Abstract
Description
The invention relates to raw mixtures for the manufacture of heat-insulating products used in the construction of buildings and structures.
Ю.Е. Соколенко, B.I. Мicцевi матерiали в iндустрiальному сiльскому будiвництвi. Киiв, "Урожай", 1987, с. 79-90. 2. Г.М. А. А.c. СССР N 1141087 C 04 B 38/02, N 1058953 C 04 B 43/18, N 1020409 C 04 B 43/10, N 992499 C 04 B 43/00, N 637397 C 04 B 43/00, N 624908 C 04 B 43/12]. Known raw mixes for the manufacture of insulating products, which as an organic filler of plant origin contain straw cereal crops [1. Yu.E. Sokolenko, B.I. Guytur. Materials in industrial syllabus. Kiev, Harvest, 1987, p. 79-90. 2. G.M. Schwarzmann, D.A. Generously. Production of chipboards. Moscow, ed. Light Industry, 1987, p. 27. A.c. USSR N 1141087 C 04
These raw mixes and products based on them have a weak bond between the filler (straw) and the binder due to the glossy surface of the straw, which leads to delamination of the finished products, as well as insufficient water resistance (the plates swell and delaminate after 24 hours under water). No combination of waste from cereal straw and urea-formaldehyde resin was found in the raw mix.
The closest in composition and achieved effect is a raw mixture, including urea-formaldehyde resin, a hydrophobic additive and wood waste [B.D. Modlin, I.A. Cheating. Production of chipboards. Moscow. Ed. Higher School, 1969, p. 20, 27, 32, 35, 70 - prototype].
A disadvantage of the known mixtures and products is high water absorption and insufficient hardness.
The objective of the invention is the elimination of product stratification and the improvement of physical and mechanical characteristics: reducing water absorption and swelling, increasing the hardness of products, as well as waste disposal.
Эмульсия содержит 17 г/л плотного остатка, 21-25 мг/л поливинилового спирта, pH 6,6.This is achieved due to the fact that the proposed raw material mixture for the manufacture of heat-insulating products includes an organic filler of plant origin in the form of a mixture of crushed non-feed straw of cereal crops, sawdust and / or crushed waste foam, urea-formaldehyde resin modified by the spent mother liquor of suspension polymerization of styrene, in the following ratio components, wt.%:
Organic Aggregate - 80 - 88
Urea-formaldehyde resin - 9 - 15
Spent mother liquor - 3 - 5
and in the following ratio of components of the mixture of organic aggregate, wt.%:
Crushed non-feed straw - 10 - 100
Sawdust - 74 - 0
Crushed polystyrene waste - 16 - 0
The spent mother liquor of suspension polymerization of styrene is a stable aqueous emulsion (milk) of the smallest particles of polystyrene (within a few microns), stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol dissolved in water. The emulsion contains 17 g / l of solid residue, 21-25 mg / l of polyvinyl alcohol, pH 6.6.
Crushed polystyrene wastes are crushed polystyrene or polyvinyl chloride foam products to particles with a size of 2 - 5 mm.
The raw material mixture is prepared as follows.
Non-feed straw of cereal crops is crushed on knife crushers to a size of not more than 40 mm, sawdust and / or crushed polystyrene wastes are added, the mixture is thoroughly mixed and treated with a modified urea-formaldehyde resin, subjected to molding and subsequent hot pressing with simultaneous exposure to temperatures of 140 - 160 o C pressure 23 kg / cm 2 for 7-10 minutes
1. Sample compositions of the raw mix are shown in table 1.
2. The test results are shown in table 2.
As can be seen from table 2, the proposed raw material mixture (examples 1-5) compared with the prototype (example 6) and the analogue (example 7) has 8 - 12% lower water absorption, 19 - 22% less swelling and 10 - 27 % increases their hardness while maintaining or a slight increase in bulk weight. If in the proposed mixture (example 8) as a hydrophobic additive, not a mother liquor is introduced, but a paraffin emulsion [2 p. 63], then the water absorption and swelling compared to the proposed composition deteriorate and remain at the level of known compositions, hardness also decreases to the level of known compositions.
Thus, products obtained on the basis of the proposed raw material mixture can be used to dispose of plant waste and polystyrene production, as well as to replace wood raw materials that are now severely deficient.
