Abstract
Description
The invention relates to poultry and for improving the digestibility and use of nutrients in feed rations by repair youngsters and laying hens of meat and egg lines. It can be applied to poultry of other species.
Many feed additives are used in poultry farming, improving digestibility and the use of nutrients in diets, increasing the productivity and preservation of poultry stock: protein supplements, vitamins, enzyme preparations, trace elements, biostimulants, bentonites, etc. The effectiveness of the use of zeolite additives in poultry diets has been proved. In Georgia, the republican standard PCT GSSR 318-80 "Natural zeolites (clinoptilites) for the feed industry" has been enacted. / Kvashali N.F., Mikautadze Z. G. A valuable and cheap feed additive // Poultry farming, 1982,
However, the mechanism of action of zeolites in metabolism, in particular, their role in the absorption of nutrients, has not been sufficiently studied.
Е. 5,7 - 14,8%. In the studies of Kalyuzhenov V.T., Zlobina I.E. ("Zeolites as a source of trace elements in broiler chickens rations" // Poultry Conference, Abstracts of Riga, April 17-19, 1990 / National branch of the USSR VNAP - Gorki, 1990. - pp. 90-91) shows the
However, the results of these studies only partially relate to protein metabolism, in particular the use of nitrogen. There is no evidence of the effect of zeolites on the digestibility of crude fat and fiber.
- с.159-161). Closer to the claimed are the results of studies on the assimilation of nutrients of diets by broiler chickens, on the level of heavy metals in the organs and tissues of poultry, biochemical blood parameters, depending on the use of clinoptilite supplements in the Raddevo EAO deposit (Morozov V.S., Ismagambetova E.M. . "The effectiveness of the use of zeolites of the Raddevsky field in the diets of broiler chickens" // Technology of milk and meat production in the Far East / Blagoveshchensk Agricultural Institute. - Blagoveshchensk, 1990. - p.159-161).
However, there is no information in the literature on the effect of zeolites on improving digestibility and assimilation of nutrients, in particular, vital amino acids of low-energy and low-protein diets by young meat chickens, as well as laying hens of meat and egg lines. In general, the role of zeolites in protein metabolism in birds has not been clarified.
The aim of the present invention is to improve digestibility and increase the degree of assimilation of nutrients, in particular vital amino acids, as well as cheaper feed mixtures for chickens.
This goal is achieved by the fact that 9% of Sakhalin zeolites are added to low-energy, low-protein diet with the addition of limited amino acids - lysine and methionine - for young chickens with an increase in feed mixture by 10%, and for these same hens, which become layers, 5% of Sakhalin zeolites are introduced , for both chicken meat and egg lines.
Example 1. Repair juveniles of meat chickens of line 9 of the Broiler-6 cross, 150 analogs in four equivalent groups from 7 to 26 weeks of age were grown on a balanced feed (RR), which contained 260 g of calories (1.09 MJ) in 100 g energy and 15% protein. The first group of birds — the control — did not introduce zeolites into the diet; the second, third, and fourth groups of juveniles received 5.7 and 9% of Sakhalin zeolites (clinoptilites) in the OR, respectively. They fed all these young women in a limited manner according to the norms of VNIITIP.
A fifth similar group of fry was grown on a low-energy, low-protein diet containing 220 kcal (0.92 MJ) of metabolic energy, 12% of crude protein, and 9% zeolites added to the feed mixture. But the feed was given to them by weight 10% more than for other groups, i.e. the feeding regime for these birds was different.
They kept the bird on the floor in sections. Planting density and microclimate parameters were maintained in accordance with technological standards. Amino acids in the samples according to physiological experience were determined on a biochemical analyzer in the laboratory VNITIP. The chemical composition of zeolites,%: silicon oxide - 73.4, titanium oxide - 0.51, aluminum oxide - 12.1, iron dioxide - 1.7, iron oxide - 1.8, calcium oxide - 1.94, magnesium oxide - 1.07, sodium oxide - 2.12, potassium oxide - 2.33, phosphorus oxide - 0.15, manganese oxide - 0.03, sulfur oxide - 0.64, carbon dioxide - 0.22, degree of zeolitization - 55%
1. The indicators of the cultivation of repair young animals are shown in table 1.
The table shows that youngsters who received zeolites in the diet (third, fourth, fifth groups) in comparison with the control group had better preservation, live weight at 26 weeks of age, yield of young business women and, especially, higher digestibility and utilization of nutrient substances by the body.
Youngsters grown on a low-energy, low-protein diet with the addition of limited amino acids - lysine and methionine - according to VNITIP standards and the introduction of 9% Sakhalin zeolite into the feed mixture (fifth group), had the highest digestibility and nutrient utilization rates compared to all other groups. Consuming more low-nutritional, but cheaper voluminous fodder mixture, this bird physiologically improved into an individual of the digestive type (see intestinal length), capable of further high egg production rate, and the cost of feed per 1 head in monetary terms for this group amounted to 15.6% cheaper compared to control. The digestibility ratio of protein was 2.3, fat 5.2, fiber 8.9%, nitrogen 4.9, calcium 13.2 and 13.9% higher phosphorus. than in the control group.
2. Example 2. On the same groups of youngsters, which later became laying hens, monitoring of the egg production rate was carried out during 480 days of the bird’s life. All experimental groups, excluding the control, were injected with 5% of Sakhalin zeolites in the OR. The observation results are shown in table 2.
Table 2 shows that all groups of chickens that received zeolites in the diet, in comparison with the control, had higher zootechnical indices, as well as digestibility and utilization of nutrients by the body. The best indicators were for chickens (group 5), which were previously young, were raised on low-energy, low-protein diets with the addition of 9% zeolites to the feed. The egg production of chickens in this group was higher by 6.3%, the yield of hatching eggs - by 7.9%, the hatchability of eggs - by 3.9%, the hatching of chickens on average in three bookmarks - by 5.4 - 6.5% in comparison with control. Especially good (53.6%) the bird digested fiber.
3. Example 3
3. The digestibility and use of nutrients in diets by birds, depending on the use of zeolite additives in the feed, was tested on four equivalent groups of laying hens of the maternal line 9 of the Volzhsky-3 cross of the White Leghorn breed aged 21-68 weeks. The first group of chickens (control) did not receive zeolites in the diet. In the diet of the second group was introduced 2%, the third - 3% and the fourth - 5% zeolite. The observation results are shown in table 3.
The use of amino acids in poultry feed was studied in two groups of chickens - the control (OR without additives of zeolites) and the fourth (OR with the addition of 5% zeolites). From table 3 it can be seen that chickens fed zeolites in diets had the best indicators of preservation, egg production, and hatchability of eggs, they consumed less food by 10 pcs. eggs in comparison with the control group.
Using the present invention allows to increase the digestibility and utilization of nutrients by the poultry organism, significantly increases egg production, hatchability of eggs, reduces the cost of feed mixtures.
