Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to the creation of a herbal medicine with a wide spectrum of pharmacological action.

 Among the drugs obtained by chemical means and natural products, there are no drugs that have both hepatoprotective, choleretic, antiulcer, antiseptic, antisclerotic action, and in addition, reducing the proliferation of prostate cells.

 In medical practice, herbal preparations are widely used - Karsil, LIV-52, essentials, etc., which have hepatoprotective effects, preparations of rose hips, immortelle, various charges - as choleretic, and in addition, a wide variety of charges as antiulcer and antiseptic agents (M.D. Mashkovsky "Medicines".  The entire arsenal of known products obtained from large pumpkin seeds has a narrow therapeutic purpose and can be used for a specific disease.

 However, as a rule, for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, several drugs are prescribed, so the objective of this invention was to create a drug with a complex pharmacological effect.

 This is achieved by cold pressing of pumpkin seeds (Cucurbitaceae). The preparation is an oily greenish-brown liquid with the following physicochemical parameters: readily soluble in chloroform, hexane and diethyl ether, density is 0.92, acid number is 0.78, iodine number is 120, oxidation index is 3, heavy metals - less than 0.001% and the content of the sum of carotenoids - not less than 12 mg% and α-tocopherol - not less than 7 mg%.

 This drug is called - pumpkin.

 The drug has hepatoprotective, choleretic, antiulcer, antiseptic, antisclerotic effects and reduces the proliferation of prostate cells.

 Tykveol can be prescribed for hepatitis, fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, cholecystocholangitis, biliary dyskinesia, gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, heartburn, colitis, enterocolitis, hemorrhoids, atherosclerosis, prostate gland, prostate, prostate, hepatitis. In addition, pumpkin can be used externally for herpes, dermatitis, diathesis, psoriasis, eczema, burn diseases and periodontal disease.

 In addition, the complex of biologically active substances of pumpkin is composed of phospholipids, sterols, phosphatides, flavonoids, vitamins B1, B2, C, P, PP, F, saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids (palmitic, stearic, aleic, linoleic, linolenic, peanut).

Shelf life - 2 g in a dark place at a temperature of from -10 to 30 ^o C.

 Tykveol is essentially an accumulator of biologically active substances contained in pumpkin - carotenoids, tocopherols, phospholipids, flavanoids, vitamins B1, B2, C, P, PP, F, saturated, unsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids - palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic. The abundance of vitamins has already earned Tykveol fame as a medicine of beauty and health.

 Allergy.
