Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: article has retaining member made in the form of bodice with breast receptacles and compression sleeve. Breast receptacles of retaining member have upper and lower parts of profiled article sewn to cotton layer. Upper cut part and side parts are made from resilient cloth. Upper cut parts are continued with shoulder straps of adjustable length. Flap is stitched to reverse side of breast receptacles. Compression sleeve has shape allowing it to be put on upper limb. Resilient retaining band is stitched to shoulder part of sleeve. Compression sleeve has upper limb palm portion adapted for embracing all fingers or only thumb for fixing mamma prosthesis. Banding article provides complex treatment of indirect complications. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 16 dwg

Настоящее изобретение относится к медицинской технике и может быть использовано при экзопротезировании женщин после мастэктомии для фиксации протеза молочной железы, для восстановления утраченного органа, для устранения таких послеоперационных осложнений, как перенапряжение в плечевом поясе, искривление шейно-грудного отдела позвоночника, лимфостаз верхних конечностей.
