13. The production line for processing predominantly flax fiber contains a bale picker 1 technologically interconnected with a ripper 2, connected through a fan 3 to a particle separator 4, which, in turn, is connected to a group of carding machines 6 of the first comb through an air separator 5, and they are connected through a fan 7 connected to a cleaning and moisturizing machine 8, consisting of jointly mounted sections for separating waste 9 and a mixing and moisturizing machine 10. The output of the cleaning and moisturizing machine 8 through the fan 11 a group of carding machines 12 of the second web. The output part of the machines 6 and 12 is connected via a pipeline 13 and a fan 14 to cyclones 15 and 16, the lower part of which interacts with the hopper 18 through the fan 17, and the upper part with the drum filter 19. In this case, the drum filter 19 has a fan 20 and through the fan 21 and the pipe 13 is connected to the cyclones 15 and 16. The group of carding machines 6 of the first weaving is connected to the waste separation section 9 of the cleaning and humidifying machine 8. In turn, the output of the carding machines 12 is through the pipe 22, the fan 23 and the switching valve Spruce 24 is connected to the waste compartment sections 25 and 26 mounted together with units 17 and 18 for compressing the flax fibers in the bale. The separator of heavy particles 9 in turn through a fan 29 is connected to the pipe 13.
A production line for processing predominantly flax fiber works as follows.
2. In the bale collector 1, periodically, as they are developed, batch of raw linen is loaded, which are disassembled and loosened into large pieces. Then these large shreds are sent to the ripper 2, where they are divided into smaller ones and the resulting pulp by means of a fan 3 is moved to the separator of solid particles 4, where coarse weed impurities in the form of fires and heavy particles are separated from the air-fibrous mass. The pulp, in turn, through the air separator 5 are sent to the group of carding machines 6 of the first comb. Here the fiber is shortened, combed, bonfire, fluff and dust are removed from it. In this case, the fire from the machines 6 and from the cultivator 2 is sent through the pipe 13 with the help of the fan 14 to the cyclones 16 and 17. The excess fiber from the machines 6 is returned to the cultivator 2.
The fiber processed in the group of carding machines 6 of the first comb using a fan 7 is transferred to a cleaning and moisturizing machine 8, in which the fiber in the waste separation section 9 is cleaned of residues of flax dust and non-standard fiber and transferred to a mixing and moistening machine 10, where it is moistened and aged . From the waste separation section 9, dust and non-standard fiber enter the drum filter 19. After maturation, the pulp from the cleaning and moisturizing machine 8 is transferred to the group of carding machines 12 of the second carding, where the fiber is combed, thinned to the specified parameters and a homogeneous mass of individual fibers is obtained. Carding machines 12 have a smaller and denser headset compared to carding machines 6 of the first group. The combed and thinned fiber through the pipe 22 with the help of the fan 23 through the valve switch 24 is fed alternately to the installation of 27 and 28 for pressing flax fiber, where it is pressed into bales. In this case, the dust with small fibers from the waste separation sections 25 and 26 is transferred to the drum filter 19, from which the dust is sent through the fan 21 to the pipe 13. In turn, the fire from the cyclones 15 and 16 is moved by the fan 17 to the hopper 18, which is periodically released from her.
This line is used to produce cotonized flax fiber of the required quality and necessary parameters.
This is achieved by incorporating a cleaning and settling machine into the production line and its technological placement between two groups of carding machines. At the same time, on the first group of carding machines of the first process, both the flax fiber cleaning itself and its combing and shortening are carried out. Cotonization refers to the separation of bast fibers of ice into its elementary fibers or groups of elementary fibers. In this connection, at the end of the process, flax is obtained with fiber, very similar to cotton. Therefore, before flax fiber enters the second group of carding machines, it is sent to a cleaning and moisturizing machine, in which, in addition to cleaning, the fiber undergoes a humidification process and is simultaneously aged. At the same time, the fiber becomes elastic, flexible, fully prepared for further processing, which is carried out on the second group of carding machines having a headset of a different degree of fineness, in connection with which the flax fiber receives final processing and acquires the parameters inherent in cotton. So, after the processes of loosening, cleaning, stapling and cotton making, taking into account the specific features of the processed flax, a homogeneous mixture of fibers is obtained, which is pressed into bales and can be sent to the cotton industry, or it can be processed directly with cotton on the equipment for mixing the cotton flax fiber with other fibers.
All the distinguishing features of the claimed technical solution are significant, because affect the achievement of the technical result and are in a causal relationship with the specified result, namely, the composition of the proposed production line allows to obtain stapled and cotonized flax fiber of the required quality. Flax prepared on this line significantly increases the percentage of yield of cotonized fiber and reduces the percentage of waste.
