The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the proposed method, including the dismantling of worn parts from the corresponding nodes of railway equipment, flaw detection of worn parts by thickness, sorting of parts to identify suitable for restoration, surface control of sorted parts, cleaning the substrate layer from corrosion, preparation of the substrate layer to surfacing by bead-blasting, heating of the substrate layer and preliminary plasma heating by electric potentiating, plasma spraying of metal for surfacing, finishing grinding and abrasive finishing of the deposited surface, control and marking, it is envisaged to finish finishing grinding and abrasive finishing of the deposited surface when it is heated by electropotentiation, which provides a potential of 0.1-12.0 V to the restored part.
Example 1. During the scheduled preventive repair of railway track straightening-tamping-leveling machines of Russian manufacture (model VPR-1200), the worn parts were dismantled from intensively operated units. The worn parts were vibration shafts for engaging the unbalanced masses in the vibration compactors of the tamping blocks, the material of the parts was 38 x 2MUA steel. The diameters of the landing belts of the parts were 0.1 m, their width was 0.117 m, the diameters of the shaft parts of the shafts were 0.08 m, their lengths were 0.1 m, the diameters of the trunnions were 0.065 m, their widths were 0,055 m. With the dismantled parts, flaw detection was performed in thickness.
Next, sorted flawed parts. This sorting was oriented towards the identification of the expected repair lots of vibration shafts. Parts formed during sorting included parts with wear less than 0.5% (linear). The amount of wear required was determined by the changes with respect to the basic data of the beat size chains. In the formed batches, they controlled the surface of the part. It was carried out by visual comparison of the surface of the part with a series of standards. In the parts identified by surface wear, the substrate layer was cleaned from corrosion. During the cleaning process, metal was removed from the reconstructed surfaces to a depth of 0.0005 m.The tolerances of the cleaned surface for cylindricality were set to not exceed 0.00002 m. With the cleaned parts tested for non-cylindricality, the substrate layer was prepared for surfacing, the required preparation was carried out by shot peening of the substrate layer. She was led in accordance with the requirements of GOST 11964-81. In particular, shot blasting was carried out using cast iron chips. Reducing the residence time of the substrate layer in a freshly prepared state to 18-168 minutes, in particular up to 30 minutes, the substrate layer was moderately heated. He was provided with a short muffle-furnace exposure of parts in an inert atmosphere. After that, forced preliminary plasma heating of the substrate layer to 50-131 ° C, in particular, to 130 ° C, was carried out. The plasma heating was carried out by the method of moderate electric potentiation of the substrate layer under a compressed arc. The arc was formed by a plasma-forming gas based on industrial grade I nitrogen. Its flow rate was 0.000025 m 3 / s. Electric potentiation was ensured by diverting from the positive terminal of the welding generator to the substrate layer of the potential with a voltage passing to the part (U p ) of 45 V. Plasma heating of the substrate layer was carried out, the deposition metal was sprayed onto it. The surfacing metal was composed of LP6 grade powder. The base of the powder was nickel. In a nickel base additives were present, wt. %: carbon 0.42; silicon 5.19; manganese 0.06; boron 13.2. Technical gas was used as a transporting gas for deposition of metal overlaying. It was supplied at a rate of 0.00013 m 3 / s. Surfacing was carried out with a transient current (I p ) of 133 A, with a non-transient current (I n ) of 80 A, with a transient voltage (U p ) of 45 V, with a non-transient voltage (U n ) of 17 V. The speed of formation of the overlay roller 0.04 m and a height of 0.006 m were set equal to 0.0014 m / s. The width of the roller was set equal to 0.04 m, the height equal to 0.006 m. The frequency of the re-targeting of the arc along the front of the roller was maintained at 1.77 Hz. The amplitude of the retargeting strokes was set to 0.035 m. The preheating of the part was not allowed to exceed a level of 400 o C. The control of preheating ensured that the hardness of the HRC was kept at 54 units. At the end of plasma spraying, the final grinding and abrasive finish of the deposited surface was made. Finishing was carried out by heating the surface by electropotentiation. This heating was accompanied by heating due to abrasive friction. The accompanying heating was on condition that the cutting fluid was excluded from the friction contact. He also walked under the condition of a limitation of 60 ° C of the difference in the temperature of the surfacing overlay. The carried out heating electropotential was provided by supplying a small transfer potential (U p ) with a voltage of 0.1 V to the restored part. Its level was set in accordance with existing recommendations [3]. The abrasive circles from electrocorundum with a grain size of 16-25 units were involved in the friction process. Electrocorundum was fixed with a bakelite bond with the hardness class C1-C2 of the depth (t) of the grinding wheel entering the surfacing equal to 0.000005-00002 m, in particular equal to 0.00001 m, when the feed (S CR ) of the wheel was set to 0.005-0.014 m / rev, in particular, equal to 0.007 m / rev, when establishing a linear velocity (V of ) of rotation of the weld surface equal to 0.166-0.333 m / s, in particular equal to 0.3 m / s, when establishing a linear velocity (V cr ) a raid on a detail of the working surface of the grinding wheel equal to 0.5 m / s. Upon completion of the grinding and abrasive finish, the roughness of the reconstructed surfaces was controlled to not exceed the classes. The control carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 2789-73. After the surface control, marking the parts that have been restored has been made.
