Description

 The invention relates to small arms and, in particular, to hunting firearms (rifles, carbines) designed for firing ammunition with shots and various types of bullets, including special ones, allowing the use of a hunting rifle for the defense of citizens from criminal elements.
 In the hunting economy it is known to use various types of handguns, including rifles with a movable forearm (pump action) for reloading, information about which is reflected in the journal "Hunting and Hunting", N 11, 1980
 Small arms with a movable forearm have, as a rule, a tubular magazine located under the barrel, which ensures compactness of the entire structure. Weapons with a movable handguard for reloading in combination with an under-barrel tubular magazine allows targeted firing with single shots with a relatively high rate of fire when the cartridges are not automatically fed from the magazine into the barrel chamber.
 Known gun with a movable forearm for reloading "Winchester model 1200" of the 12th caliber, selected as a prototype. The prototype contains a barrel according to US patent N 4035944, a molded box with front and rear liners, a tubular magazine located under the barrel (see US patent NN 3165849, 3432956, 3611608), a locking mechanism with a shutter turn according to US patent N 3156993, trigger and a feeder according to US patent N 3373519 and a mechanism for recharging from a movable forend, as well as a locking lever. The connection of the barrel with the box is made according to US patent N 3163952. Details of the trigger mechanism are installed on the base, on its upper platform. On the basis of the trigger mechanism, a locking lever is mounted pivotally in a vertical plane, made with a limb that interacts with the reload mechanism.
 In the prototype, when the reloading mechanism is in the extreme forward position, the locked barrel and cocked parts of the trigger mechanism, the locking lever is engaged with the reloading mechanism and keeps it from moving backward. The locking lever disengages from the reloading mechanism at the moment the trigger mechanism is triggered (when fired or when the shooter forces it). Due to its design features, namely, a combination of the length of the chamber, the length of the shutter, the distance from the hemp of the barrel (the end of the barrel in the receiver) to the stop of the cartridge sent from the magazine, the distance from the stop of the cartridge to the axis of rotation of the feed lever, the shutter length in it is less than the distance from the hemp of the barrel to the stop of the cartridge sent from the tubular magazine, the distance from the stop of the cartridge to the swing axis of the feed lever is less than the length of the barrel chamber, and the distance from the hemp of the barrel to the end of the blocking lever is greater than the length of the shutter.
 These design features of the prototype are not specified by patents, but constitute an integral essence of the design. The use of these design features when developing weapons for a short special cartridge will not ensure the implementation of design features according to the above patents, and the performance of the above dimensional ratios in combination with a short cartridge, and accordingly with a short chamber, will lead to cumbersome weapon design, large weight and size characteristics, which worsens operational characteristics of the weapon as a whole.
 The aim of the invention is the creation of weapons under a short cartridge as with a shot charge, and various types of bullets, rolled in a shortened sleeve of a hunting cartridge, the ballistic characteristics of which are provided by special requirements. At the same time, the requirements for weapons are: the presence of an under-barrel magazine, manual reloading by the forend, the use of the Winchester rotary shutter of its feed and trigger mechanism, smaller linear and overall weight characteristics.
 During the development, the above patents of the structural units and mechanisms were used, however, the linear relationship between the location of the cartridge stop relative to the shutter, the location of the axis of rotation of the feed lever from the cartridge stop, and the distance from the hemp of the barrel to the end face of the locking lever were used, which made it possible to reduce the overall dimensions of the weapon prototype and thereby improve operating conditions.
The proposed technical solution allows you to use the design features of the analogue of the prototype for a smaller cartridge with a decrease in overall weight characteristics of the weapon by introducing the following distinctive design features:
the shutter length is greater than the distance from the hemp of the barrel to the stop of the cartridge sent from the underbarrel magazine;
the distance from the stop of the cartridge to the swing axis of the feed lever is greater than the length of the barrel chamber;
the distance from the hemp of the barrel to the end of the locking lever is less than the length of the shutter.
 The design diagram of the small arms is presented in the drawing, which shows the position of the mechanisms of the weapon (carbine) when the hammer strikes the shutter drummer (firing process).
 Small arms contains a barrel 1, a receiver 2, a bolt 3, a bolt frame 4, a hammer 5, a pivot pin 6, a forearm 7, a forearm rod 8, a tubular magazine 9, a barrel lock 10, a feed lever 11, a locking lever 12, a trigger 13, the swing axis of the feed lever 14, the stop 15. The barrel 1 is detachable and fixed in the receiver by the hole 16 and the end stop of the barrel (not shown) and the protrusion 17, pressed by the latch 10 mounted on the tubular magazine using a threaded connection, the tubular magazine 9 in turn, is fixed in the stem cortex ke 2 via a threaded connection.  The principle of operation of small arms is as follows. Before firing, the tubular magazine is filled with cartridges. To produce a shot, you must press the protrusion of the locking lever and move the fore-end on itself towards the butt. At the same time, the forearm rods connected rigidly by means of protrusions and grooves to the frame move the frame to the extreme rear position, and the end face 18 of the locking lever when pressing the protrusion 20 allows the forearm rod to move freely. The pivot pin 6, moving in a curved groove (not shown in the drawing), expands the bolt to a certain angle and displays the bolt engagement protrusions due to the receiver protrusions (not shown in the drawing). The bolt with the frame, moving back, cock the trigger 13 and move the lever 21, pivotally connected to the feed lever 11, swinging on the axis 14. At the same time, the forearm rod when moving to the rear position acts on the cartridge stop in the tubular magazine, and released the cartridge spring magazine is sent to the stop 15, while the bottom of the cartridge is held by the feeding platform 22 of the lever 11.
 To advance the cartridge into the chamber it is necessary to move the fore-end from the rear position to the front position. In this case, the lever 21, temporarily engaged with the frame by means of the protrusion 23 with the corresponding protrusion of the frame, is recessed, moving the axis of rotation of the lever 24 relative to the axis 14 of the feed lever by a certain angle, and the platform 22 together with the cartridge moves up to the sending line. Next, the shutter advances the cartridge into the chamber and moves the feed lever, which, under the action of the spring, returns to its original lower position. When you press the trigger, the trigger 13 under the action of the mainspring strikes the striker 5, and he, in turn, punctures the cartridge capsule. A shot is taking place. In small arms, the trigger cannot be pulled when the locking lever is sunk by pulling the forearm. To produce the next shot, you must repeat the above steps.
 In small arms, the end face 25 of the stop is located at a distance A from the hemp of the barrel, which is less than the bolt length B, which, due to its design features, exceeds the size A, due to the short length of the special purpose cartridge. The shutter length is determined by the need to place a hammer, a pivot pin, an ejector spring 26. The swing axis 14 of the feed lever 11 is located from the stop 25 at a distance B, which exceeds the length of the chamber G and is due to the need to place the trigger and a certain swing angle of the feed lever to ensure reliable retraction cartridge in the chamber of the barrel. Reducing the size of B to the extent less than the length of the chamber of the barrel will violate the shoulder ratios of the levers of the trigger and feed mechanisms.  When using the proposed small arms, the positive effect is expressed in reducing the weight and size characteristics of the weapon by introducing specific ratios of the linear dimensions of the arrangement of the elements of the cartridge feeding mechanism and the locking mechanism of the moving parts and the trigger mechanism, which generally improves the operational characteristics of the weapon, which makes it possible to use the known patents of the assembly locking, triggering and feeding mechanisms in a new quality in weapons under a short-length cartridge with the provision of reduced overall characteristics.
