Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of oil production and can be used for partial isolation of the aquifer of a productive oil reservoir.
Existing compositions consisting of a binder (grouting cement, gypsum, epoxy and other resins) mixed with oil or an oil derivative have the disadvantage that, at best, these compounds allow isolation of only annular flows and cannot create the productive stratum is neither a screen nor a “rim” preventing water inflows in the stratum.
Known compositions consisting of sodium silicate (water glass), an aqueous solution of calcium chloride, cement slurry solution have the disadvantage that the technology of pumping them into the formation cannot be controlled, since each of the listed components is a cement setting accelerator . Separately, neither liquid glass nor an aqueous solution of calcium chloride can serve as a reliable "rim" or screen.
30.06.88). A known composition for isolating water inflows in oil wells, including polyacrylamide - 0.20-0.59%, alkali metal chromates 0.05 - 0.5%, KSSB or PRS - 0.05-0.95% water (see RU 1406343 A1, publ. 30.06.88).
The objective of the invention is to obtain a technical result, which is expressed in increasing the efficiency of isolation of water inflows while improving the reservoir properties of the oil part of the reservoir.
Этому способствуют и более высокие структурно-механические свойства состава (предельное напряжение сдвига).The technical result is achieved in that the composition for the selective isolation of water inflows in oil wells, containing polyacrylamide, sodium or potassium dichromate, condensed sulphite-alcohol stillage or lignosulfonate and water, additionally contains wood flour and sodium silicate in the following ratio, wt.%:
PAA - 0.5-2.0
KSSB or lignosulfonate - 0.75-1.5
Wood flour - 1.0-4.0
Sodium or potassium dichromate - 0.02-0.05
Sodium Silicate - 2.0-8.0

To isolate water inflows in an oil well, an insulating composition is injected into both the oil and aquifer parts of the reservoir at a pressure exceeding the reservoir pressure. After polymerization of the composition during well operation (when creating a depression on the formation), the composition is removed from the oil part of the formation, because its adhesion in the oil part of the reservoir is practically zero. When the composition is removed, the pores of the reservoir oil reservoir are cleaned. At the same time, in the water part of the reservoir due to the formation of additional polymer bonds and the adhesive properties of sodium silicate, adhesion acquires quite definite values, creating obstacles to the flow of aqueous fluid in the bottomhole zone of the reservoir. This is also facilitated by the higher structural and mechanical properties of the composition (ultimate shear stress).
Structural and mechanical properties and adhesive composition were determined using a capillary tube 3 m long and 5 mm in diameter. In this case, the values of the ultimate shear stress of the composition were obtained by interpreting the composition flow curve obtained in the coordinates of the shear rate (I / s) and the shear pressure (kg / m 2 ), and the adhesion was obtained from the difference between the shear pressure of the composition in the capillary tube and the ultimate shear stress.
The proposed composition is a composition, because It consists of two independent structures.
The first structure is PAA, KSSB or lingosulfate, sodium or potassium dichromate, sodium silicate and water; the second structure is wood flour, sodium silicate and water.
To create a composition, an indispensable condition should be the compatibility of these two structures. These two structures with stirring form a single system with certain ratios of components.
Если каждую из этих двух структур подвергнуть выпариванию в сушильном шкафу в течение 30 суток, то выяснится, что первая структура сохраняет свои свойства при t = +60oC, вторая при t = +50oC, а композиционный состав - при t > +80oC.If each of these two structures is evaporated in an oven for 30 days, it turns out that the first structure retains its properties at t = +60 o C, the second at t = +50 o C, and the composition at t> + 80 o C.
This increase in thermal stability is explained by the fact that, first, evaporation of water from the second structure occurs while overcoming the resistance of the first. In this case, the structural and mechanical properties of the composition are practically preserved.
38-42%.The most stable systems were obtained using polyacrylamide in the form of polymers of the CS-131, CS-141, GS-1 brands manufactured by Sanyochemicals, JP, as well as SANFLOOD AX-73 from Sanyo, JP. These polymers are a white powder with anionic ionic activity, a molecular weight of 10 7 , a maximum dissolution time of 4 hours. Sodium silicate (water glass) was used according to GOST 13078-81. Commodity liquid glass has a density of 1380-1420 kg / m 3 and a concentration of 38-42%.
Viscoelastic composition is prepared as follows. Sodium or potassium dichromate and sodium silicate are dissolved in certain quantities in a tank of the required volume in water, and bulk components, such as PAA, KSSB or lignosulfate, and wood flour in the required proportions are mixed in another open container. Then they are connected by pumping through an ejector an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium dichromate and sodium silicate with the flow of a loose mixture of PAA, KSSB or lignosulfate and wood flour to the ejector as a passive medium.
Get a viscoelastic composition, pumped into the well and then into the reservoir.
To confirm the validity of the proposed ratio of the components of the composition, three compositions were studied, the composition shown in table. 1 (see tables. 1 and 2 at the end of the description).
In the table. 2 shows the values of the results of the study.
