 The invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for acupressure of a patient’s body according to the type of Japanese shiatsu therapy, while rubbing it with a dielectric and exposing it with heat and static electricity.

 A device according to ed. St. USSR N 349399, author Goncharov, made in the form of an ebonite circle, acting on the patient's body with heat and static electricity during grinding. Additional effects of this device are not provided.

 A device for massage according to the patent US 2480029 A, 08/23/1949, containing a body with installed acting elements of a rounded shape, for example in the form of hemispheres. This device, taken as a prototype, acts on the patient’s body with rounded elements. Acupressure of the patient’s body with finger-shaped acting elements according to the Japanese Shiatsu therapy is not provided for by this device.

 The aim of the invention is to perform acupressure of the patient’s body according to the Japanese Shiatsu therapy after preliminary preparation of the tissues — rubbing, kneading and applying heat and static electricity to them, followed by anesthetic effect — relieving the sensation of certain discomfort from pressing with finger-shaped elements.

 This goal is achieved by the fact that the device casing is made of two halves sliding, each of which is equipped with acting from dielectric, such as ebonite, finger-shaped elements located radially on the disks between rounded, for example in the form of hemispheres. Disks are located on the axles.

These effects contribute to the relaxation (relaxation) of the muscles that hold the vertebrae in an extended position, the expansion of the paravertebral blood vessels and increase the conductivity of the roots of the spinal nerves emerging from the spine in the depths of the muscle mass. Following the ebonite hemispheres, finger-shaped elements are immersed in the soft tissues treated in this way, stimulating them and stimulating the roots of the spinal nerves according to the Japanese Shiatsu therapy. Ebonite hemispheres 7, located behind the rotating disks 8, again rub, knead, warm and electrify soft tissues, fixing the therapeutic effect, and relieve the sensation of a certain discomfort from pressing finger-like elements. When the device moves in the opposite direction, the work of its functional elements is symmetrically rebuilt - the ebonite hemispheres located behind the disks carry out the work of the front ones, and those, in turn, operate the disks located behind. The discs rotate in the opposite direction, performing acupressure like the Japanese shiatsu therapy in a different direction.

 Massage, combined from rubbing, kneading, warming, electrifying effects and acupressure according to the Japanese Shiatsu therapy, helps to gradually restore the normal functioning of the paravertebral tissues from session to session and restore the vertebrae to their natural physiological position. For the therapeutic effect, a certain number of massaging movements in a session is required, for example, 30, and a certain number of sessions per treatment course, for example, 15.

 The proposed combination massager can also provide therapeutic effects for other diseases, for example, on muscle masses with myositis, on the chest with bronchitis.

 Finger-shaped acting elements located on the disks can be made with rounded ends, with ends in the form of blunt cones, with ends in the form of balls or other shapes.
