Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the glass industry and can be used for the manufacture of glass bottles of various assortment on automatic machines of sectional type IP vacuum-blowing method.
A draft form for a sectional glass-forming machine is known, having an internal working cavity in the form of a body of revolution with a curved section and sections of variable section and described by a series of equations (RU N 1030322, C 03 B 9/24, 07.23.83. Bull. N 27) Application of the form allows you to get high-quality lightweight products according to GOST 10117-80 of various assortment and capacity.
It is also known to use a draft form for the manufacture of lightweight glass bottles for Pepsi-Cola. Its profile is determined by a number of equations (RU N 1558880 C 03 B 9/24, 04/23/90. Bull. N 15). However, the use of this form for the manufacture of bottles with a capacity of 0.5-0.75 liters for alcoholic beverages is impossible due to the different geometric dimensions of the finished product.
In accordance with the requirements of GOST 26586-85 "Glass bottles for food liquids supplied for export", the weight of bottles with a capacity of 0.5 l should be no more than 450 g, 0.7 l - n / a 560 g, 0.75 l - n / a 650 g, while, based on the requirements for the strength and operational reliability of the bottles, the wall thickness should be at least 2.0 mm, the bottom thickness - n / m 4.0 mm. However, bottles produced in accordance with GOST 26586-85 have a relatively large weight and therefore are not attractive enough. The developed draft forms for forming a draft product correspond to the recommended dimensions of finished glass products specified by GOST and can be taken as a prototype (Technological documentation for bottles with a capacity of 0.5, 0.7 and 0.75 liters. Automatic machine IS-8-2. Vacuum-blown process, "Glassworks named January 9").
The objective of the invention is to obtain high-quality glassware lightweight by optimizing the profile of the draft form.
I d1 = 0,89 - 1,00 D1; h1 = 0,62 - 0,76 H1,
II d2 = 0,86 - 0,89 D2; h2 = 1,16 - 1,47 H2; r1 = 7,60 - 14,7 R1; r2 = 8,90 - 11,0 R2,
III d3 = 0,51 - 0,58 D; h3 = 0,29 - 0,45 H3,
IV d4 = 0,52 - 0,60 D; h4 = 0,35 - 0,45 H3; r3 = 2,08 - 2,83 R3; r4 = 0,29 - 1,63 R3,
V d5 = 0,58 - 0,70 D; d6 = 0,61 - 0,75 D; h5 = 0,62 - 0,76 H4; r5 = 1,50 - 1,84 R3; r6 = 0,25 - 0,31 R3, r7 = 5,60 - 6,90 R4,
где d1-d6 , h1-h5, r1-r7 - диаметры, высота и радиусы сопряжения участков черновой формы изделия, мм; причем сечение d1 определяется на горловом срезе черновой формы; d2 на высоте h1 от этого среза; d3 на высоте h2 от сечения d2; d4 на высоте h3 от сечения d3: d5 высоте h4 от сечения d4 и d6 на высоте h5;

IV d 4 = 0.52 - 0.60 D; h 4 = 0.35 - 0.45 H 3 ; r 3 = 2.08 - 2.83 R 3 ; r 4 = 0.29 - 1.63 R 3 ,
V d 5 = 0.58 - 0.70 D; d 6 = 0.61 - 0.75 D; h 5 = 0.62 - 0.76 H 4 ; r 5 = 1.50 - 1.84 R 3 ; r 6 = 0.25 - 0.31 R 3 , r 7 = 5.60 - 6.90 R 4 ,
where d 1 -d 6 , h 1 -h 5 , r 1 -r 7 - diameters, height and radii of conjugation of sections of the draft form of the product, mm; moreover, the cross section d 1 is determined on the throat section of the draft form; d 2 at a height of h 1 from this slice; d 3 at a height of h 2 from the cross section d 2 ; d 4 at a height of h 3 from the cross section d 3 : d 5 at a height of h 4 from the cross section d 4 and d 6 at a height of h 5 ;
D, D 1 , D 2 , H 1 -H 4 , R 1 -R 4 - diameters, height and radii of conjugation of sections of the finished product, mm
In FIG. 1 shows the finished product (general view); in FIG. 2 - the corresponding draft form (general view).
21-074.2-68-94. The proposed draft form allows the production of lightweight bottles with a capacity of 0.5, 0.7 and 0.75 l, respectively, on automatic machines IS-8-2 by the method of double blowing. Sizes of finished products are determined by TU 21-074.2-68-94.
The inner working part of the draft form consists of 5 sections I to V, of which section I and III are of variable section, and II, IV, V are curved with a smooth transition of one section to another. The profile of each section of the form is determined depending on the size, shape and capacity of the finished product, taking into account the declared numerical coefficients.
The process of obtaining the finished product is as follows. First, in draft form, the draft blank (“bullet”) is blown out and the neck ring is formed. Then the draft blank is placed in the final form and the bottle is inflated to its final size. The configuration of the draft form determines the distribution of glass in the wall and bottom of the bottle and its weight, this ensures that the temperature of the glass is equalized along the entire length of the draft blank and the glass is redistributed from the neck of the product to its bottom, thereby avoiding the deflated bottom of finished products . Moreover, the wall and bottom thickness reaches 1.5 and 3.0 mm, respectively, without compromising the strength characteristics of the bottles.
When forming a draft profile with numerical coefficients that go beyond the declared limits, various types of defects appear in the finished products - bloated bottom and shoulders, wrinkles, forged surface of the bottles, and as a rule, the weight of the product increases, in some cases the walls and bottom become thinner , which leads to a deterioration in the strength of the finished product.
1. Data on the weight of the bottles obtained using the claimed form, in comparison with the prototype (GOST 26586-85) are presented in table. 1.
As can be seen from the data table. 1, the bottles obtained using the proposed draft form have a weight reduced by 19-30% compared with the known solutions.
2 и 3. The obtained products were tested in accordance with GOST 10117-91 (Glass bottles for food liquids. Tests for compliance with safety requirements), GOST 13904-93 (Glass containers. Methods for determining the internal pressure resistance) and GOST 13903-93 (Glass containers. Methods for determination thermal stability). The test results are given in table. 2 and 3.
As can be seen from the data table. 2 and 3, bottles obtained using the inventive draft form, withstand all the required tests, which indicates their high strength characteristics. Finally, the resulting finished products have an attractive appearance and high gloss surface. The reduced weight of the products leads to a reduction in technological battle when filling bottles in factories and during their operation.
