a higher density of the fabric (instead of one layer in these places there are at least three layers), these areas are correspondingly less stretchable and provide a greater level of compression in the target areas.

The product may be high enough to sit on the hips or waist, which is not the subject of this utility model, it is only essential that the belt 101 should securely fix the product in one place. At the same time, the height of the belt 101 from 5 cm to 16 cm provides the most reliable and comfortable fixation. Height greater than 16 cm, as a rule, does not lead to an increase in the effect of fixation in a given place. A height of less than 5 cm, as a rule, either poorly fixes the product in a given place, or excessively compresses the body, which leads to discomfort when worn.

The shapes of the elements from which the claimed product is made are shown in figure 1 and figure 2, the applicant believes that a verbal description of these elements will not provide an understanding of their shape, however, for a person skilled in the art from figure 2 and a detailed description of the solution should be it is clear how to implement the product to ensure the achievement of the claimed technical result.

In general, the parts of the claimed article (101-107) are cut from pieces of fabric and fit together so that they can be sewn together to form a garment for the lower body.

Product manufacturing

For the manufacture of the product, you must perform the following steps:

1. cut the product according to figure 2;

2. Stitch the upper parts of the leggings, sew the upper central parts of the leggings, sew the lower central parts of the leggings, sew the lower parts of the leggings;

3. Lay the finishing lines along the seams of the top part of the leggings, lay the finishing lines along the seams of the top central part of the leggings, lay the finishing lines along the seams of the bottom central part of the leggings, lay the finishing lines along the seams of the bottom of the leggings;

4. sew the top, center and bottom compression elements to the top, center and bottom of the leggings;

5. lay the finishing line along the upper, central and lower compression elements;

6. sew a step seam;

7. stitch the central cut of the front and back halves;

8. Lay the finishing line along the seam of the grinding of the central sections;

9. overcast the upper cut of the leggings;

10. cut the belt, overcast the side cut of the belt;

11. fasten the belt into the ring;

12. stitch the belt along the upper cut;

13. bend the bottom of the trousers by 2 cm;

14. put bartacks along the crotch seam (in the overlock line, at the joints).

The compression elements 103-107 may be sewn over the leg pieces 102, however, it is preferred that they be sewn on to the other leg pieces 102.

In one embodiment, the claimed garment consists of three materials:

material 1 compression elements 103-107,

material 2 legs 102,

material 3 belts 101.

Material 1 is the least stretchy of all the materials presented.

Material 2 stretches the most easily among all the materials presented, as it must fit legs of various shapes and sizes.

The material 3 is preferably made of a medium stretch elastic material (more than the material of the elements 103-107, but less than the material of the legs 102) in order to cover the waist of different shapes and volumes. However, options are possible with a belt made of non-elastic material containing a belt, fasteners, ties, and the like.
