Abstract
Description
The invention relates to decorative art and can be used in the manufacture of jewelry such as paintings based on, for example, natural stone.
A known method of obtaining a decorative coating (ed. St. USSR N 1671651, 1991), which consists in treating the surface with a polymer composition and applying decorative chips of various fractions under pressure. The disadvantages of this method include the complexity of the process of applying fractions of decorative chips and low strength.
N 58-900, 1983). There is also known a method of manufacturing jewelry (Japanese application N 58-900, 1983).
The method includes crushing natural stone, sorting its granules by size, applying adhesive to the base and forming a picture. The disadvantages of this method are the low resistance and strength of the image of the resulting picture, since fractions of natural stone incorporate inclusions of iron and water-soluble salts, which, when water enters the surface of the picture, leave traces in the form of streaks and spots.
The technical result of the invention is to increase the durability and strength of the artistic image based on, for example, natural stone.
A method of obtaining an artistic image includes crushing a natural stone, sorting it by size into several fractions, applying natural binder and natural stone fractions to the base, the latter being applied until the binder has hardened, highlighting the image shades with powders of various fractions and colors.
1:5.To achieve the specified technical result, the powder of natural stone fractions is subjected to magnetization to remove inclusions of iron, washed in water to remove water-soluble salts, and dried at a temperature of 90-120 o C. At the same time, the surface of the base, for example, from natural stone, is ground and polished to various roughness, which in open areas used in the composition of the drawing is 0.07-0.13 microns, and in places where the binder and powder are applied, 0.9-1.4 microns, while the binder is diluted in distilled water before application to the base e, treated with silver ions, in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 5.
The stone (marble, lapis lazuli, etc.) is crushed, magnetized, washed in water at a temperature of 30-50 o C until the water becomes clear, dried in an oven at a temperature of 90-105 o C and dispersed into fractions.
60-70oC.To form an artistic image, the base, for example, made of natural stone, is ground and polished to various roughness, which in the composition of the drawing is 0.07-0.13 microns, and in the places of applying the binder and powder 0.9-1.4 microns, then a binder is applied (for example, PVA glue) diluted in distilled water treated with silver ions in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 5 depending on the thickness of the applied powder layer, dried at 60-70 o C for 15-20 minutes, remove excess powder, then apply a binder and powders of other colors and fractions to the end nogo imaging. After applying each layer, drying and removal of excess powder is carried out. The finished picture is washed with a brush under running water and dried at 60-70 o C.
