Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to designs of fluorescent lamps and technology for connecting parts of metal-glass assemblies of electric vacuum devices.
A known design of a fluorescent lamp, in which the fixing of the cap is provided by rotation of the long ring, based on the recesses of the cartridge and cap. The base has four contact pins located along the same line, which are inserted into the contact holes of the cartridge. The main elements are soldered to the glass flask, while the design becomes one-piece, which does not allow to restore the specified lamp after the expiration of its life.
The technical task is to create a fluorescent collapsible lamp, providing its subsequent restoration.
To achieve a technical result, a construction is proposed comprising a glass tube, at the ends of which are fixed base parts, a filament and electrical contacts. The connection of the glass tube with the base part is detachable, for which a ring of material having a shape memory effect is installed above the junction line on the outer surface.
The implementation of the docking ring of a material having a shape memory effect made it possible to disassemble the lamp without damage.
The invention is illustrated by the drawing, which shows a design variant of a fluorescent collapsible lamp, where 1 glass tube, 2 - base part, 3 ring from a material with a shape memory effect.
Assembly is as follows.
To the end of the glass tube 1 with a layer of phosphor applied to the inner surface, a base part 2 is attached, including a filament, a glass case and electrical contacts. A ring 3 of material having a shape memory effect is put on top. Ring 3 is preliminarily distributed by the punch at a negative temperature of 1 to 3% in diameter and, after being put on the joint during heating, compresses the tube 1 and the base part 2, creating a tight and durable connection. For disassembly, the ring 3 is again cooled to the required temperature, while it expands and is removed from the joint, providing for disassembly of the lamp. For additional sealing, the junction of the tube 1 and the base part 2 is lubricated with a sealing paste before assembly.
The problem of recycling fluorescent lamps that have exhausted their resources in the country has not been sufficiently resolved. As a result, bulbs accumulated in storage areas in large quantities are often destroyed, polluting the environment with environmentally harmful mercury vapors. The proposed design of a collapsible lamp allows it to be restored again. This leads, firstly, to a sharp reduction in environmental pollution by mercury vapor and, secondly, to resource saving due to the reuse of individual lamp elements.
