The specified task and technical result are achieved by the fact that the medical bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy is made in the form of an adjacent bra, anthropometrically corresponds to the three-dimensional configuration of the mammary glands and adjacent parts of the woman's body, with one central, one upper, two lower and one lateral details of cups, with set-in pockets and fixing elements for exoprostheses on the wrong side, on the belt, with a detachable barrel, with straps adjustable in length, frameless, multilayer product, made of elastic materials with a compression effect, with an elastic finishing tape along the upper and lower edges, with a clasp at the back.

Known medical-bandage products for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy, containing a bra [1], the design of which includes elastic side parts and cups made from the upper and lower parts, straps with adjustable length, fastener. The main task of the product is the reliability of fixation of the breast prosthesis due to structural elements that are compatible with all forms of prostheses. The disadvantage is the impossibility of taking into account in the universal constructive solution the diversity of individual features of the woman's body configuration in the postoperative period.

Known medical bandage products [2] solving a similar problem, which are made in the form of bras, half-grace, swimwear with a locking valve, graces. The products are designed to be used with a valve-retained breast prosthesis. Semi-grace is made using elastic materials, cotton sewing, lace. The disadvantage is the low preventive effect of the use of half-grace in the complex treatment of side complications that occur after mastectomy, accompanied by radiation therapy, since the products provide compression pressure exclusively in the sterno-abdominal and dorsal region of the woman's body.

The closest analogue is a therapeutic bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy [4], containing a fixing element made in the form of a bodice with cups, and a compression glove. The cups of the fixing element consist of upper and lower parts made of embossed sewing on a cotton lining, the upper cutting part and side parts are made of elastic fabric, the upper cutting parts pass into straps with length adjustment, a valve is sewn to the cup from the wrong side. The disadvantage is non-ergonomic assembly of the package of materials of the product, leading to low efficiency of the complex treatment of side complications of mastectomy and radiation due to the lack of compression pressure.

The specified task and technical result is achieved by the fact that the therapeutic bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy is made in the form of an adjacent bra, anthropometrically corresponds to the three-dimensional configuration of the mammary glands and adjacent parts of the woman's body, with one central, one upper, two lower and one side parts of the cups, with set-in pockets and fixing elements for exoprostheses on the wrong side, on the waistband, with a detachable barrel, with length-adjustable shoulder straps, frameless, multi-layer product, made of elastic materials with a compression effect, with an elastic finishing tape along the upper and lower edges , with a clasp at the back.

Therapeutic bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy is made in the form of an adjacent bra (Fig. 1). The upper part (1) of the cup (Fig. 1) is single-layer, made of an elastic mesh with embroidery. Two-layer parts - a belt (2), a central (3) part of a cup and a cutting barrel (4) (Fig. 1) - are made of an elastic and knitted fabric.

The details of the side cup (5) and the two lower ones (6, 7) and the straps (8) (Fig. 1) are three-layer, made of elastic fabric, cushioning material and knitted fabric.

The pocket for the exoprosthesis consists of two parts (9, 10) (Fig. 2), made of knitted cotton fabric.

A high anthropometric conformity of the medical-bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy is achieved by three-dimensional design of its spatial form in the environment of a three-dimensional graphic system based on an avatar - a digital twin of a woman's body. As a result of 3D design, a personalized form of an adjacent bra is obtained, a high anthropometric conformity of the product will save a woman in a state after a mastectomy from internal discomfort and improve her quality of life.

For the assembly of a medical bandage product for exoprosthesis replacement of women after mastectomy, a multilayer package of materials is used, which provides compression pressure. The bra material package includes the main, lining, finishing and lining materials.

Elastic linen knitwear of small thickness, low rigidity, with zero shrinkage is used as the main and lining material. The raw material composition of jersey is mixed, it has the following advantages: the special structure of high-tech fabrics eliminates such a disadvantage as "electrification"; the thread does not swell and dries quickly; the pores of the fabric are not clogged; the temperature does not increase; allows you to maintain high physical activity; when physical activity decreases, the material “gives off” the accumulated heat, maintaining a comfortable body temperature; stretches well, does not fade and does not “shrink” when washed; maximum lightness with great thermal insulation.

Cotton knitted fabric is used as a lining material for the pocket for the exoprosthesis. Positive properties of the fiber: antistatic - does not electrify; absorbs moisture.

Finishing materials are used: the upper cup of the bra is made of an elastic mesh with embroidery, the upper and lower edges of the bra are finished with an elastic finishing tape. As a gasket material, a complex multilayer material is used, foamed polyurethane - laminate. The front part of the bra is trimmed with a decorative bow.

The design of the medical-bandage product for exoprosthetics of women after mastectomy allows you to adjust the shape and size of the mammary glands of a woman due to the many detailed solution of the cups (1, 3, 5, 6, 7) of the adjacent bra (Fig. 1), the presence of a belt (2) in its design ) and cutting barrel (4). Each bra cup consists of five parts: the central part (3), one upper (1), two lower (6, 7) and side (5) (Fig. 1). On the wrong side, the cup contains a two-piece set-in pocket (9,10) that fixes the exoprosthesis (Fig. 2).

The technological process of processing a bra consists of three groups of work:

the first group includes operations for the preparation of parts, straps, cups, a pocket for an exoprosthesis and a belt;

the second group includes operations for assembling parts (assembly work, including connecting cups to each other, with a pocket for an exoprosthesis and belt parts, processing the upper and lower edges of the belt, operations for connecting straps with a belt, as well as processing fasteners;

the third group includes finishing works: sewing on fittings and ironing the product.

The processing features include the following: the parts are connected mainly on a single-needle machine with open cuts closed with oblique braid (17) (Fig. 2). The connection of the cushioning material of the lower parts (6 and 7) (Fig. 1) is carried out in a zigzag stitch with a butt seam. The stitch width is 0.3÷0.4 cm. from slices. The upper part (1) (Fig. 1) of an elastic mesh with embroidery and the lower parts of the cups (details 6.7) of an elastic fabric are folded with the right sides inward and stitched with a seam 0.5 cm wide. The seam allowance is placed on the upper part of the cup and adjusted from the front side at a distance of 0.1 ÷ 0.15 cm from the stitching seam. Cups are sewn into the belt on a single-needle machine.

There are three types of breast exoprostheses: 1) postoperative, 2) for daily wear, 3) lightweight. They are made from extra soft medical silicone coated with an elastic film and are selected by maximizing similarity with the size and shape of the female breast, choosing the configuration of the prosthesis (triangular, teardrop, oval, etc.) and their location (symmetrical, not symmetrical).

From the wrong side, to the cups from parts 1, 6, 7 (Fig. 1), a pocket for an exoprosthesis (parts 9 and 10) is attached (Fig. 2). In order to more fully approximate the shape of the breast prosthesis, the cups of the fixing elements are made of 2 parts (9, 10) (Fig. 2). Open sections of parts are processed on a two-needle stitching and overcasting machine, chain stitch. The upper (9) and lower (10) parts of the pocket of the cups (Fig. 2) are made of cotton knitted fabric, folded with the right sides inward and stitched with a 0.7 cm wide seam on a two-needle stitching and overcasting machine.

A study of the configuration of the breasts of women after mastectomy showed that, depending on the lesion and the method of surgical treatment, removal of the mammary gland may be accompanied by excision of nearby fatty and muscle tissues and lymph nodes, and additional radiation therapy leads to breast deformity due to post-radiation damage to normal tissues. For more effective removal of lymphatic edema in women who have undergone mastectomy, local edematous syndromes in case of circulatory insufficiency, it is recommended to use a therapeutic bandage product for exoprosthesis replacement of women after mastectomy, made in the form of a bra with set-in pockets for exoprostheses with a high cleavage line (11) (Fig. 2 ), supported by an elastic band (14) (Fig. 2) and a wide belt (2) (Fig. 1).

For the convenience of placing the product on the shoulders of women, the shoulder straps (8) are wide (Fig. 1), figured with soft padding.

The upper and lower sections are finished with elastic trim (14, 15, 16) (Fig. 2). Sections of parts made of elastic fabrics are processed on a zigzag stitch machine with hem sections.

Hook and loop back closure (13) (fig. 2).

The bodice is decorated with a bow.
