Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of manufacture of granules and can be used in the manufacture of granules from raw materials based on wood particles.
Known granule made by granulating raw materials in the form of fine particles, namely dust of open-hearth furnaces, using additives (Patent RU N 2082491, B 01 J 2/14, 1994)
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that it allows the use of only dusty waste from open-hearth furnaces.
Known granule made by pressing wood waste or other cellulose-containing materials using additives, such as a binder (application WO 96/05953 A1, CL B 27
A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that it does not provide for the use of environmentally hazardous wood waste, such as fine wood particles - waste from the production of wood-based panels. In addition, it requires the use of additives, a binder and therefore is an economically disadvantageous option and complicates the production of granules.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of the resource base: obtaining granules that are widely used: improving the ecology of the environment by disposing of fine waste from the production of wood-based panels: eliminating the economic costs of stove enterprises to pay fines for the export of environmentally hazardous waste to landfills.
This goal is achieved in that the raw materials for the manufacture of granules, including fine particles, as fine particles contains waste from the production of wood boards, and as a waste from the production of wood boards can be used, for example, grinding dust.
The invention has the following differences from the prototype:
- raw materials for the manufacture of granules as fine particles contains waste from the production of wood boards:
- as a waste from the production of wood-based panels used, for example, grinding dust.
This allows you to expand the raw material base: to obtain granules that are widely used: to improve the ecology of the environment by disposing of fine waste from the production of wood-based panels: to exclude the economic costs of the stove industry to pay fines for the export of environmentally hazardous waste to landfills.
In the patent information fund we reviewed, no similar technical solutions, as well as solutions with the indicated distinguishing features, were found.
г. The invention will be applicable to be used at industry enterprises in 1998-1999.
The granule was prepared as follows.
Example
Granulation was performed on an OGM-1.5 A installation. As raw material, grinding dust from the production of wood boards (fresh or old) was used. The particle size of the grinding dust ranged from 50 microns to 1 mm. The humidity of the dust entering the metering hopper of the installation was 4-6%. Dust was mixed with tap water or tar water, resulting from flushing of process equipment. The moisture content of the pressed granules was 5.8-6.5%. The obtained granules were sorted on a sieve with a hole diameter of 10 mm. The fraction from the pallet was returned to the hopper for feeding into the granulator again.
Table 1 presents the results of granulation.
From table 1 it is seen that when granulating, a high yield of conditioned granules is ensured, the value of which varies somewhat depending on the ratio of the mass of water to the mass of dispersed particles, on the quality of grinding dust, which is determined by the period of time that has passed since the pressing of the plates, and the type of water used. All parameters are being tested and are given approximately.
It should be noted that the process of granulating finely dispersed wastes from the production of wood-based panels is very simple, it does not require the use of additional scarce components, because the wastes contain an incompletely cured binder, and the low humidity of the wastes eliminates the cost of electricity and heat for drying them.
2, 3, 4. To identify the properties that provide the scope, the obtained granules were subjected to burning (i.e., they were used as fuel), as well as carbonization and subsequent activation, as a result of which wood and activated carbons were obtained. The experiments were carried out at the Cherepovets FMK, at the Central Research Institute of Chemical Engineering and at the Krasnoyarsk Technological Academy. The experimental results are presented in tables 2, 3, 4.
- для получения активных углей, применяемых в качестве сорбентов вредных веществ промышленных воздушных выбросов и стоков, в т.ч. для поглощения радиоактивных веществ;
- для получения технического углерода, применяемого в качестве сорбента нефтепродуктов;
- для получения древесных углей, применяемых в качестве восстановителей в металлургии: для изготовления резин, в шинной промышленности;
Analysis of the results of the experiments showed that granules made in accordance with the invention can be used:
- to obtain activated carbons used as sorbents of harmful substances from industrial air emissions and effluents, incl. for the absorption of radioactive substances;
- to produce carbon black used as a sorbent for oil products;
- to obtain charcoal, used as reducing agents in metallurgy: for the manufacture of rubber, in the tire industry;
- as fuel used in boiler houses.
Thus, the invention allows to expand the raw material base for the manufacture of granules; to obtain granules having widespread use; improve the environment by disposing of fine waste from the production of wood-based panels containing incompletely cured binder; exclude the economic costs of the slab industry enterprises to pay fines for the export of environmentally hazardous waste to a landfill.
