Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for water purification, mainly from oil and oil products by filtration, and can be used for purification of natural and waste waters of the petrochemical, oil refining industry and marine vessels.
B 01 D 23/24, 1980/. A known filter for cleaning liquid, comprising a housing, a movable and fixed perforated partitions, a filter layer made of separate threads between them, the ends of which are fixed to the partitions at an angle to the vertical, an air distributor, a fixed grid above the air distributor and a second / additional / layer of threads, ends which are fixed on the grid and on the movable perforated partition, the latter is equipped with guide rods, and the cross section of the threads of the second / additional / layer is larger than the cross section itey first filter layer in 5-50 times / cm. autos USSR N 743695, class B 01 D 23/24, 1980 /.
Significant disadvantages of the known filter include too complicated / congested / design and structure of the filter.
Due to the complexity, the structure of the filter is practically irreproducible. The use of thick dense / coarse torsion / filaments as a filter material does not provide a high sorbing capacity of the material. During filtration, water glides over the surface of hard threads or flows around them. The filter material in the analyzed filter has a very small active / sorption-capable / surface, which requires a large consumption of sorbent material.
The closest in common features / prototype / to the proposed one is a filter for cleaning liquid, comprising a filter cartridge housing, a perforated tubular rod, around which layers of filter material made of synthetic felt are radially arranged. Each layer of material is enclosed between perforated hard drives, which act as separators / holders / fibrous material and protect it from mechanical deformation. Each two layers of material sandwiched between the disks form a section with an internal cavity / chamber / for collecting filtered liquid. The liquid is filtered from top to bottom through the upper layer of material and from bottom to top through the lower layer of material, filling the chamber of each section, from the chamber, the liquid flows through the perforation into the tube rod [1]
The structure of the prototype filter gives reason to conclude that this known filter has a small sorption capacity due to the weak "work" of the lower layers in each section. In addition, to maintain sufficient filter performance, it is necessary to create high pressure / pressure / fluid in the housing, which requires large energy costs. With a low pressure of the liquid, the lower filter layer in each section will be switched off from the cyclic filtration process, the principle of which is laid down in the structure of this / analyzed / filter.
The aim of the invention is to increase the capacity, sorption ability of the filter, the degree of water purification and sorbent resource.
1. Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of a filter; figure 2 is a view along arrow A in figure 1; figure 3 view along arrow B in figure 1.
7. The filter contains a housing 1 with inlet 2 and outlet 3 nozzles and a cover 4, inside which a removable filter nozzle is placed, consisting of a
The filter works as follows.
Through the pipe 8 using a pressure pump at a speed of 45 l / h on the filter serves water containing 100 mg / l of petroleum products. After filtration through all layers, the purified water is discharged through the nozzle 9. The contaminated water is filtered to a degree of purification of the filtrate of 99.05%
The test results shown in the table of the developed filters show that the main characteristic / sorption capacity / can be controlled in a wide range of 1 7 using parameters such as the design and structure of the filter. So, the use in the design of perforated disks fixed along the axis of the filter housing at a certain distance, increases the resource of the sorbent of oil products by 10-20 times in comparison with a filter containing a continuous load of filter material / example 13 /. This allows you to reduce the sorbent consumption by 4-5 times and at the same time increase the filter performance by 3-4 times / up to 45 l / h /, the degree of water purification up to 99.85%
In addition, the filter nozzle is a removable structural element, which facilitates / simplifies / recharges the filter and makes its use technologically advanced.
