Abstract

FIELD: medicine. В клинической практике широко используется хирургический способ лечения ложных суставов головки мыщелка плечевой кости, сущность которого заключается в иссечении рубцовых тканей области ложного сустава, освежении раневых поверхностей отломков с последующей фиксацией их с помощью винтов, шурупов, спиц или других металлических конструкций (см., например, В.Б.Турковский "Лечение переломов внутреннего надмыщелка и головчатого возвышения плечевой кости у детей", автореферат дис. к.м.н., С.-Петербург, 1994, 22 с.). Способ осуществляют следующим образом. После рассечения мягких тканей по наружной поверхности области локтевого сустава и обнажения латерального отдела дистального конца плечевой кости 1 и фрагмента головки мыщелка 3 долотом продольно выкраивают по наружной поверхности дистального конца плечевой кости аутотрансплантат 4 соответствующих размеров с прикрепляющейся к нему плечелучевой мышцей 5. Долотом освежают поверхности костного отломка и соответствующего анатомически материнского костного ложа, осуществляют фиксацию фрагментов металлическим винтом 6. Затем выкроенный аутотрансплантат укладывают на область ложного сустава, перекрывая его, фиксируют кетгутовыми швами. Рану послойно ушивают, осуществляют рентгенографию, накладывают гипсовую лонгету на верхнюю конечность при среднем положении предплечья и локтевом суставе, согнутом под углом 90^o.The method is as follows.
