Description
The utility model relates to vehicles for short-term storage, transportation and distribution of fuel, namely to tankers equipped with tanks.
A tanker is known (RF Patent RU No. 133064 U1, "Fueler") [1], containing a tank mounted on a vehicle frame and made of metal, consisting of two compartments closed with hinged lids, and fuel dispensers, a tanker is also known (RF Patent RU No. 87975 U1, “Avtorefueler”) [2], containing a cargo vehicle with an oval-section tank fixed to the vehicle chassis, to the upper part of the body of which a cylindrical filling neck with a lid is welded, and for its maintenance, a platform with a handrail is located on the shell of the tank body and a staff service ladder; systems for receiving and dispensing fuel, a control system and a cabinet with process equipment.
The above designs have common drawbacks, expressed in the fact that tanker trucks do not have any means of protection against the impact of enemy small arms, which can lead to their destruction or damage to technological equipment, in particular, to damage to the tank during combat operations. As a result, problems may arise with the delivery of fuel to the troops in the form of its untimely delivery, or the delivery of an insufficient amount, and the direct loss of fuel as a result of its possible destruction is also a disadvantage.
The technical objective of the utility model is to increase the survivability of the tank through the use of a removable armored protective screen along the side walls of the tank.
The technical problem is achieved due to the fact that the armored protection device of the tank contains an armored protective screen placed on the right and left along the side walls of the tank. At the same time, the armored protective screen has grooves along the inner perimeter, placed in two rows. In the first row of slots, a bullet-dissipating panel is placed, in the second row of slots, ceramic modules are placed. This provides protection for the tank and the fuel in it from bullets from small arms due to the new design of the tank's armored protection device.
The technical problem is solved due to the fact that the armored protection device of the tank contains an armored protective screen placed on the right and left along the side walls of the tank, a frame welded to the screen, and stiffeners, characterized in that there are two rows of grooves along the inner perimeter of the armored protective screen for installation in the grooves of the first row of the screen of the bullet-dissipating panel, and in the grooves of the second row of the screen of ceramic modules to create armored protection of the tanker tanker when delivering fuel to units in combat areas.

(17).The armored protection device of the tank consists of an armored protective screen (4), which includes stiffeners (6) and a frame (5) welded to the armored screen (4), while the frame (5) is attached to the tank (1) through the hole (10) fixing bolts (11) screwed into nuts (12) that are welded to the front and rear wall of the tank (1). The armored protective screen (4) has a folding side (15) connected by a loop (14) to the rest of the screen structure (4). The armored protective screen (4) has two rows of grooves (7) along its entire inner perimeter for installation in the first row of grooves (7) of the metal frame (13) of a bullet-dissipating panel, consisting of horizontal plates welded to the metal frame (13) and to each other and vertical metal rods (8) densely filling the space of the bullet-dissipating panel. Vertical ceramic modules (9) are inserted into the grooves (7) of the second row of the armored protective screen (4). After installing the armored protective screen (4) of the bullet-dissipating panel and ceramic modules (9) into the grooves (7), the folding side (15) is closed and rigidly fixed with a pin (16) through the hole for the pin (17).
The proposed device for the armored protection of the tank works as follows: during the planned delivery of fuel by a tanker in the areas of warfare, an armored protective screen (4) is installed on the tank (1) of the tanker through the welded frame (5) on the right and left sides of the tank (1). At the armored protective screen (4), the side side (15) is folded down and, along the inner perimeter, a bullet-dissipating panel is inserted into the grooves (7) of the first row through the open side (15), consisting of a metal frame (13) and welded to the metal frame (13) and to each other horizontal and vertical metal rods (8), densely filling the space of the bullet-dissipating panel, and vertical ceramic modules (9) are inserted into the grooves (7) of the second row along the inner perimeter, filling the entire area of the second row of the armored protective screen (4), then the hinged side (15) is closed and firmly fixed with a pin (16) through the hole for the pin (17). The bullet-dissipating panel consists of alternating vertical and horizontal rods (8) welded to each other, resulting in an extremely rigid structure with dense spatial filling. Due to its structure, the bullet-dispersing panel changes the trajectory of the bullet and reduces its kinetic energy during the shelling of the tank (1), thereby significantly reducing the effectiveness of aimed fire and the lethality of the ammunition. Due to the fact that the bullet, having changed the flight path, can still hit the tank (1) and damage it. For complete protection of the tank (1), vertical ceramic modules (9) are installed in the grooves (7) of the second row of the armored protective screen (4). Corundum, carbide-boron or silicon-carbide grades of ceramics are used as an option for use in armoring. In this case, it should be borne in mind that when a bullet hits the ceramic module (9), it is destroyed, absorbing the energy of the bullet, but since the protection is not made continuous, but stacked from many small vertical ceramic modules (9), the destruction of one module (9) does not lead to the failure of the entire armored protective screen (4) and, consequently, to damage to the tank (1). In the event of the destruction of one ceramic module (9), it can be easily replaced with a new one when the tanker is withdrawn from the area of active combat operations, thus significantly increasing the survivability of the tanker (1) of the tanker when delivering fuel to units in the areas of combat operations.
(4).Assembly of the armored protection device of the tank provides for the preliminary mounting of the nuts (12) to the front and rear walls of the tank (1) by welding. Then an armored protective screen (4) is installed on the tank (1), welded to the frame (5) through the hole (10) with fixing bolts (11) screwed into nuts (12) welded into the front and rear walls of the tank (1). After that, a folding side side (15) opens at the screen (4) and a bullet-dispersing panel is inserted into the grooves (7) along the inner perimeter of the first row through the open side side (15), and into the grooves (7) along the inner perimeter of the second row of the armored protective screen ( 4) vertical ceramic modules (9) are inserted, completely filling the space of the second row of the screen (4). After installing the bullet-dissipating panel and ceramic modules (9), the folding side (15) of the screen (4) is closed and rigidly fixed with a pin (16) through the hole for the pin (17). If the ceramic module (9) is damaged by a bullet, it can be easily replaced with a new one by opening the hinged side (15), pulling out the damaged module (9) and inserting a new ceramic module (9). The stiffening ribs (6) give greater strength to the frame (5) of the armored protective screen (4).
Thus, the presented device for armored protection of the tank has novelty and new technical characteristics and differs significantly from the prototypes, providing a significant increase in the survivability of the tank. A technical solution may be the use of this device to protect the tank on the technical means of the fuel service of the Armed Forces or other power structures, when they are operated in areas of combat operations.
